Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(2):18-22
The studies in medical field both at home and abroad in the past 10 years were reviewed from the as-pects of information seeking behavior of academic scientists ( including information needs, information source selec-tion, information retrieval, information interaction, information use), influencing factors and patterns of informa-tion seeking behavior, and the problems were pointed out, namely the number of studies on information seeking be-havior and patterns was small, and the methods used in studies were simplistic.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(8):7-10
After the necessity of using medical news information and the advances in its automatic indexing were analyzed, a novel automatic controlled indexing method of medical news text was put forward. The method intro-duced translated MeSH vocabulary as the main indexing words, merging Chinese commonly used word segmentation dictionary, then calculated word frequency for document text which added split token and sorted it, choose top 5 high-frequency words in MeSH vocabulary indexed document after deleting high-frequency words not in MeSH vo-cabulary.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):999-1003
Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Agkistrodon in treating Sjogren's syndrome. [Methods] 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment of 26 patients taking Agkistrodon and the basic prescription medicine(YIQIYANGYINQUYU drugs); 26 patients in the control received the basic prescription medicine. The clinical symptoms, the disease activity score of SSDAI,the score of TCM symptom and life quality and the index of serology were recorded in this clinical observation. [Results] The treatment group had better results of immune function than the control group after treatment, in particular had a substantial decrease in IgG. In addition, the clinical symptoms, the disease activity score of SSDAI, the score of TCM symptom and life quality were improved. [Conclusion] Agkistrodon has significantly immunosuppressive effects on the patients with Sjogren's syndrome , thus improving the patients' condition, the standard of living and the quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(4):13-17
The strategies for automatic extraction of key words from medical news were put forward by adding the MeSH terms into the general classification table in combination with the length of MeSH terms and location-weigh-ted MeSH terms. The key words randomly selected from 100 papers reporting medical news on 10 Websites were in-dexed and verified by machine indexing. The extraction accuracy was 0.34 and the recall rate was 0.30, showing that the strategies can be used for automatic extraction of key words from medical news.

Objective To investigate the effect of X-ray irradiation on neurites growth of primary hippocampal neurons in vitro. Methods Primary hippocampal neuron culture in vitro were irradiated with 0,2,4,8,10,12 Gy of X-rays.In the first day and the third day after irradiation, the cell death of primary hippocampal neurons was detected by MTT method, and the morphological changes of primary hippocampal neuronal neurites were detected with immunofluorescence staining method. Results In the first day and third day after irradiation, the cell death of hippocampal neurons increased significantly (F =123.068,43.370,P <0.05),but there were no significant difference among 4,8,10,and 12 Gy irradiation groups.Immunofluorescence staining showed that,in the first day after irradiation, the neurite length and total dendritic branch length (TDBL) were significantly changed (F =9.169,7.856,P <0.05),and in the third day after radiation, the neurite length,TDBL and total dendritic branch tip number (TDBTN) were also altered (F =23.797,6.565,6.021,P < 0.05).Conclusion X-ray irradiation can inhibit the growth of neurites in the primary hippocampal neurons in vitro.

AIM To identify potential amino acid residues that contribute to different catalytic characteristics of CYP2A6 and CYP2A13 enzymes in nicotine metabolism. METHODSWild type of CYP2A6 and CYP2A13 and their mutants CYP2A6V117A, CYP2A6G164H, CYP2A6I208S, CYP2A6R372H, CYP2A6S465P and CYP2A13A117V, CYP2A13H164G, CYP2A13S208I, CYP2A13H372A and CYP2A13P465S, were subjected kinetic analysis in nicotine 5'-hydroxylation. RESULTS For CYP2A6, substitution of isoleucine 208 to serine caused dramatic kinetic property changes with K_m and V_( max) varied from 62.25 μmol·L~(-1) and 6.53 mol·min~(-1)·moL~(-1) to 345 μmol·L~(-1) and 2.19 mol·min~(-1)·moL~(-1). However, the corresponding serine 208 to isoleucine mutation did not heavily affect the enzyme activity in CYP2A13. The histidine 372 to arginine mutation resulted in a remarkable catalytic efficiency decrease with K_m and V_( max) changes from 26.01 μmol·L~(-1) and 24.51 mol·min~(-1)·moL~(-1) to 148.7 μmol·L~(-1) and 6.11 mol·min~(-1)·moL~(-1) in CYP2A13, but the switching of argenine 372 to histidine did not show expected corresponding crucial influence in CYP2A6 activity. Substitutions on the other positions changed enzyme activities in different rates. CONCLUSION The isoleucine 208 is crucial to human CYP2A6, while the 372 histidine is a key amino acid residue for CYP2A13 in nicotine 5'-hydroxylation.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(24):61-64
Objective Through the investigation of the compliance and impact factors of prenatal check to the pregnant women,we aimed to supply the ideas and methods to improve antenatal care compliance. Methods This investigation used the questionnaire which was designed by the author to survey 100 pregnant women in class three level hospital in Guangzhou. The results underwent subsequent analysis. Results There were 68.4%of the pregnant women didn't finish the check. The average check times Wag only five.70.4%of them who were younger than 30 hadn't fulfilled seizure frequency rates, while 65.9%for who were older than 30(P>0.05).The pregnant women with school-age≤9 and school-age>9 who hadn't fulfilled seizure frequency rates were 83.3%and 50.0%.Irregular check rates were 59.3%、29.5%(P<0.01).The floating population and the local population in the area of prenatal compliance results showed statistical difference.P<0.01.The family whose income was higher than 3000 yuan per-month were better than those lower than 3000 yuan per-month about the antenatal check compliance(P<0.05).More than 70% of pregnant women felt risk factors of pregnancy complications, their partners' support, local medical conditions and attitudes of medical staff had influence of their antenatal check compliance. Conclusions The compliance of the low education and low family income group is relatively low.For the affecting factors.how to improve the prenatal check compliance of such crowd is worthy of further study.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(8):22-24
Objective To analyse the sonographie characteristics of thyroid nodules after injection and investigate the contrast enhanced ultrasonography. Methods Analysed the sonographic characteristics in 32 cases and observed the dynamic enhancement pattern of nodules by the time-intensity curve(TIC). The evaluated parameters were arrival time (AT), time to peak(TTP), peak intensity(PI). Results Thyroid cancer (12 cases) showed early wash in an early wash out in comparison with the adjacent thyroid parenchyma, and the enhancement intensity [AT(7.49 ± 4.45), TIP( 17.41 ± 2.84), PI( 18.56 ± 5.24) s] were lower than nodular goitre (20 cases) [ AT ( 13.22 ± 3.30), TIP (20.92 ± 2.59), PI ( 19.15 ± 5.47 ) s ] (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The contrast enhanced ultrasonography may provide a useful method for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
