Objective To evaluate the relationship between amniotic fluid (AF) epidermalgrowth factor (EGF) concentration and fetal pulmonary maturation. Methods Lecithin － sphin-gomyelin ratio (L/S) and EGF were measured in amniotic fluid from women(n = 138,21～42 weeks'gestation) undergoing amniocentesis by TLC and RIA. ResultsThe AF L/S ratio and EGF concen-tration increased linearly with Gestational age(GA) ( r = 0.8t3 and 0.87, respectively, P < 0.01 ).There was a strong correlation between the AF L/S ratio and EGF( r = 0.76, P < 0. 001 ). Conclu-sionThere are a confirmed relationship between AF EGF levels and fetal pulmonary maturation.

1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1H-NMRs ) analysis was performed on serum specimens obtained from 60 preoperative patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( ESCC )and 30 healthy controls, and supernatant from 2 ESCC cell lines Eca-109 and TE-13.The characteristic fingerprint was profiled with 1H-NMRs data in healthy controls.Serum 1H-NMRs from 60 preoperative patients with ESCC were measured and compared with the 1H-NMRs from 30 healthy controls.We found some specific peaks in 1H-NMRs profile of serum specimens from ESCC patients, especially at 1.0-1.2 mg/L and 3.4 - 3.6 mg/L.The results were verified by the 1H-NMRs measurement on the supernatant from 2 ESCC cell lines Eca-109 and TE-3.Our results suggest that this two absorption peaks may be characteristic for ESCC and 1H-NMRs analysis on serum specimens may provide information for early diagnosis of ESCC.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference further development of hospital pharmacy in China. METHODS:Innovative pharmaceutical care method of hospital pharmacy was summarized in 32 medical institutions from Zhejiang area,including 18 third-level hospitals,8 special hospitals,6 third-level TCM hospitals and integrated traditional and western medicine hospitals. RE-SULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Medical institutions provide innovative pharmaceutical service to guarantee the safety of drug use,ex-pand medical service space,enrich the connotation of pharmaceutical care,and provide reference for pharmaceutical care in medi-cal institutions of other regions,such as establishing satellite pharmacy of anesthesiology department,opening outpatient depart-ment of pharmaceutical care (elderly comprehensive evaluation and multidisciplinary outpatient pharmaceutical care,anticoagula-tion consultation outpatient department and endocrine consultation outpatient department managed by pharmacists,comprehensive pharmacy consultation outpatient department,outpatient pharmaceutical care of pharmacy unit mode),formulating pharmaceutical ward round mode under multidisciplinary cooperation,developing clinical pharmaceutical care based on pharmacy scientific re-search(drug monitor,gene detection)and evidence-based medicine.

[Objective]To study doctor LEI Feng's life story from Zhejiang Province in late Qing Dynasty from the point of view of the social history. [Methods]With the research methods of history and philology, collect relevant historical materials, to study LEI Feng 's life story from the view of social history. [Results]LEI Feng was born in the nineteenth year of the Daoguang Emperor of the Qing Dynasty(1839), died in the fourteenth year of the Guangxu Emperor of the Qing Dynasty(1888), at the age of 49. LEI Feng had a daughter named GONG Yuyun(about 1870-1899), a son named LEI Dazheng(?-1899), two students named ChENG Xi and JIANG Cheng, LEI Feng's father named LEI Huanran(?-about 1862), LEI Huanran's medical teacher was CHENG Zhitian. [Conclusion]LEI's medical family in Quzhou city of Zhejiang Province inherited from father to son and teacher to student, they both had their own medical literatures, the academic origin of LEI's medical family was Xin'an medicine;though LEI Feng called himself an ordinary person, he was good at writing poem, calligraphy and painting even music, he played a special role in traditional Chinese medicine 's social history.

Computer tomography scanning was performed in 16 patients with mandibular angle hypertrophy before and after surgery. The imaging data of patients were recorded in three-dimensional reconstruction software (Mimics 10.0), and found the most appropriate surgery plan through simulating different surgical procedures. The geometry character indexes of the face were compared between before and after surgery, and then the results were analyzed. We got intuitive, accurate three-dimensional reconstruction graphs, simulation of surgery procedures, and calculation of difference in the geometry character index of face in all cases. The bone width of mandibular angle shortened (7.69?.89) mm; the soft tissue width of mandibular angle shortened (5.13?.19) mm; the both gonial angle increased (5.68?.43)?and (5.91?.66)? respectively. Applied to actual surgery procedure,the operation time shortened and precision of operation was improved. Results demonstrated that Computer three-dimensional reconstruction and computer simulation techniques is beneficial to reveal the variational regularity of bone and soft tissue, which is a good aided method in stimulation of surgery and choice of surgery plan.

Objective To explore the relationship between the overlap volume of organ at risk (OAR) and target (Voverlap) and the mean dose to OAR (DmOAR) in intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).Methods Fifty randomly selected patients undergoing IMRT for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and an equal number of patients undergoing radical IMRT for cervical cancer in our hospital were enrolled as subjects.The relationship between Voverlap and DmoAR in IMRT was analyzed.The Matlab software was used to generate function to fit the relationship between Voverlap and DmOAR for different OARs.Results The Voverlap varied among patients with NPC or cervical cancer.The ratio of Voverlap to the volume of OAR (VOAR) was positively correlated with the ratio of DmOAR to the prescribed dose (Dp) (all P=0.01).A function was generated to fit the correlation between Voverlap/VOAR ratio and DmOAR/Dp ratio.Conclusions In IMRT,patients have different Voverlap/VoAR ratios due to varicd target volume,disease stages,OAR filling status,and OAR volume.As criteria for plan verification,a specific DmOAR value for each OAR should be calculated before radiotherapy planning based on the corresponding correlation function and the Voverlap/VoAR ratio with a fixed dose prescription.It can be used to reduce the subjective influence on the optimization of radiotherapy planning.

