Objective To detect the psychological motivation and emotion experience of the female who enter the two and more IVF-ET treatment cycle.Methods Qualitative description was adopted.The data of 10 females who enter two and more IVF-ET treatment cycle were collected with informed consents through deep interview and were analyzed by phenomenology analytic process.Results There were 4 types of contents and themes for the patients during treatment,including the psychological motivation,emotion experience and adjusting methods of the female who entered the two and more IVF-ET treatment cycle,and the feedback on therapeutic milieu of center for reproductive medicine and working attitude toward medical staff.Conclusions The females who enter the two and more IVF-ET treatment cycle experience complex feelings and the majority of them are in a relative positive mood.The support and encouragement from the doctors and nurses play an important role in strengthening the confidence of patients and helping them stick with treatment.

Objective To study the status of coincidence of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)test and thinprep cytolo-gy test with biopsy histopathologic diagnosis.And to investigate the value of combined detection in the diagnosis of the cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods High-risk HPV test and thinprep cytology test were taken simultaneously in 1374 pa-tients visiting department of gynecological oncology.The diagnostic value of combination assay of these indices was evaluated.Re-sults In 684 patients with ASCUS pathology diagnosis,inflammation accounted for 5 1.3% and CINⅠ accounted for 47.4%.A-mong the 375 patients with LSIL pathology diagnosis,CINⅠ accounted for 48.5% and CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ accounted for 21.3%.Among the 294 patients with HSIL pathological diagnosis,CIN accounted for 24.5%,and CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ accounted for 62.9%.Among 20 pa-tients with SCC pathology diagnosis,CIN Ⅱ - Ⅲ accounted for 20% and cervical cancer accounted for 80%.Statistical analysis showed the difference of diagnostic results between thinprep cytology test and histopathologic diagnosis was statistically significant (P <0.05).The positive rate of high-risk HPV was 74.3%,and the negative rate was 25.7%.The positive rate of high-risk HPV significantly increased along with the rise of pathological level.The difference of pathologic diagnosis results between high-risk HPV positive group and negative group was statistically significant (P <0.05).When thinprep cytology test combined with high-risk HPV test,its sensitivity was 76.5%,and the specificity was 80.3%.The difference of the sensitivity between joint detection and thinprep cytology test was statistically significant (P <0.05).The difference of the specificity between joint detection and high-risk HPV test was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Combined thinprep cytology test and high-risk HPV test will improve the detection rate of cervical lesions and it is an ideal method to screen for cervical cancer.

The paper analyzes SCI papers on metabolic diseases in the field of nutrition published from 2010 to 2015 in the core col-lective database of Web of Science TM by use of the co-word clustering method .It extracts high-frequency subject headings , generates the co-occurrence matrix and makes clustering analysis of the matrix with SPSS , and indicates that major research focuses in this field are researches on metabolic syndrome from different angles such as the cardiovascular disease , insulin resistance , risk factors of the coro-nary disease, body mass index, the obesity group and adipose tissue , etc.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of different doses of rosuvastatin on expression of tissue factor(TF) in cultured human monocyte-macrophage cells which were induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL).Methods The human monocyte-macrophage cells were divided into seven groups:control group,ox-LDL group,poly-insine monophosphate group,different doses of rosuvastatin group(0.01 μmol/L,0.1 μmol/L,1 μmol/L,5 μmol/L).The expression of LOX-1 mRNA and TF mRNA was assayed by RT-PCR.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to determine the protein concentration of TF.Results Effects of different doses of rosuvastatin on expressions of LOX-1mRNA,TF mRNA and TF in cultured human monocyte-macrophage cells induced by ox-LDL:comparison among seven groups,the difference was statistically significant (F =91.334,58.833,103.552,P ＜0.05).Compared with control group,the expressions of LOX-1 mRNA,TF mRNA and TF were increased in the ox-LDL group[(3.25156 ± 0.15772) vs (1 ±0) ;(2.522451 ±0.138967) vs (1 ±0) ;(207.7233± 1.154701)ng/L vs (184.8467 ± 0.871799)ng/L],and they were in a concentration-dependent manner (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the PolyⅠ group and the different doses of rosuvastatin group,the expressions of LOX-1 mRNA,TF mRNA and TF were in the ox-LDL group,and the different doses of rosuvastatin were decreased by dose-dependent manner.It was in a concentration dependent manner (P ＜ 0.05).Different doses of rosuvastatin were compared between groups (between each group P ＜ 0.05),the difference between each two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions LOX-1 may be responsible for the expression of TF in Human monocyte-macrophage cells induced by ox-LDL.Rosuvastatin by dose dependent manner and by means of ox-LDL reduced monocyte-macrophage LOX-1 mRNA and TF mRNA expressions,which reduced expression of TF.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize?-cyclodextrin inclusion process in the inclusion of volatile oil compounds of peppermint,biond magnolia flower and agastache rugosa in biyuanling granules.METHODS:Orthogonal experiment was performed,the inclusion process was evaluated with inclusion rate of volatile oil,recovery rate of inclusion compound,extract ratio of inclusion compound as indexes.RESULTS:The optimized inclusion condition was as follows,the ratio of volatile oil to?-cyclodextrin was1∶8(ml/g)with10min ultrasound time and20℃ultrasound water temperature.CONCLUSIONS:The optimized method was simple and efficient,and suitable for industrialized production.

