2.Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Multi-level Intervention on Post-stroke Depression
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(12):1471-1474
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral multi-level intervention on post-stroke depression. Methods 160 patients with post-stroke depression in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were divided into control group (n=80) and obser-vation group (n=80). Both groups received conventional medical treatment and nursing care. The observation group received cognitive be-havioral multi-level intervention nursing care, including personal psychology, behaviour and joint relationship. Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) was assessed, and the serum level of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were mesured before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the score of SDS was lower (t=2.705, P<0.05), and the levels of IL-1β(t=8.182), IL-6 (t=2.883), TNF-α(t=2.604) were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of depression was also lower in the observa-tion group than in the control group ( χ 2=6.144, P<0.05) after 6 months follow-up. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral multi-level interven-tion could effectively prevent post-stroke depression.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2012;10(2):176-85
Hepatitis B-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a severe clinical syndrome characterized by jaundice, coagulopathy, ascites and hepatic encephalopathy and with a high mortality rate of 65% to 93%. It involves significant ethical issues when a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled clinical study is conducted to such a serious disease. Therefore, a prospective cohort study design was utilized to explore a new treatment modality of applying integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

Objective To investigate the status of fatigue and depression and their influencing factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and analyse the correlation of fatigue, depression and self-management behavior. Methods 113 patients were investigated by using Fatigue Symptom Inventory (FSI), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Coronary artery disease Self-management Scale (CSMS). Results The score of fatigue was (4.59±1.93)points, while depression scored (5.05±1.48)points and self-management behavior scored (57.29 ±8.29)points; the score of fatigue, depression of female patients were higher than that of male patients, which had statistical difference(t=2.535-5.894, P<0.05);Regression analysis showed that gender, time of illness, number of other chronic diseases were major factors affecting fatigue while gender and treatment method were major factors affecting depression; there were negative ralationships between self-management and fatigue, self-management and depression (r=-0.855-0.682). Conclusions Fatigue, depression are common in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and can affect their self-management behavior, and the female patients are more susceptible to fatigue and depression.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective:To improve the radiologic diagnostic and treatable rate of mannmmary ductal diseases. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the galactographic materials of 369 cases. Results:The mammary ducts were classified into 4 types according to their morpholgy, including general fruticoses, multiple fruticoses, less fruticoses and single fruticoses. In this group, the multiple and less fruticoses were the most common, the general and single fruticoses were the less. Conclusion:Understanding radiologic anatomy of mammary duct is very valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of mammary ductal diseases. Objective To explore the effect of motor imagery on motor recovery in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods From May, 2015 to October, 2016, 40 hemiplegic patients after stroke were randomly divided into control group (accepted routine rehabilitation, n=20) and motor imagery group (accepted motor imagery and routine rehabilitation, n=20). They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assess-ment (FMA), modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and six weeks after treatment. Fractional anisotropy (FA) of the focus was measured with diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Results The scores of FMA and MBI improved in both groups after treatment (t>5.088, P<0.001), and improved more in the motor imagery group than in the control group (t>2.124, P<0.05). The FA reduced in the focus compared with the same site of unaffected side in both groups before treatment (t>3.892, P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between two groups (t<1.144, P>0.05). FA increased in more patients of the motor imagery group (5/5) than in the control group (2/4). Conclusion Motor imag-ery can promote the recovery of motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients, and may help the recovery of fibers in white matter.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
It is the measurement of high-loss dielectric to measure the permittivity and conductivity of biologic tissue. But now it is difficult to measure them accurately.Good result is got by measuring complex permittivity of phantom model at2450MHz using perturbation method, which is meaningful for the research on biologic tissue simulation by phantom model.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(S1):-
It is a kind of precise method tomeasure the complex permittivities of the phantom model by vector network analyzer. But it is difficult tomeasure them accurately because the phantom model is jelly-like gel and is hard tobe shaped.Network decompositon method can be used toresolve it and it has great meaning tostudy the phantom model simulating the biologic tissue.
