[Objective] To explore the effect of the method of activating spleen to solidify superficial on intestinal microecology of children recurrent respiratory tract infection.[Method] Select 60 cases aged 1~12 of Qi deficiency type of lung and spleen in recurrent respiratory tract infection, randomly divide them into treatment group 30 cases and control 30;the treatment one takes TCM Fugangning formula orally for activating spleen to solidify superficial;the other takes orally BIFICO,for 12 w;compare their Bifidobacteria(B) and Escherichia coli(E) changes and B/E value after treatment, compare it to the control one's.[Result] After treatment,in the dejecta samples, the B content was higher than that in control one(P0.05);the B and E content and B/E were lower than normal group(P0.05),while control group was more than the normal group(P

Objective:To study the radiotherapy sensitization of recombinant human endostatin in patients with cervical cancer. Methods:Sixty patients with advanced cervical cancer (stage ⅡB to ⅣA) from July 2017 to November 2018 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table with 30 cases each. The patients in experimental group were treated with recombinant human endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, while the patients in control group only received chemoradiotherapy. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) were measured 1 week before treatment and 1 week after treatment, and short-term efficacy was evaluated 3 months after treatment. Results:The objective remission rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) in experimental group were higher than those in control group: 93% (28/30) vs. 87% (26/30) and 97% (29/30) vs. 93% (28/30), but there were no statistical differences between 2 groups ( P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between 2 groups ( P>0.05). Compared with that before treatment, the serum VEGF and bFGF after treatment were significantly lower, experimental group: (88.07 ± 37.53) ng/L vs. (227.27 ± 142.61) ng/L and (21.03 ± 5.75) ng/L vs. (38.34 ± 18.17) ng/L, control: (120.04 ± 81.22) ng/L vs. (197.34 ± 142.41) ng/L and (24.04 ± 7.29) ng/L vs. (39.78 ± 13.35) ng/L, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.01); after treatment, the serum VEGF and bFGF in experimental group were lower than those in control group, but there were no statistical difference between 2 groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:For patients with advanced cervical cancer, recombinant human endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy can further decrease the serum levels of VEGF and bFGF, improve the sensitivity of chemoradiotherapy, and enhance the short-term efficacy.

Objective To establish a real-time PCR assay to detect bacterial contamination in platelet concentrates(PCs).Methods PCs were spiked with serial dilutions of Staphylococcus aureaus and Eschetichia coli, and the bacterial genomic DNA was isolated by modified Chelex-100 method and then quantitatively detected by Tagman real-time PCR.Filtration was performed to avoid contamination from other bacterial DNA in the reagents of extraction kit as well as the PCR mixture. Results The real-time PCR targeting conservative 16S rRNA gene showed high sensitivity and specificity in detecting bacterial contamination in PCs,and no cross-reaction with human genomic DNA and viruses was found. The Ct value of the lowest bacterial dose groups after filtration in both S.aureaus and E.coli were statistically different from the negative controls, with a minimal detection quality of 0.3CFUs/PCR for S.aureaus, and 0.1CFUs/PCR for E.coli.,respectively.Conclusion The modified Chelex-100 method to extract bacterial genomic DNA and the subsequent real-time PCR are convenient, sensitive and specific, and may be applied to the large scale clinical detection of bacterial contamination in PCs.

In recent years, health economics developed quickly, which attracted both international academic and public interested.Compared with the developed countries, although the study of health economics in China started relatively slow,it has already attracted more and more attention by the academic along with the rapidly social development. With the support from international organizations and academic institutions,China had gradually established its health economics research net from 1990s,the research system had been improved and a serious of research achievements had already playedmore important role in the procedure of government decision making. It summarized the research progress in the field of international and China's health economics so as to provide references for research and policies.

Objective To study the the application and influence to quality of life of Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological intervention in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods In Wenzhou people's hospital from February 2016 to February 2017, 62 patients suffering from recurrent oral ulcer were divided into two groups. The control group were given Kangfu liquid, at this basis, the observation group were received Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention. The effect and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 93.5%(29/31) in the observation group, while 90.3%(28/31) in the control group. The difference of the cure rate in the two groups was no statistically significant. The scores of physical condition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer, which is suitable for clinical application.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Object To determine the diumal changes of photosynthesis, its relationships with light intensities and temperatures, and the contents of chloroophyll in leaves of Dendrobium candidum Wall. ex. Lindl., D. wilsonii Rolfe and D. hercoglossum Reichb. f. Methods The net photosynthetic rate (NPR) was measured at intervals of 1.5 h during daytimes 7:30—16:30, under the photosynthetic affective rates 0—140 mmol/(m 2?s), and under the temperatures 29.6—38.2 ℃; contents of chlorophyll a and b in leaves were measured. Results NPR, light saturation point and compensation point were low in each of the three Dendrobium L. species. The NPR peaked during 8:00 and 10:00 am, and thereafter decreased rapidly as the temperature and light intensity increased. Content of chlorophyll b was high in the leaves. Conclusion These results indicated that the Dendrobium L. species, which are sciophyte plants, have great adaptations to their growing habitats.
