1.Stress and Related Factors in Spouses of Primiparas

0.05);Single factor analysis showed that,8 factors such as planned pregnancy,gender expectation of mother and father of spouses,relation of primiparas with mother and father of their spouses were independently related to depression in spouse of primiparas;multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that,social support,books and media with postpartum health care knowledge,gender expectation of mother and father of spouses were main factors that related to stress in spouses of primiparas(?=-0.68,-0.15,-0.13).Conclusion:Spouses of primiparas experience the same medium-leveled stress as primiparas.The related factors were multifold and the main factors were social support,books and media with postpartum health care knowledge,gender expectation of mother and father of spouses.
2.Comparative analysis of the hot spots between International Journal of Pediatrics and Pediatrics in the last 5 years

Objective To investigate the similarities and differences in research hot pots between International Journal of Pediatrics and Pediatrics in the last five years.Methods The key words with high frequent occurrence were extracted from Wanfang database,and the Mesh with high frequent occurrence were enrolled in this study.Results The similarities of the hot pots between the two journals were asthma,neonatal diseases and neoplasm.The differences lied in that the hot pots of International Journal of Pediatrics included congenital heart diseases,allergic diseases and renal diseases,whereas the hot pots of Pediatrics were obesity,child health care and attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity.Conclusion By employing co-words cluster analysis,the research focuses of the two journals are found out,and its differences are compared.
3.Repairing defects of foot and ankle by sural neurovascular adipofascial flap

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defects of foot and ankle by sural neurovascular adipofascial flap.Methods Application of sural neurovascular adipofascial flap to repaire soft tissue defects of foot and ankle in 19 patients,inclouding 3 csaes with the soft tissue defects of medial malleolus and 16 cases of dorsum pedis from May,2006 to May,2013.The size of soft tissue defects was 3 cm ×3 cm-7 cm ×9 cm.The skin of the donor site was sutured directly.The recipient area was reshaped granulation and underwent free skin graft after the adipofascial flap survived.Results After followed up of 3-18 months,the adipofascial flaps were all survived,the recipient area was almost flat with the surrounding tissue,the donor area only leaving linear scar,the appearance and function of donor area and adopt area were satisfactory.The sensation of lateral dorsal region of foot decreased to S3,and the sensation of recipient site recovered to S2.There were some changes in pigmentation with the skin graft region.Conclusion Sural neurovascular adipofascial flap can be effectively repaired soft tissue defects of foot and ankle,and it can avoid irregularity of donor area and enlargement of adopt area,the appearance and function were satisfactory.
4. Comparison of curriculum system of biomedical science in different universities

Shanghai Jiao Tong University established the first biomedical science in China in 2016. Learning the successful experience from international universities can promote the development of this major. According to the comparison of cultivation program and curriculum system in different top universities at home and abroad, it was showed that Oxford University focused on the pluralism development of students, University of Technology Sydney paid attention to the combination of basis and clinical practice, and the University of Hong Kong stressed the integration of clinical practice, science and research, and transformation. Through the exploration of the details of educational system this university, we found that we mainly focused on five innovation ideas: building the basic knowledge, strengthening comprehensive basic knowledge teaching, stimulating students' interests towards biomedical science, developing their ability and promoting innovative education and training. Based on analysis of those cases, it is showed that the development of biomedical science in China should solve problems in curriculum integration and practical education of science and research, so as to achieve the goal to cultivate more talents in this major and boost the development and advances in the field of biomedical science.
