Modern wars result in a significant increase in the incidence of burn injury,and a lot of soldiers with extensive deep burn will occur intensively in a short time.At present,allogeneic skin graft is a principal method to treat extensive burn,but allogeneic skin source is in extremely short supply.Therefore,this review concentrates on the source of allogeneic skin,the necessity to establish allogeneic skin bank for preparedness against war,the present existing problems and main solutions to related problems.

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of optimal intervention on occupational stress in front-line workers of electronic manufacturing industry. Methods A total of 257 front-line workers in an electronic manufacturing industry were selected as the research subjects using the judgment sampling method. On the basis of the previous three-level prevention intervention model on occupational stress in labor-intensive enterprise workers，a two-year optimized "333" model of three-level prevention intervention on occupational stress was implemented in the research subjects. The pre-intervention and post-intervention occupational stress levels of job demand-control（JDC）and effort-reward imbalance（ERI）model in workers at this enterprise were evaluated using the Simple Job Stress Questionnaire and the ERI Questionnaire. Results Compared with those before intervention，the scores of job requirements dimension of JDC model，giving and intrinsic input dimensions of ERI model decreased after intervention（all P<0.01）；the scores of social support dimension of JDC model and that of return dimension of ERI model increased（all P<0.05），and the detection rates of occupational stress of both JDC and ERI models decreased （26.1% vs 10.1%，21.0% vs 8.9 % ，all P<0.01）. Conclusion Optimizing the "333" intervention mode for three-level prevention intervention of occupational stress can effectively alleviate the occupational stress levels of front-line workers in electronic manufacturing enterprises.

AIM: To construct a human recombinant immunoglobulin library containing D-Dimer by using phage surface display technology. METHODS: Human immunoglobulin heavy chain and light chain genes were amplified respectively by RT-PCR from different human lymphocytes using family specific primers and signal sequences of immunoglobulin as half-nested PCR primers. The heavy chain and light chain PCR products were cloned into phagemid vector pComb3H and the human immunoglobulin recombination library was generated with helper phage VCSM13. RESULTS: A human combinatorial antibody library consisting of 2.8?10~8 in dependent clones was generated with a titer of 4.1?10~(17)PFU/L. The recombinant frequency of Fab genes was 46%. CONCLUSION: A human combinatorial antibody library was generated. It will be beneficial for selecting Fab antibodies of D dimer from the library.

Objective To identify the effect of long hazardous drinking on cardiovascular function and cardiovascu?lar abnormalities among alcohol dependent patients. Methods A follow-up survey was conducted, 72 potential patients who were diagnosed as having alcohol dependence were recruited into case group and 75 staff who underwent routine health examination were subjected into control group. Furthermore, 52 patients were subdivided into long hazardous drinking group (GroupⅠ) according to the classification of alcohol consumption published by WHO. The rest patients in the case group were considered as not long hazardous drinkers (GroupⅡ). The blood lipid data, echocardiography and ca?rotid artery brachial artery ultrasonography measurement data were compared between the three groups. The high risk fac?tors for cardiovascular abnormalities among alcohol dependence patients were analyzed. And one year after discharge, telephone follow-up method was used to obtain the incidence of cardiovascular accident among patients. Results The dis?tribution of blood lipid data among GroupⅠ, Ⅱ and control group were not significantly different (P>0.05). The LVEF score in GroupⅠwas significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01). The LAAEF score in GroupⅠwas signifi? cantly higher than that in control group and that in the GroupⅡ(P<0.05). While the FDM and IMT score in the GroupⅠwas significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01). In the case group, the duration of drinking alcohol was neg?atively associated with LAPEF (r=-0.246, P=0.014) and LAAEF (r=0.239, P=0.016). The average daily alcohol consump?tion was positively associated with LVEF (r=0.256, P=0.010), while negatively correlated with FMD (r=-0.256,P=0.010). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that long hazardous drinking was an independent risk factor for cardiovas?cular abnormalities (OR=1.334, 95%CI: 1.060~1.678). Conclusion Long hazardous drinking can reduce left ventricular diastolic and vascular endothelial function. It is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular abnormalities in alcohol de?pendent patient.

