BACKGROUND:Metabonomics has been proved to analyze and observe the pathological process of rat myocardial infarction and the underlying mechanism. OBJECTIVE:To further analyze the metabolomic pathways of bioinformatics in rat models of myocardial infarction. METHODS:The experimental studies about rat myocardial infarction were retrieved from CNKI, WanFang, CqVip, PubMed and Embase databases. The metabolic products described in the literatures were col ected and summarized. Signaling pathways were analyzed using KEGG database molecular function annotation, the enzymes, translocators and their properties were analyzed by HMDB database. Metabolites pathway were visualized with MetPA. RESULTS AND CONSLUSION:A total of 26 metabolic products were identified in the included literatures and mainly participated in 29 metabolic pathways. Through topology analysis, 5 of the 10 metabolic pathways were selected and regarded as the metabolic pathways of myocardial infarction in rats, including aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis;glycine, serine and threonine metabolism;valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis;biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids;phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis. In conclusion, the bioinformatics analysis of metabolites in rats with myocardial infarction show that myocardial infarction is related to the metabolism and metabolic pathways of carbohydrates, proteins, fat and RNA.

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated care model on relocation stress and sense of coherence in caregivers of severe multiple injuries patients after ICU transfer. Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019, 102 caregivers of severe multiple injuries patients in ICU of Liuzhou Worker′s Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random digits table method, with 51 cases in each group. In the process of ICU transfer the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group carried out integrated care model based on the control group scheme. Before and after ICU transfer, the degree of relocation stress and sense of coherence of caregivers in two groups were evaluated by Family Relocation Stress Scale (FRSS) and Sense of Coherence Scale (SOCS) respectively. Results:The scores of migration preparation dimension, migration satisfaction dimension, caregiver stress dimension and the total scores of FRSS were 17.51 ± 3.46, 4.81 ± 0.48, 11.69 ± 1.82 and 49.91 ± 4.51 in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group after transfer (13.61 ± 2.83, 3.32 ± 0.53, 9.42 ± 2.17, 39.25 ± 4.01)( t values were 5.12-7.64, all P<0.05). The scores of manage ability dimension, comprehensibility dimension, meaningfulness dimension and the total scores of SOCS were 29.58 ± 4.96, 24.07 ± 2.72, 22.04 ± 3.64 and 75.52 ± 6.80 in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (24.34 ± 4.13, 20.50 ± 2.99, 17.19 ± 3.96, 64.80 ± 6.12) after transfer ( t values were 4.51-7.01, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The integrated care model can significantly alleviate relocation stress and promote sense of coherence in caregivers of severemultiple injuriespatients after ICU transfer.

Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at"Ciliao","Zhongji","Sanyinjiao"and"Dazhui"on urodynamics and expression of ERK/CREB/Bcl-2 pathway in spinal cord tissue of neurogenic bladder rats after suprasacral spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty female SD rats randomly selected 24 and divided into blank group and sham-operation group(12 rats in each group),the remaining 36 rats were subjected to surgical modeling. After modeling, rats were randomly divided into the model group and the electroacupuncture group, with 12 rats in each group. The electroacupuncture group received unilateral electroacupuncture stimulation at acupoints"Ciliao","Zhongji","Sanyinjiao",and"Dazhui"for 30 minutes each time, once a day,for 7 consecutive days. After administration, urodynamic testing was performed,HE staining was used to observe the morphology of bladder detrusor tissue,TUNEL method was used to detected apoptosis in spinal cord tissue,Western blot was used to detected expressions of p-ERK1/2,p-CREB,p-p90Rsk,CRE,Bcl-2,and Bax proteins in spinal cord tissue. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, the basal pressure, maximum pressure, and leakage point pressure of the bladder in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01),while the maximum capacity and compliance of the bladder decreased significantly(P<0.01);the structure of bladder smooth muscle cells was severely damaged and disorderly arranged, accompanied by a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltration;the apoptosis rate of spinal cord tissue cells significantly increased(P<0.01),and the expressions of p-ERK1/2,p-p90Rsk,p-CREB,CRE,and Bcl-2 proteins in spinal cord tissue were significantly decreased, while the expression of Bax protein significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the basal pressure, maximum pressure, and leakage point pressure of the bladder in the electroacupuncture group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the maximum capacity and compliance of the bladder increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01);the integrity of bladder smooth muscle cells was enhanced, the degree of cell edema was reduced, and inflammatory cell infiltration was reduced;the apoptosis rate of spinal cord tissue cells was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the expressions of p-ERK1/2,p-p90Rsk,p-CREB,CRE,and Bcl-2 proteins in spinal cord tissue significantly increased, while the expression of Bax protein was significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can promote the repair of bladder detrusor tissue in rats with neurogenic bladder model after suprasacral spinal cord injury, increase the maximum capacity and compliance of the bladder, alleviate the high pressure state in the bladder, and its mechanism is related to activating the ERK/CREB/Bcl-2 pathway, reducing secondary apoptosis of damaged neurons, effectively improving bladder innervation, and protecting bladder function.
