Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Friendship Quality Inventory(FQI). Methods:1166 undergraduates were administered the Chinese version of FQI. Using EFA and CFA, a four-factor model was tested. The internal reliability, test-retest reliability and item-analysis were also examined. Results:EFA showed that undergraduates' friendship quality was composed of assistance and support, friends conflicts, companionship and intimacy. The NFI(0.993)、RFI(0.990)、TLI(0.995)、IFI(0.992)、CFI(0.995)、RMSEA(0.051)all met the criteria for adequacy of fit in CFA. The Cronbach's a coefficient of FQI was 0.754 and the four dimensions was 0.585～0.713; The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.792; The correlation coefficient of item-between-item in the same dimension was 0.184～0.470. Conclusion:The Chinese version of FQI has good reliability, validity as well as discrimination .

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of serum level of cystatin C (CysC) on the renal function after neonatal asphyxia by detection of serum level of CysC, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) and calculation of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in neonatal asphyxia. Methods The clinical data of 86 neonates with asphyxia (46 cases in mild asphyxia group,40 cases in severe asphyxia group) and 30 neonates without asphyxia (control group) were collected and the serum level of CysC, BUN and SCr were detected at 24 h to 72 h after birth. Results Serum levels of CysC, BUN and SCr were (1.97 ±0.33) mg/L, (4.97 ±2.15) mmol/L, (90.41 ±24.32) μmol/L in mild asphyxia group, (2.65 ±0.41) mg/L, (10.88 ± 3.31) mmol/L, (125.82 ± 45.44) μ mol/L in severe asphyxia group and (1.24 ± 0.35)mg/L, (4.25 ± 2.04) mmol/L, (58.41 ± 19.22) μmol/L in control group, respectively. The differences were significant among three groups and those values in mild and severe asphyxia groups were higher than those in control group. The sensitivity of CysC level to evaluate renal function in mild asphyxia group was better than BUN and SCr level (P＜ 0.05). In neonata] asphyxia, the serum level of CysC had negative correlation with GFR (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusions Serum level of CysC can be adopted to evaluate the renal function after neonatal asphyxia, which is better than BUN and SCr. With a higer level of CysC, the renal function injury may be worse.

Objective To explore the mediating effect and moderating effect of professional psycho?logical help?seeking intention and self?efficacy between mental symptoms and professional psychological help?seeking behavior in Chinese adults. Methods Totally 618 adult samples were selected on the internet and completed measures of help?seeking questionnaire,ISCI,SCL?90 and GSES. Results Females and middle a?dulthood subjects got higher ISCI and GSES scores than males and early adulthood subjects ((82.7±6.7) vs (77.8±7.8),(83.9±6.2) vs (76.8±7.3);all P<0.01). SCL?90 was significantly and positively correlated with psychological help?seeking behavior( r=0.162, P<0.01).ISCI was found to mediate the association be?tween SCL?90 and psychological help?seeking behavior(effect value=-0.004,95%CI=-0.008?-0.002). GSES significantly moderated the mediating effect of ISCI( B=0.006, P<0.05). Conclusion ISCI plays a mediating role between mental symptoms and professional psychological help?seeking behavior, which was moderated by GSES in Chinese adults.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum levels of leptin and the physieal development and the infuences of diseases on the levels of leptin in prematurities.Methods To collect the clinical data as well as weights,lengths of 40 sick premature infants(sick group)and 30 premature infants without sick diseases(control group)and to test the serum levels of leptin using radioimmunoassay(RIA)at 1d,7d and 12d of life,and to analyze the differences of serum levels of leptin and weights,lengths and body mass index(BMI)between two groups.Results In both groups the BMI and the serum levels of leptin were decreased at d7 of life and reincreased at d12 of life(P＜0.01),and the serum leptin levels were corresponding to the changes of the physical development of premature infants at ld,7d and 12d of life(P＜0.01).The serum leptin levels were lower in sick group compared with control group at 7d and 12d of life(P＜0.05).Conclusion It suggested that there was positive correlation between serum leptin level and the physieal development in prematurities and diseases had negative influences to the leptin levels.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and resistance of group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia in neonates,and to provide the evidence for clinical treatment.Methods 7 neonates with group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia hospitalized from Jan.2001 to Aug.2011 were enrolled in this study.The clinical data and laboratory results of antimicrobial sensitivity were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 4 cases of early-onset infection and 3 cases of late-onset infection,6 cases with leukopenia,6 cases with c-reactive protein elevated,4 cases with suppurative meningitis,3 cases with septic shock and 2 cases with disseminated intravascular coagulation.All strains were sensitive to penicillin, vancomycin and linezolid.Conclusion Attention should be paid to neonatal group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia.Penicillin and vancomycin are first choice for this type of infection.

Objective To investigate the early change of the function of hemostasis and coagulation as well as clinical significance in the full-term newborns recoveried from stifle.Methods To detect the platelet count (PLT),prothrombin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer in early stage of 50 newborns with different degrees of asphyxia recovreied from stifle,and compared with the control group.Results Compared with the control group,there were not obvious change in PLT in asphyxiated full-term newborns(P>0.05),and the differences of prothrombin time,D-dimer and fibrinogen were statistically significant(P<0.01),the more serious degree of asphyxia,the lower of the fibrinogen and higer of the D-dimer.Conclusions The function of hemostasis and coagulation can be changed in early stage of newborns recoveried from stifle.The detection of fibrinogen and D-dimer in early stage of newborns recovefied from stifle has important clinica significance.

