1.Study on p53 codon 72 polymorphism in patients with breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(9):646-648
Breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumors in women,The p53 gene is found to be one of the most closely associated tumor-suppressor genes in human malignant tumors. Some studies have shown an association between polymorphisms at the forth exon (codon 72) and human malignancies recently. At present, the domestic investigations concerned the p53 polymorphisms mainly in lung cancer, uterocervical cancer, esophagus cancer, ovarian cancers, but the studies in breast cancer are rare in domestic. The correlation between the genotypes of p53 codon 72 polymorphism and breast cancer were reported.
2.Efficacy and safety of neural stem cell transplantation for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(27):5033-5040
BACKGROUND: At present, the clinical application of amplified neural stem cells in the treatment of nervous system diseases is stil in exploratory stage. OBJECTIVE: To investigate efficacy and safety of neural stem cel transplantation for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. METHODS: The embryonic brain tissues aged 12 weeks were obtained for proliferation in vitro, then the brain tissues (5×106-2×107) were prepared into the 4-6 mL suspension. The suspension was injected into 30 cases of Parkinson’s disease through lumbar puncture and carotid injection, once a week, continuously for 3 weeks. Unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale, Hoehn-Yahr scale and Schwab & England Activities of Daily Living Scale scoring were performed prior to and after transplantation. Blood and urine routine, liver function, renal function and adverse reactions were detected and evaluated prior to and after transplantation. RESUTLS AND CONCLUSION: The 12-week-old embryos cultured neural stem cells could be stably amplified in vitro with the capacities of differentiation into neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. The fol ow-up results showed that neural stem cel transplantation could effectively control the pathological process of Parkinson’s disease, restore the damaged brain function, and improve the patient’s neurological function without significant complications. It is feasible and effective to use the in vitro long-term amplified human neural stem cel transplantation in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
3.Long term outcome of bronchial asthma in children and its influencing factors
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(6):372-378
The prevalence of bronchial asthma in children is rising year by year, but the control rate is less than one thirds.Case control studies and cohort studies have showed that childhood asthma may persist among teenagers and even the elderly,at the same time, the damage of pulmonary function also starts early in life and continue to exist.Prompt diagnosis and intervention of individualized drug treatment control, specific immunotherapy and follow-up management, regular monitoring of pulmonary function damage and improvement of adverse enviromnental factors, may help to improve the long-term outcome of asthma in children.
4.The Challenges and Countermeasures on Modern Females Participation in Higher Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
In modern society, the females have made great progress in participating in higher education, but they are still faced withrigorous challenges, which are from their own ideas, the traditional social custom, the country's relative policies and stipulation and thesmall environments of colleges and universities of higher learning. Colleges and universities of higher learning are responsible for theimportant task of cultivating the high quality female talents. The sustainable development of high quality female talents is especiallyimportant. So, some countermeasure suggestions given in the article are expected to be attached importance to by decision-makingdepartments.
5.More attention should be paid to metabolic disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(5):349-350
The prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in fertile aged women is about 6%. Many studies show that insulin resistance in PCOS is closely associated with metabolic disorders, which may even potentially increases the risk for cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, metabolic disorders in PCOS should be controlled more actively.
6.Application of "people oriented" concept to construction of teacher's team in university
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2008;21(6):356-358
The author described the application of "people oriented" management concept to the construction of teacher's team of the university in four aspects:talent recruitment;the stability and the sustainable development of current team:the management of teacher's team, the rationalization of incentive mechanism. And the author also put forward some corresponding proposal and solution in the construction of teacher's team of the university.
7.Consideration for improving Research Capacity of Medical Post-Doctor
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(3):206-208
Medical post-doctor is an active and indispensable part in the field of medical research, making contribution to the development of medicine. This paper discussed the evaluation index of post-doctor and pointed out that the main ways to improve the research capacity of medical post-doctor including selection of excellent PhD students, evaluation, effective incentive and making full use of the leading role of co-supervisors.
8.Analysis of the effect of duodenal endoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct stones
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(7):1061-1064
Objective To analyze the effect of duodenal endoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct stones. Methods 70 patients with common bile duct stones in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases) by the random number table method. All the patients were treated with the treatment of duodenal endoscopy, and the perioperative clinical nursing, the control group was nursed by conventional nursing, the observation group was nursed by quality care. The surgical effect of the two groups was evaluated, the incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was investigated. Results The average operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, out of bed activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group (t=6.535,7.884,10.228,12.192, all P<0.05),and average intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group (t=5.984,P<0.05).The total incidence rate of biliary tract infection, bleeding, bile leakage, bile leakage, bile duct stricture and complication was 8.58%in the observation group, which was lower than 22.85%in the control group (χ2 =7.464, P<0.05).In the observation group, the patients′satisfaction to the comprehensive nursing, humanized nursing and nursing quality were 94.29%,91.43% and 94.29%, which in the control group were 80.00%,77.14% and 77.14%,the differences between the two group were statistically significant (χ2 =7.435,8.245,7.446, all P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing care to patients with common bile duct stones who received endoscopic therapy perioperatively is helpful to improve the effect of operation, prevent postoperative complications and improve the patients'satisfaction.
