Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(4):572-575
Objective:To evaluate the cytotoxicity of sodium hypochlorite(NaOCl) and chloramine-T at a same available chlorine concentration. Methods: L929 fibroblasts were used to test the cytotoxicity of NaOCl and chloramine-T at a same available chlorine concentration (0.500 0%, 0.250 0%,0.200 0%, 0.150 0%, 0.125 0%, 0.062 5%). Cell viability after 2 h, 30 min or 10 min exposure were measured by MTT assay. Results: Except the 0.500 0%-2 h group and 0.062 5%-30 min group, cell viability of NaOCl groups were higher than chloramine-T group(P<0.05). Conclusion: NaOCl solution has less cytotoxicity than chloramine-T at a same available chlorine concentration lower than 0.250 0%.
2.Progress on the pathogens of viral encephalitis in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(5):533-536
For the children, viral encephalitis is a common infectious disease of central nervous system, which is characterized by high incidences, unfavourable prognosis and high mortality rate. The Japanese encephalitis virus, herpes simplex virus, enteroviruses,EB virus, cytomegalovirus are the common pathogens. There are some emerging virus also cause encephalitis, such as west nile virus, borna disease virus, banna virus, nipah virus and so on.It is of significance for the doctors and scientific research personnels to study the pathogens of viral encephalitis.
3.Environmental hygiene monitoring and management in blood purification center
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;31(16):2763-2765
Objective To analyze themonitoring results of environmental hygiene inthe Blood Purification-Center and explore the management. Methods Hospitalinfection control personnel carried on the environmental hygiene monitoring in the blood purification center from 2010 January 2010 to December 2014. A total of 656 sampleswere examined , with monitoring covering airindex , surface of objects , hands of medical staffs and dialysis water. The infections from temporarydouble lumen catheteration were analyzed during the period. Results Of the 656 examinedsamples, 613 were qualified, with the overall pass rate of 96.4%. All the monitoring samples basi-cally achieved the qualified standard, with zero detection rate of the pathogen. The temporarydouble lumen catheterinfection rate was decreased from 8.6% to 3.4% during the period andthe difference was statistically sig-nificant between 2014 and 2010 (χ2 = 7.73, P < 0.01). Conclusion Strengthening the environmental hygiene monitoring may help increase the dialysis treatment and nursing work , decrease the infection rate of temporary dou-ble lumen catheter in hemodialysis patients and improve their quality of life.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(12):1705-1707
OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality standard for Ganmao shangfengke tea. METHODS:TLC was used to identify the Saposhnikovia divaricata and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the preparation. HPLC was used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol:the column was Phenomenex Luna C18 with mobile phase of methanol-water(77:23,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 294 nm,column temperature was room temperature, and the injection volume 5 μl. RE-SULTS:The TLC spots of S. divaricata and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were clear and well separated. The linear range was 3.13-100.2 μg(r=0.9999) for magnolol and 3.05-97.6 μg(r=0.9999) for honokiol;RSDs of precision, stability and accuracy tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 98.2%-99.5%(RSD=0.5%,n=6)and 98.6%-99.6%(RSD=0.4%,n=6),respective-ly. CONCLUSIONS:The improved standard can be used for the quality control of Ganmao shangfengke tea.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(03):-
ObjectiveTo study the possibility of differentiation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUCMSCs) into human male germ cells, and to explore a new source of cells for the treatement of male infertility.MethodsHUCMSCs were transplanted into the seminiferous tubules of the testis of infertile mice by microinjection. The survival rate, migration and germ cell markers of HUCMSCs in the mice testis were detected via immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and confocal laser scanning. ResultsHUCMSCs can survive in the mice testis for at least 120 days, and they can migrate from the lumens to the basement membrane.Immunofluorescence showed that HUCMSCs can further differentiate in the mice testicular environment, and express the germ cell marker.ConclusionsHUCMSCs can survive, migrate and differentiate into early male germ cell-like cells in the infertility mice testis after transplantation.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To explore the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on caspase-9 mRNA expression after globe ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods The globe ischemia-reperfusion models of rats were divided randomly into three groups: group A, group B and group C. Both group A and group B included 5 subgroups according to different reperfusion time (6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h). The rats of group B were treated with EPO after globe ischemia-reperfusion. Brain tissues were taken out after execution at different time point. The expression of caspase-9 mRNA was detected with reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) technique. Results (1) After ischemia-reperfusion, the expressions of caspase-9 mRNA in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C (all P

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(8):38-40
Objective To explore the causes of respiratory tract obstruction during resuscitation of general anesthesia and nursing strategy.Method The clinical data of 13 patients with respiratory tract obstruction during resuscitation of general anesthesia after extubation were reviewed. Results The causes of respiratory tract obstruction included glossocoma, laryngismus, bronchial spasm, airway blockage with secretions and tracheal compression. The respiratory tract obstruction was cured by way of pertinent treatment. Conclusion The critical measures for the treatment of respiratory tract obstruction include careful observation and prompt detection of abnormal symptoms of hypoxia and respiratory index, and effective treatment.