This paper is to investigate the effect of ischemic preconditioning on cardiac function in the hyperlipidemic rats.The alterations of LVSP,(d p /d t ) max , GSH Px, SOD and MDA were measured in ischemia/reperfusion group, ischemic preconditoning group and control group with in vitro myocardial ischemic precondioning model. The level of LVSP, (d p /d t ) max , GSH Px and SOD was significantly higher in the preconditoning group than that in the ischemia/reperfusion group, and these values were close to those in the control group. The area of contraction component in P cycle was higher and the amount of MDA was lower, whereas the level of LVSP, (d p /d t ) max declined significantly in ischemia/reperfusion group.It is suggested that ischemic preconditoning in hyperlipidemic rats can reduce cardiac functional impairment due to ischemia/reperfusion injury, and may have myocardial protective effects.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum levels of leptin and the physieal development and the infuences of diseases on the levels of leptin in prematurities.Methods To collect the clinical data as well as weights,lengths of 40 sick premature infants(sick group)and 30 premature infants without sick diseases(control group)and to test the serum levels of leptin using radioimmunoassay(RIA)at 1d,7d and 12d of life,and to analyze the differences of serum levels of leptin and weights,lengths and body mass index(BMI)between two groups.Results In both groups the BMI and the serum levels of leptin were decreased at d7 of life and reincreased at d12 of life(P＜0.01),and the serum leptin levels were corresponding to the changes of the physical development of premature infants at ld,7d and 12d of life(P＜0.01).The serum leptin levels were lower in sick group compared with control group at 7d and 12d of life(P＜0.05).Conclusion It suggested that there was positive correlation between serum leptin level and the physieal development in prematurities and diseases had negative influences to the leptin levels.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of Pierre Robin syndrome and the experience of its diagnosis and therapy, and provide the accurate diagnosis and treatment of Pierre Robin syndrome .Methods Seventeen cases of Pierre Robin syn-drome from September 2008 to August 2013 were enrolled in this study .The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively to explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of Pierre Robin syndrome .Results Seventeen cases of Pierre Robin syndrome had typical clini-cal features, including micrognathia, cleft palate or high palatine arches, glossoptosis, and feeding difficulties.The babies were given corresponding treatment according to their clinical grading. Among those babies, three cases died , including one dying of severe pneu-monia in hospital, and the other two dying of severe pneumonia and malnutrition after giving up treatment .Among 14 survivors, 12 ba-bies were followed up , including 5 babies who achieved optimal growth and development when they were one year old , and the other 7 babies who had feeding difficulties in varying degrees after discharge , and lagged behind normal children in the growth and develop-ment.Conclusions Early diagnosis, accurate classification, and individualized treatment plan for Pierre Robin syndrome might im-prove the prognosis of children with this type of disease .

Objective:To study the impact of palatal scar force on the maxilla with unilateral cleft palate by finite element model. Methods:A 3-dimension finite element model of maxilla with cleft palate containing soft tissue was established,the soar force on the maxilla was analyzed by ansys.Results:Cleft area was identified as the center of rotation,cleft side of the maxilla reflected clock-wise rotation and non-cleft side anticlockwise rotation.The maxilla moved from outside to inside in cross section and front to back in the sagittal plane,and the former was greater than the latter.The outside of alveolar process was subjected to stress of mainly drawing force,the inside to stress of mainly compressive force.The deformation of maxilla was mainly in the front-end.Deformation of the alveolar was greater than that of maxilla body.Among deformations of three dimensions,the width was the largest,the length was the smallest,and the height was between both above.Conclusion:Along with the rotation of the maxilla,cleft area becomes gradually smaller.Among the three dimensions,the width is the largest,the length is the smallest and the height is between the both.The af-fect on maxilla is mainly in the front-end.The affect on the alveolar is greater than that on the maxilla body.

BACKGROUND: Cicatricial alopecia always occurs following the scalp trauma, and the optimal repairing method is scalp soft tissue expansion. OBJECTIVE: To verify the repairing effect of scalp soft tissue expansion therapy on the large-scale cicatricial alopecia. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A case report was carried out in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery at the 180 Hospital of Chinese PLA (Quangzhou, Fujian, China) between January 1996 and April 2008. PARTICIPANTS: Thirty-six patients of cicatricial alopecia were adopted, with the size arranging 15 cm?9 cm to 24 cm?14 cm. METHODS: Scalp soft tissue expansion was performed in 36 cases of cicatricial alopecia. In later stage, the residual alopecia with small area was removed by scar excision plus suture for several times, treated with transposition repair of local flap and autologous hair transplant carrying hair follicle. The largest area to repair alopecia reached 336 cm2. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Postoperative complications, repairing effect and cicatrix restitution were observed after operation; The elimination of alopecia area, hair density and appearance were detected during follow-ups. RESULTS: Psilotic scar eliminated in all cases, but 11 cases underwent scalp scar excision, transposition of local flap and autologous hair transplant because of wide incisional scar or residual small alopecia. No obvious complications occurred. It was found by a postoperative follow-up of 1-3 years that hair growth was good. CONCLUSION: Skin soft tissue expansion is an ideal method to repair cicatricial alopecia with large area. In later stage, the combination of simple repair methods can obtain better curative effect.
