The paper introduces the origin and definition of information therapy,analyzes the study object of information therapy including information prescription,users,healthcare opportunity and so on,describes the efficacy and function in healthcare of information therapy on relationship establishment,cost effect,patient education,patient safety,health realization,etc.,points out the future development direction of information therapy.

Objective To observe the incidence of oculocardiac reflex in cataract surgery and investigate the corresponding measures.Methods One hundred cataract patients with surgical treatment were enrolled in this study,observed the occurrence of oculocardiac reflex in different surgical procedures and taked active preventive measures and first aid.Results The incidence of oculocardiac reflex was 20％(20/100),which the intraoperative effective measures can significantly reduce the incidence of oculocardiac reflex.Conclusion In cataract surgery,the incidence of oculocardiac reflex is not high,but the anesthesiologist must be prepared to work effectively with doctors completed surgery to avoid adverse consequences resulting from oculocardiac reflex.

We carried out a new unit-based method in the teaching process of epidemiology for improving undergraduate prevention-oriented medical students' comprehensive ability. The new method integrated heuristic teaching and case teaching, and focused reform on the system of teaching and assessment. The results showed new teaching method can significantly improve students' capacity of analysis and oral expression, and contributes to the comprehensive ability.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ozagrel sodium with ultrasonic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Eighty-three ACI patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: ultra-sortie therapy group(n=42) received Ozagrel sodium and ultrasonic therapy, whereas control group(n = 41) only ac-ecpted the Ozagrel sodium for injection. Both two groups were under conventional treatment. The level of laboratory in-dex and the neurological impairment were detected before and after treatment. And the clinical effect were detected in the end of the treatment. Results The neurological impairment and the clinical effect defected after therapy in both groups, had statistical difference(P < 0. 05), especially in the ultrasonic therapy group. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium with ultrasonic therapy in patients with ACI could promote recovery of the neurological function, thus increase clinical effect.

The purpose and meaning of epidemiology curriculum,the current problems existing in the teaching and teaching reforms for different specialties were discussed.

Background Retinal hemorrhage in newborns is a common clinical finding,and serious retinal henorrhage resulting in poor prognosis.The factors affecting retinal henorrhage in newborns are unelucidated now.Identifying these factors is helpful for the early prevention and treatment.Objective This study was to explore the underlying maternal,obstetric,and neonatal clinical factors for degree of retinal hemorrhages in healthy full-term newborns.Methods A cross-sectional study was performed in the approval of Ethic Committee of Zhongshan City People's Hospital.A total of 1 311 full-term infants,with gestational age more than 37 weeks and Apgar ≥9 scores were included in this study.Infants with severe systemic diseases or any other eye diseases were excluded.Ocular fundus of the infants were examined with Ret Cam Ⅲ within 4 days of birth and were independently identified by 2 eye doctors.The newborns of retinal hemorrhage were divided into grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups based on Egge criteria,and the infants without retinal hemarrhage served as the normal control group.Maternal,obstetric,neonatal parameters and general factors were analyzed and compared among different groups,and the risk factors that affected the newborns retinal hemorrhage were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results Retinal hemorrhage was seen in 28.30％ infants (371/1 311),and 152,116 and 103 infants were identified as grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,with the percentage of 11.59％,8.85％ and 7.86％,respectively.Among the factors that examined in the study,cord around fetal neck was the risk factor of aggravation of degree of retinal hemorrhage in newborns (OR =1.308,95％ CI:1.011-1.693,P =0.041).In the mode of delivery,spontaneous vaginal delivery appeared to be the positive factor of the incidence of retinal hemorrhage (OR=0.134,95％ CI:0.132-0.137,P＜0.001),but cesarean section was not a main risk factor.Conclusions Spontaneous vaginal delivery and cord around fetal neck are the potential risk factors for the aggravation of degree of retinal hemorrhage in full-term infants.Accordingly,infants with these risk factors should be paid more attention to prevent the progression of retinal hemorrhage.

Objective To investigate the reference ranges of peripheral white blood cells (WBC) and five classification parame‐ters among 13 442 apparently healthy children to provide reference for clinical diagnosis .Methods A total of 13 442 apparently healthy children aged from 1 month old to 5 years undergoing the health physical examination in the healthcare department of the Guangzhou Municipal Women and Children Medical Center were chosen according to the healthy children screening standard and the exclusion standard of hematological diseases ,infection diseases and drug administration history .The WBC analysis and its parame‐ters detection were performed by using the Sysmex XS‐800i automatic blood cell analyzer .Results WBC and its five classification parameters were not accorded with the normally distribution .By the Mann‐whitney test ,no statistically significant differences in WBC ,BASO# and NEU # were detected between different genders of children (P> 0 .05) ,while the differences in LYM # , MONO# and EOS# had statistical significance(P<0 .001) ,in which the LYM # level in females was significantly higher than that in males ,while the MONO# and EOS# levels in females were lower than those in males ;By the Kruskal‐Wallis test ,WBC and five classification parameters had statistically significant differences among different age groups (P<0 .001) .The parameters of WBC ,LYM # ,MONO# and EOS# were decreased with age increase ,while NEU # was constantly increased with age increase and BASO# was decreased with age increase before 4 years old .Conclusion All factors such as gender ,age should be The inde‐pendent reference rangesl of WBC parameters among children aged from 1 month old to 7 years old should be formulated on the ba‐sis of fully considering the factors such as gender ,age .

