Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(3):150-152,155
Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule and Shen Mai injection in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and its effects on level of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),natriuretic peptide (BNP) and QT in acute decompensated heart failure ( QTcd) .Methods 82 patients with acute decompensated heart failure were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015, those patiens were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of lottery, 41 cases each group. The control group was treated with basic treatment and Huangxin injection, and the obsevation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate, LVEF, hs-CRP, BNP and QTcd were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [92.68% (38/41) vs 60.97%(25/41)](P<0.05).The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), but the blood pressure level of the two groups had no significant difference. The levels of BNP, hs-CRP and QTcd in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group [(45.98 ±4.57)% vs(39.07 ±3.12)%](P<0.05) L, BNP, hs-CRP and QTcd were significantly lower than the control group [(2432.12 ± 114.32)ng/L,(17.32 ±1.87) mg/L, (34.76 ±3.02) ms vs (3565.87 ±174.76) ng/L, (14.08 ±1.23) mg/L,(38.45 ±3.86)].Adverse reactions were not observed in the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with Shen Mai injection can effectively increase the left ventricular ejection fraction and reduce hs-CRP, BNP and QTcd in patients with acute decompensated heart failure. The clinical curative effect is good and the safety is high.

Objective To analyze the professional psychological pressure and coping style of male nursing students during different learning stage, and discuss effective ways to solve these problems in order to promote physical and mental health development of male nursing students. Methods Using coping style questionnaire and the professional psychological pressure of nursing students questionnaire to survey 102 undergraduate male nursing students from grade 2005 to 2008 of a nursing college of certain province. Results The professional psychological pressure of undergraduate male nursing students was moderate.Male nursing students of different grades had different professional pressure,in which male nursing students of secondyear had lower professional psychological pressure than other students.Manners they adopted to cope with pressure were mature, that is,the "problem-solving-help" approach,in which ways taken by second-year students were more than others. Conclusions Social bias to male nurses should be corrected.Professional psychological education should be carried out to relieve their mental pressure according to characteristics of students in different stage and direct them to realize role change.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(22):4-8
Objective To explore the psychological feelings of inpatients with AIDS, direct nurses to understand their psychological feelings in order to provide holistic nursing care. Methods Phenomenological method in qualitative research was adopted, 12 inpatients with AIDS were interviewed. Results The emo-tional feelings of inpatients with AIDS concerned mainly about: feeling shocked when they got to know they had affected with AIDS, wanting to commit suicide because of suffering, earnestly demanding for the com-panion of family members, the need for mental supports, planning to go on to work after feeling better be-cause of financial problems, worrying about children at home. Conclusions Nurses should estimate the changes in emotional reactions of inpatients with AIDS properly, understand their life conditions, and help them to promote their life quality by providing holistic nursing care.

Journal of Medical Research 2015;44(5):108-110
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and differences among Uygur and Han patients with simple severe preeclampsia and their first-degree relatives. Methods To analysis the 100 cases with simple severe preeclampsia among Uygur and Han patients and their first-degree relatives. Results The age and gestational age between Uygur and Han group, there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). Average production time, women with preeclampsia history and BMI of Uygur group were higher than the Han group(P < 0. 05). Antenatal examination times of Uygur group was lower than the Han group(P < 0. 05). Hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevalence rate of mother in the Uygur group were higher than their father(P < 0. 05). The comparison of parents in Han and Uygur group were no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion During pregnancy, the Uygur should pay more attention to improve diet structure, control body weight, and strengthen their pregnancy health care, so that the disease can be early diagnosed and treated, reducing or avoiding therapeutic preterm labor.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(12):1651-1654
There are a wide variety of spiders on the earth and most them can secrete venom, which contains a variety of chemi-cal compositions that have multiple influences on organism be-sides toxic effects. The pharmacological efficiency includes cardi-ovascular and cerebrovascular activities, analgesic activities,an-tibacterial and anticancer activities etc.Ion channels are one of the important targets of spider toxins. They act on different ion channels, such as potassium channel, calcium channel and differ-ent subtypes of sodium channels. Therefore the spider toxins pres-ent different pharmacological activities and potential medicinal value. The venoms of spiders are less well studied than those from other venomous taxa such as conotoxin, scorpions and snakes etc. However,in recent years, spider toxins are turning to a new hot subject in related research areas. This review summarizes the lat-est progress in biological activities of spider toxins as well as its application in medical practice and development.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):53-54,68
To design a sphygmomanometer detecting worktable to prevent the leaked mercury from flowing or doing harm to the staff after volatilization. The worktable was composed of a body, an exhaust hood, a flow-guided groove, a base, a flow-guided hole, a collecting bin, a ventilating fan and etc. A filter screen at the ventilating fan was equipped with the sulphur powder to react with the mercury vapor in the air. The worktable could reduce mercury pollution and its damage to the staff. The worktable facilitates the maintenance and detection of the sphygmomanometer, and thus is worthy popularizing clinically.

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(8):99-101,102
Objective:Through the analysis of the influence indicators of average hospitalization and comparison of differences of these indicators among different clinical departments in a hospital, to evaluate the medical quality and management level of the hospital and provide scientific reference for improving the hospital management efficiency and benefits. Methods:Gender, age and the type of medical insurance were analyzed using the chi square test. The length of hospital stay through 2009 to 2013 were analyzed using F test for patients of different insurance type and using t test for patients from different departments. All tests were completed using SPSS18.0.Results: The average hospital stay was decreasing year by year. Compared with the overall average length of stay, the patients who pay free were stay longer in hospital except for a small number of departments of internal medicine. Besides, the severe cases also prolonged the average length of stay in hospital. Conclusion: To effectively control the average length of stay, the Physicians Examination in Three Levels should be strictly implemented and the information management system should be used scientifically. Reasonable measures should be taken to solve the existing problems.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Breast cancer metastasis is the main cause of tumor death and poor long-term effect in clinical treatment. In the process of metastasis, chemokine may play the main role. In the breast cancer cell, some chemokine and receptor were expressed excessively. It has been shown that through the interaction between chemokine and correspondence receptor, phagocyte and lymphocyte infiltration stimulated, tumor cell invasion into normal tissue with angiogenesis, thus the metastasis was formed. This article reviews the mechanisms of chemokine receptor CXCR4 and chemokine RANTES ,IL-8 MCP-1 in breast cancer metastasis.