Objective To explore the relationship of personality and coping style between parents and male inpatients with internet addiction disorder. Methods 51 male inpatients with internet addiction disorder and their parents were investigated with Cattell 16PF and Coping Style Questionnaire to evaluate their personality and coping style. All data were analyzed by partial correlate analysis. Results Multi-factors of 16PF( warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, vigilance, sensitivity, abstractedness, privateness, openness to change, perfectionism, apprehension, tension ) of male inpatients were significantly correlated with father' s ( r = 0.72 ～ 0. 85 or - 0. 71 ～ - 0.93 ) or mother' s 16PF( r = 0.73 ～ 0.92 or - 0. 72 ～ - 0.81 ), bu+ non of those factors corrected with the same factor of parental. Male inpatients' coping style did not corrected with father' s, but their problem sloving, rationalization and self-accusation corrected with mother's seeking support, rationalization and avoidance respectively. Conclusion The personality of male inpatients with internet addiction disorder is affected by parental personality, but under the impact of internet addiction disorder, this kind of influence is weakened. In coping style, the father' s influence is far weaker than the mother' s, suggesting that there is father function flaw during the process of those inpatients growing up.

Objective:To explore the relationship among professional psychological help-seeking intention,mental symptoms,and self-efficacy in adults.Methods:Totally 618 adult samples[286 males and 332 females,304 early adulthood (18-35 years) and 314 middle adulthood (36-60 years)] were selected on the internet.They were assessed with the Intention of Seeking Counseling Inventory (ISCI),Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) to evaluate professional psychological help-seeking intention,mental symptom and self-efficacy respectively.Results:Females and middle adulthood subjects got higher ISCI scores than males and early adulthood subjects [(82.7 ± 6.7) vs.(77.8 ± 7.8),(83.9 ± 6.2) vs.(76.8 ± 7.3);Ps ＜ 0.001].Step linear regression analysis showed that age,scores of self-efficiency,horror and obsessive-compulsive symptoms had positive prediction effect on help-seeking intention (3 =0.34,0.29,0.10,0.11).Mental symptoms,hostility and paranoia had negative prediction effect on help-seeking intention (β =-0.17,-0.15,-0.11),and the 7 variables could explain 45.6％ of the variation.Conclusion:It suggests that the adults' professional psychological help-seeking intention may be related to subject age,mental symptom and self-efficiency.

Objective To detect the opening of the myocardial mitochondrial permeability transition pores (MPTP) after intrauterine asphyxia in neonatal rats,and to explore the mechanism of the myocardial hypoxic-ischemic and reperfusion injury caused by the opening of MPTP after asphyxia.Methods Cesarean sections were undertaken in female SD rats at the 21st day after pregnancy.The uterine arteries were clamped for 30 minutes followed by releasing for 1 hour and the pups were allocated into the asphyxia group.The uterine arteries were isolated but not clamped and the pups were allocated into the control group.There were 30 neonatal rats in either group and all of them were sacrificed 24 h after birth.Serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The opening degree of MPTP was detected by fluorospectro-photometry.Myocardial ischemic areas were detected by TTC staining.Tissues from the cardiac apex were taken and the pathologic changes of the myocardium were explored by hematoxylin-eosin staining.SPSS for Windows 13.0 was used for statistic analyses.Results In HE staining slices,the myocardial cells in asphyxia group were disarranged and edematous.In control and asphyxia group,the serum cTn Ⅰ levels were (0.08 ±0.04) μg/L and (0.40 ±0.29) μg/L (P ＜0.01),the myocardial ischemic areas were (8.01 ±3.48) ％ and (42.50 ± 15.90)％ (P ＜0.01),and the opening degrees of MPTP were (118.10 ± 19.10) RFU and (79.40 ± 10.57) RFU (P ＜ 0.01) respectively.The serum levels of cTn Ⅰ,the myocardial ischemic areas,and the opening degrees of MPTP were significantly increased in asphyxia group compared with control group.The serum level of cTn Ⅰ was positive correlated with the opening degree of MPTP in either group(r =-0.384,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion There are myocardial injuries in neonatal rats after asphyxia,which represent as high level of serum cTn Ⅰ,myocardial ischemia and necrosis.Opening of the myocardial MPTP is one of the causes of myocardial injury.

Objective To establish the murine congenital infection model by MCMV and observe the pathological changes and infection status of brain tissue.Methods After anesthesia,mice who were pregnant 11-13.5 days (E11-13.5 d) were intra-amniotic injected one uterus by one with virus (MCMV K181 suspension,1 μl,1×103 PFU).The control group of the same period was intra-anmiotic injected with culture medium DMEM (1 μl).Carefully reset the uteruses and close the abdomen.After 5 days of separated feeding,kill the pregnant mice,take the fetus out of the uterus,anesthetize and kill them.Make frozen sections of these fetal brains.Some sections were stained using conventional HE method,to observe the pathological changes under the light microscope.Detect MCMV early antigen in the brain tissue by immunohistochemistry staining and immunofluorescence assay.Results The survival rates of the infected group were 71.9％.Compared with the control group,intra-amniotic inoculation of MCMV does not affect the rate of fetal survival,fetal absorption,fetal death and the average weight of the heads,but decrease their average weight of the bodies.The pathological changes are found in the brain tissue of the mouse in the infection group.Through enzyme immunohistochemistry assay,there are many MCMV infected cells in brain-ventricular zone,brain subependymal zone,cerebral cortex and hippocampus area in the infection group.Similar findings were observed by immunofluorescence method.Conclusion By intra-amniotic injection of MCMV suspension,murine model of MCMV congenital infection can be successfully established.This model could be used to study the mechanisms of encephalodysplasia caused by congenital CMV infection in vivo.