Objective:To investigate the expression pattern of microRNA-146a in Brucella patients and its correlation with antibody titers.Methods: By using real time PCR assay, expression levels of microRNA-146a in sera samples from 20 brucellosis patients and 20 healthy volunteers were analyzed.The correlation between expression level of microRNA-146a and serum antibody titers were analyzed with SPSS17.0.Results: A quantification curve of microRNA-146a was constructed with synthesized standard.Expression levels of microRNA-146a among brucellosis patients were significantly lower than those in 20 healthy volunteers (P<0.001).For brucellosis patients,the expression level of microRNA-146a was negatively related with antibody titers (P<0.05). Conclusion:Expression of miRNA-146a in brucellosis patients was significantly inhibited and negatively related with antibody titer.

The clinical and genetic data were retrospectively analyzed in a pedigree with pseudohypoparathyroidism type Ⅰ a.Clinically typical Albright hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO),hypocalcemia,hyperphosphatemia,and PTH- and TSH-resistance were manifested in the proband,but not in his brother and parents.The proband's symptom of epilepsy was alleviated by treatment with calcium and vitamin D,which was of no avail in regard to AHO.After GNAS1 genes were sequenced and compared with the GenBank data among the family members,a deletion of c.1107_1108 ( p.Glu370ArgfsX11 ) in exon l3 of GNAS1 gene leading to a frameshift mutation was found in the proband and his mother.It suggested that the GNAS1 gene mutation might be related to the pathogenesis of the disease.

Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the safety of the coplanar template-assisted ¹⁹²Ir hypofractionated stereotactic ablative brachytherapy (SABT) in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC), and assess the effect of template-assisted technology upon the accuracy of SABT by comparing the consistency of dosimetric parameters between preoperative and operative plans. Methods: Fifteen patients histologically confirmed with LA-NSCLC (stage Ⅱ_B-Ⅲ_A) were recruited and received the template-assisted SABT delivered in a risk-adapted fractionation (30 Gy/1F). Preoperative planning, template-assisted needle implantation, operative planning and implementation were performed in all patients. Dosimetric results of preoperative and operative plans were statistically compared by assessing the dosimetric parameters of gross tumor volume (HI, CI, D₉₀, V₁₀₀ and V₁₅₀) and organ at risk(V₅, V₂₀ and mean dose of bilateral lung, D_2cc of spinal cord. The incidence of perioperative complications of SABT was recorded. The safety and feasibility of SABT were evaluated. Results: Slight changes were noted in terms of target dose and irradiated dose to the lung between preoperative and operative plans without statistical significance (both P>0.05). No severe adverse events, such as severe pneumothorax, hemothorax and hemoptysis were observed. Conclusions Application of the template-assisted SABT can enhance the accuracy of implantation, maintain the consistency of the dosimetric parameters between the preoperative and operative plans and guarantee the clinical efficacy.

Objective:To analyze the application value of three-dimensional computed tomography (3-D CT) reconstruction technique in the evaluation of related predictive parameters of osteoporotic hip fractures.Methods:From February 2014 to March 2019, 106 patients with hip fracture who underwent dual-energy X-ray bone density test of T≤ -2.5 SD on the hip were analyzed retrospectively. There were 58 males and 48 females; Age 73.50±5.59 years old (range, 65-88 years old); Height 170.12±7.43 cm (range, 152-187 cm); Weight (69.26±11.85) kg (range, 37-94 kg); Body mass index 23.60±2.37 kg/m 2 (range, 18.3-28.9 kg/m 2); There were 32 cases of femoral neck fractures, 68 cases of intertrochanteric fractures and 6 cases of subtrochanteric fractures. Anatomic parameters of the hip were the cortical thickness index (CTI), hip axis length (HAL), and femoral offset (FO). The above-mentioned predictive parameters of the hip fractures were measured based on X-ray and 3-D CT reconstruction images. Comparison of the two methods were analyzed using paired t test, liner Pearson analysis, and Bland-Altman analysis. Pearson analysis was used to evaluate correlation between CTI, HAL, and FO and T value. Results:106 cases were compared and analyzed with the measured values of X-ray and 3-D CT reconstruction images according to the preset measurement scheme. The mean value of CTI measured by conventional X-ray measurement method was 0.31±0.05, and the mean value of CTI measured by 3-D CT reconstruction images was 0.31±0.05. The result was not statistically significant ( t=0.938, P=0.35). The mean values of HAL, FO measured by conventional X-ray measurement method were 123.35±12.74 mm, 43.99±2.81 mm, and the mean values of HAL, FO measured by 3-D CT reconstruction images were 121.11±14.51 mm, 40.73±3.11 mm. The results were statistically different ( t=2.578, 18.502; all P< 0.05). The Bland-Altman results showed that there was no difference in the consistency of the two measurement methods for CTI while the measurement results of HAL, FO were quite different. CTI and HAL showed strong correlations with the T scores respectively ( r=0.784, -0.748; P< 0.001). Conclusion:Based on 3-D CT reconstruction technique, accurate measurement of related predictive parameters of osteoporotic hip fractures can be realized, which provides theoretical basis for the evaluation of osteoporotic hip fractures in the elderly and the formulation of accurate rehabilitation treatment plan.