Objective To observe the inhibition of piperlongumine in vitro on platelet aggregation and blood coagulation tests for children,to provide the experimental basis for clinical medication.Methods Venous blood samples from 30 children were randomly devided into 5 groups,and was centrifuge to separate platelet-rich plasma (PRP).After storing in 37 ℃ thermostat water bath for 5 minutes,the PRP which have been added DMSO as blank group,and added Aspirin (10 μmol/L)as control group,and added PL (20 μmol/L),PL(100 μmol/L),PL(200 μmol/L) as different concentrations of PL groups respectively,were induced by the addition of adenosine diphosphate (10 μmol/L),collagen(2.5 μg/mL) and the arachidonic acid(500 μg/mL).Then the platelet aggregation rate of the PRP from 5 groups could be measured by turbidimetry.Blood plasma isolated from venous blood was divided into 5 groups.In the PL groups,blood plasma were mixed up with PRP concentrations of which were 5,10,20 μmol/L.In the bland group,blood plasma were mixed up with DMSO (1％).In the control group,blood plasma were mixed up with heparin sodium(35 U/mL).After storing in 37 ℃ thermostat water bath for 5 minutes,fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT) and activated partial thromboplastin time of different groups were detected.Results Compared to the control group,the groups which were add PL with different concentrations (20,100,200 μmol/L) showed significant inhibition on platelet aggregation induced by AA and collagen(P<0.05).PL with concentrations of 100 μmol/L and 200 μmol/L showed significant inhibition on platelet aggregation induced by ADP(P<0.05).The PT,APTT,TT of blood plasma from children had been significantly prolonged by the intervention of PL 10 μmol/L and PL 20 μmol/L(P<0.05),however,no significant change of FIB was observed.Conclusion There are inhibitory effects of PL on platelet aggregation of blood plasma from children and anticoagulant activity in this study.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of strain ratio for differentiation breast benign and malignant solid lesions. Methods Two hundred and sixty-nine patients with 377 lesions (278 benign, 99 malignant) were included in the study. Ultrasonography found the lesions, then ultrasonic elastography got the strain images. By the strain ratio measure method equipped with the ultrasonic machine, strain ratio of the lesion was calculated. Compared with the pathologic diagnosis, the cut-off point of strain ratio was determined with receiver operating characteristic curve. Results There was significant difference between the strain ratio of benign and malignant lesions( P <0. 05). The cut off point of strain ratio was determined as 3. 08, Youden's index was 0. 88,sensitivity was 97. 38% ,and specificity was 91. 33%. Conclusions Strain ratio could be used to differentiate benign and malignant lesions in breast and would be a new diagnostic standard in future.

Objective To explore the influence of G4 cyberknife treatment of large hepatocellular car-cinoma on liver function,and to evaluate its treatment safety.Methods Sixty-three large liver cancer patients treated with routine G4 cyberknife treatment were retrospectively analyzed,and then statistical analysis of the difference in liver function before and after treatment was conducted.Results After G4 cyberknife treatment of 1 2 months,the levels of ALT,ALP,TBIL,PA were respectively 23.00 U /L,1 1 1 .00 U /L,1 3.70 μmol/L, (81 .87 ±1 3.94)%.Compared with the levels before treatment [28.00 U /L,32.00 U /L,1 1 .30 μmol/L, (86.07 ±1 4.07)%],there were no signi-ficant differences found (Z =-1 .677,P =0.094;Z =-0.504, P =0.61 4;Z =-1 .945,P =0.053;t =1 .271 ,P =0.21 3).The level of ambumin was (34.84 ±4.75)g/L at 1 2 months after treatment,which decreased and the difference compared with the level before treatment [(37.45 ±4.1 4)g/L]was significant (t =3.357,P =0.002).The Child-Pugh grade was 5.80 ±1 .1 7 respectively at the time points of 1 2 months after treatment,and no significant difference was found compared with the Child-Pugh grade before treatment (5.48 ±0.81 ,t =-1 .668,P =0.1 06).Conclusion G4 cyberknife treatment does not cause liver injury.It is safe and reliable in large liver cancer treatment.So,it is worth widely clinical popularizing.
