2.Long-term follow-up cohort of hepatitis B in China : current status and perspectives
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(8):1454-1457
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a global public health issue, especially in the Asian-Pacific region. At present, entecavir, tenofovir, and pegylated interferon are the first-line antiviral drugs recommended by related guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B;however, different national/regional policies, economic level, coverage of health insurance, and medical level have caused the difference in antiviral regimens. Therefore,we have established a long-term follow-up cohort of hepatitis B to evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens,in order to improve the cure rate of hepatitis B and reduce the incidence rates of liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and end-stage liver disease.Real-world data from cohort study help to understand the differences between guidelines and clinical practice, provide a reference for HBV guidelines, and balance clinical effect and cost-effectiveness.
3.Adhesion molecules related to metastasis in colon carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(3):199-201
Colon carcinoma is one of the most common malignant neoplasms. The incidence of this disease has been increasing significantly in recent years in China.Ahhough diagnostic and therapeutic methods have been im proved greatly.carcinoma invasion and metastasis are considered to be the main causes of poor prognosis and death. Tumor metastasis is a complicated process with multiple steps and factors.Cell adhesion molecule(CAM)play a very impntant role in this process while it expresses exceptionally or loses its function.CAM is a kind of glycopro tein molecule by the cell synthesis which mediates the intereontact and intercombination between cell and cell or be tween cell and matrix. It takes part in a series of important physiologic and pathologic processes, such as cell signal conduction and activation, cell extension and migration, tumor metastasis and wound healing, and so on.
4.Effect of intrahepatic cholestasis on development and growth of fetus in pregnant rats
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objectives:To observe the effect of intrahepatic cholestasis on the development and growth of fetus in pregnant rats. Methods: The animal models of intrahepatic cholestasis were made by injecting benzogynestryl (5 mg/kg body weight) or cholate (2.4 mg/kg body weight) for 5 days starting from 16th day of pregnancy. Biochemical parameters of fetal plasma and amniocent were determined at the 21st day of pregnancy. The pathological lesion of placenta in rats was also observed. Results: Cholic acid group showed lower body weight and high level of estrodiol in fetal plasma with high metaphase mortality of fetus. The level of TBA in amniocent was high in estrodiol group compared with normal control group. Pathologically, placenta edema and chorion denaturalization and necrosis with infiltration of neutrocyte were observed in both groups. Conclusions: Intrahepatic cholestasis is detrimental to the development and growth of fetal rats in pregnancy rats.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To evaluate the significance of the combination of rheumatoid factor (RF) and anti-filaggrin antibodies (AFAs) in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods:Sera from 266 RA patients and 186 controls were studied. RF and some kinds of AFAs (including antikeratin antibodies, anti-perinuclear factor and anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies) were detected using immunofluorescence and ELISA respectively. The distributions of these antibodies were compared to determine the significance of the combination of RF and AFAs. Results:The sensitivity and secificity of RF for the diagnosis of RA were 65.8% and 81.8% respectively, as compared with those of anti-CCP or RF positive were 86.5% and 80.6% respectively. Only a slight change was found in the secificity and negative predictive value between them. RF could not be detected in 91 patients while 64.8% of them could be found to have at least one kind of AFAs. Conclusion:AFAs, particular anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies, could be helpful for the diagnosis of RA especially in RF-negative patients.