Objective To study the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility women caused by intrauterine adhesions. Methods 32 cases of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions received hysteroscopic diagnosis, classification and treatment. The postoperative pregnancy rate was observed. Results The hysteroscopic diagnosis and score of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions included 19 cases of gradeⅠ, 11 cases of gradeⅡ, 2 cases of grade Ⅲ. After hysteroscopic surgery and the related treatment, the postoperative menorrhea improved rate was 65.7%(21/32), and pregnancy rate was 62.5%(20/32). Conclusions Hysteroscopy is accurate , safe ,effective and may be used as the first choice in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical implications of low hemoglobin density(LHD%)in the pa-tients with cervical carcinoma complicating iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods The iron metabolism indexes and whole blood cell parameters were detected in 148 patients with cervical carcinomas.LHD% was calculated.The results were compared with that in the healthy group and the hysteromyoma complicating IDA group.Results LHD% was(63 ±30)% in the cervical carcinoma complicating IDA group and(32±15)% in the cervical carcinoma complicating iron deficient erythropoiesis(IDE)group,which were higher than(7±6)% in the healthy group,(22 ±21)% in the cervical carcinoma non-iron deficiency group and(16 ±10)% in the cervical carcinoma non-anemia group(P <0.05 ).And which had no statistical difference between the hysteromyoma complicating IDA group and the cervical carcinoma complicating IDA group(P >0.05 ).Conclusion The new RBC parameter LHD% has the reference value in the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma complicating IDA.The LHD% increase may prompt cervical carcinoma com-plicating IDA.

Objective To explore the role of T cell-mediated immunity in the pathogenesis of venous thromboembolism ( VTE ) by analyzing the differential expression of T cell immune-related gene mRNAs peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) between VTE patients and controls with GeneChip Human Genome. Methods Human eDNA microarray analysis was employed in PBMCs from 20 VTE patients and 20 hypertensive controls,and random variant model (RVM) corrected t-test was used for statistical analysis of differential gene expression.Results Six mRNA stripes including CD247,CD3D,CD3G,Granzyme A (GzmA),Granzyme B (GzmB) and Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (ZAP70)were found to be associated with T cell-mediated immunity.Significant down-regulation of these six mRNAs was found in the VTE group compared with the controls ( 15.3050 ± 0.6346 vs 15.8053 ± 0.5567,13.7878 ±0.7731 vs 14.3820 ±0.4857,13.3299 ± 0.9104 vs 14.1246 ± 0.6011,14.8893 ± 0.8675 vs 15.5305 ±0.4624,15.9113 ±0.8123 vs 16.4553 ±0.5055,14.3652 ±0.7717 vs 14.3652 ±0.7717;all P values ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions T cells' function including antigen recognition,signal transduction and cytotoxicity was impaired in VTE patients.T cell-mediated immunity dysfunction probably plays an important role in the pathogenesis of VTE.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acellular allograft dermal tissue patch used in transvaginal rectovaginal fistula repair.Methods From Jan.2008 to Dec.2011,22 patients with rectovaginal fistula undergoing treatment in Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital were studied retrospectively.Twelve patients treated by tissue patch were classified into study group matched with 10 patients with general surgery as controls.Results In study group,11 patients were successfully repaired by their first surgery; one patient was successfully fixed by the second surgery.The successful rate of first operation was 11/12 in study group and 4/5 in recurrent transvaginal rectovaginal fistula.In control group,7 patients were fixed successfully in their first surgeries,the successful rate of first surgery was 7/10.Two primary patients and 1 recurrent patient were successfully fixed by their second surgeries.All of the patients were followed up for (9.0 ± 2.0) months,and no recurrence diseases were observed.Conclusion The transvaginal rectovaginal fistula fixed using acellular allografi dermal tissue patch could get less trauma and higher cure rate.

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) with hyoid suspension for patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). METHOD: Thirty-eight OSAHS patients underwent UPPP with hyoid suspension. Review the sleep monitoring after 6 months and 1 year and compare the AHI, LSaO 2 and ESS score. RESULT: The average AHI decreased, and blood oxygen saturation increased significantly afer operation. CONCLUSION UPPP with hyoid suspension is an available and relatively safe surgical approach in OSAHS patients.
