Objective:To investigate the value of serum CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels in the treatment of cervical cancer with paclitaxel and cisplatin.Methods: A total of 42 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group (n=21) and control group (n=21). The observation group was given intravenous infusion of paclitaxel 135 mg/m2, and intravenous infusion of cisplatin 60 mg/m2 after 3 hours. The control group was given only intravenous infusion of cisplatin, during the hydration and antiemetic drugs. They need 2 courses of chemotherapy, with each chemotherapy interval of 21 days. The levels of serum CD105, CA125 and CA724 before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results: The levels of CD105, CA125 and CA724 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=19.119,t=22.493,t=15.46;P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels and clinical efficacy (rs=-0.427,rs=-0.335,rs=-0.408;P<0.05).Conclusion: Paclitaxel combine with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer has better clinical curative effect, and the mechanism is related to lower CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the simple syringomyelia patients with syringopleural shunt (SPS) and syringosubarachnoid shunt (SSS).Methods Twenty-eight patients with syringomyelia were selected as our subjects.Of which,18 patients were operated with SPS and 10 cases were with SSS.The therapy effect was compared between groups.Results All patients were checked with MRI 3 months after the operations and showed that syrinx cavity was significantly narrow of all patients.At early stage (48 h) after surgery 9 cases in SPS and 4 cases in SSS were showed the decrease syrinx cavity.Among patients with SPS,15 cases (83.3％) had the symptoms and signs improved,1 case (5.5％) withno changes,1 case (5.5％) with worse effect,and 1 cases(5.5％) occurred the tethered spinal cord.Meanwhile,among,patients with SSS,8 cases(80.0％) had the symptoms and signs improved,1 case(10.0％) with no changes,and 1 case (10.0％) with worse effect.There were 4 patients with pneumothorax in SPS group after operations,and the lung compression ratios were less than 5％.These cases were not taken any special treatment for the pneumothorax.All patients in two groups had not been infected and pleural effusions.No cases had taken the tube plugging.Conclusion The simple syringomyelia patients with the spine injury should take the cavity shunt.The SPS has some advantages because it can provide the partly negative pressure.But it should be certified by more cases and a long-time follow up.

Objective: To determine the role of interleukin-10 (IL-10) secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in the maintenance of hemodialysis in patients with immune deficiency and to evaluate thot if IL-10 can bea biocompatibility index of dialyzer. Methods: Twenty patients with end-stage renal disease were divided into maintenance hemodialysis group (MHD group) and non-hemodialysis group (NHD group). Patients in MHD group were dialyzed with cellulose (CA group) and polysulfone (PS group) dialyzers respectively. Ten healthy persons were as controls (CON group). The levels of IL-10 in supernatants of PBMC cultured with or without lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were measured by using ELISA method in all groups. Results: There was no spontanous IL-10 secretion in all groups. The level of IL-10 in all supernatants secreted by PBMC cultured with LPS increased significantly, and the increased levels of IL-10 in MHD and NHD patients were lower than that in controls. The PBMC stimulated by LPS secreted more IL-10 in patients dialyzed by PS with better biocompatibility than those of CA dialyzers with poor biocompatibility. Conclusion: Patients immune deficiency could be improved by using better biocompatible dialyzers more than poor ones, particularly in humoral immunity induced by urimia. The IL-10 could be a parameter in evaluating the biocompatibility of dialyzer.

Aim To study the interference role of Bcl-2 siRNA on HL-60 cells. Methods Bcl-2 siRNA was synthesized in vitro transcription with silencer siRNA construction kit. The synthesized siRNA was transfected into HL-60 cells with lipid siPORT transfection. Forty-eight hours after the transfection, we used MTT and immunofluorescence to detect cell proliferation and apoptosis,and used RT-PCR and immunofluorescence to detect the level of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bcl-2 protein expression. Result Bcl-2 siRNA reduced the level of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bcl-2 protein expression in HL-60 cells and induced cell apoptosis. There was no difference on the effect of other groups compared with the control. Effective Bcl-2 siRNA specifically degraded Bcl-2 expression in the levels of mRNA and protein and induced HL-60 cells apoptosis.Conclusion These results indicate that siRNA is a highly specific tool for targeted gene knockdown. siRNA-mediated gene silencing is a reliable approach for large-scale screening of gene function and drug target validation.

Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare sporadic disease.Clinical manifestations include hypercalcemia,increased urinary calcium and urinary calculus,osteoporosis,and pathologic fracture.While this patient complained of pollakiuria,urgency,and painful urination,thus might lead to misdiagnosis or missing of diagnosis of parathyroid carcinoma.This article is herewith presented to call attention to discovery,diagnosis,and treatment of parathyroid carcinoma.

Objective: To analyze the risk factors of acute kidney injury (AKI) after isolated heart valve prosthesis implantation (HVPI) in relevant patients. Methods: We retrospectively studied 400 patients who received isolated HVPI in our hospital. The demographic characteristics and pre-, intra-, post-operative information were collected to conduct uni- and multi-variantanalysis. Results: The pre-operative serum creatinine level in 400 patients was 85.0 (72.0, 98.0) μmol/L and post-operative level was 104.5 (80.0, 146.3) μmol/L, the elevation was 20.9% (1.6%, 57.9%),P<0.05. Multi Logistic regression analysis indicated that age>50years (OR=2.12, 95% CI 1.13-3.95),hypertension history (OR=4.07, 95% CI1.23-13.47), cardiopulmonary bypass time>180 minutes (OR=5.38, 95% CI 1.63-17.77), post-operative hemoglobin<70 g/L (OR=0.20, 95% CI 0.06=0.74), serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase>100 u/L (OR=12.10, 95% CI 2.28-64.23), pleural fluid drainage at the day of operation> 500 ml (OR=2.12, 95% CI 1.13-3.95), extubation after 24 hours of operation (OR=3.94, 95% CI 2.07-7.52), combining low cardiac output syndrome (OR=4.64, 95% CI 1.06-20.29) were the independent risk factors for AKI occurrence in patients after HVPI, allP<0.05. Conclusion: Post-HVPI AKI was associated with many factors. At prior operation, it was mainly related to the age and hypertension; during theoperation, it was mainly related to cardiopulmonary bypass time; at post-operation, it was mainly related to delayed extubation, low cardiac outputsyndrome, anemia, increased pleural lfuid drainage and serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase.

Objective To systemically review andquantify the incidence of oral feeding intolerance in acute pancreatitis. Methods Randomized controlled trials that reported the oral feeding intolerance rates of acute pancreatitis were searchedfrom PubMed, EMBASE, Medline, Cochrane Library, WanFang, CNKI, CMCC and VIP dal,abase wilh the" Acute pancreatitis " " Feeding intolerance" " Incidence" " Meta- analysis "from January 2002 to May 2017. Date were analyzed by using R 3. 4. 0 software. The heterogeneity of data were analyzed using 12test. Results Eleven randomized controlled trials including 658 cases were enrolled in Meta-analysis. The incidence of oral feeding of intolerance was 12. 2% . The result of subgroup analysis showed that there were no significant difference in the incidence of oral feeding intolerance when region, sample size and published year were taken into analysis (P > 0. 05). The oral feeding intolerance rate of mild acute pancreatitis was lower than that when moderately severe acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis were, included (8. 2% and 19. 9% , respectively; P = 0. 002 7). Conclusion Oral feeding intolerance affects approximately l in 8 patients with acute pancreatitis. The incidence of oral feeding intolerance of patients with severe acute pancreatitis is higher than that of patients with mild acute pancreatitis

Objective To identify the 2- year recurrence- related factors in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) after treatment of low-dose tacrolimus. Methods The clinical data of 100 MG patients treated with low- dose tacrolimus from February 2011 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were followed up at least 2 years, and the risk factors affecting the recurrence of MG patients were analyzed. Results At the end of follow-up, there were 49 cases who had recurrence, and the recurrence rate was 44.5％ (49 / 110). Logistic regression analysis result showed that reducing dosage or withdrawal, MG crisis and diabetes mellitus were the independent risk factors for recurrence of MG patients (OR = 134.113, 8.850 and 6.652; P < 0.01 or <0.05). Conclusions The rate of recurrence with low- dose tacrolimus treatment in patients with MG during 2 years is higher. Reducing dosage or withdrawal should be avoided, especially in patients with a history of MG crisis. Patients with diabetics mellitus need to control blood glucose stability to avoid recurrence.
