On the basis of the practices and researches of subject-oriented and specialization information service in Guang'anmen hospital, this article put forward that providing the information service has positive significance for accelerating the construction of information resource, improving the level of information service and enhancing the core competitiveness of hospitals.
2.Using of Ommaya reservoir in postoperative intracranial infection combined with hydrocephalus in patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To investigate the treatment function and dominance of Ommaya reservoir,which was used to treat postoperative intracranial infection combined with hydrocephalus in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods Thirty-four patients suffered intracranial infection combined with hydrocephalus after operations. They were randondy divided into 2 groups.Thirleen patients were treated with Ommaya reservoir, the others were treated with external ventricular drainage. The 24-hour mean drain quantum, the mean days from implantation pumps or htbes to ventriculo-peritoneal (V-P) shunt operation,the rate of secondary operation and the rate of getting V-P shunt operation were analyzed, then the Glasgow outcome scale ( GOS ) of patients were observed at 3 months. Results Compared with patients treated with external ventriular drainage, patients with Ommaya reservoir had the less24-hour mean drain quantum and shorten time to get the V-P shunt operation,the mean days from implantation pumps to get V-P shunl was(57.00 ± 8.06) days. In 13 patients with Ommaya reservoir, 10 patients finished V-P shunt operation finally,3 patients gave up the shunt operation, shunt rate was 76.9%.In the treatment period , 4 patients had to change the Ommaya reservoir, secondary operation rate was 30.8%. Thirteen patients had the chance to get V-P shunt operation among 21 patients which got external ventricular drainage, 3 patients gave up the shunt operation, 5 patients died, shunt rate was 61.9%, 16 patients changed the ventricular drainage tube, sec-ondary operation rate was 76.2%. There was no significant difference in 3-month GOS between them (P >0.05 ). Conclusions Compared with external ventricular drainage, Ommaya reservoir has similar shunt rate.Ommaya reservoir has the less secondary operation rale, shorten the treatment days postoperative intracranial infection combined with hydrocephalus in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, so it should be popularized in clinic.
3.Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for treatment of high myopia

Objective To evaluate the effects of the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for treatment of high myopia.Methods LASIK was performed on 308 eyes of 186 patients who were followed up for one year. The patients were divided into two groups (group A and group B) according to preoperative diopters.Results One year after surgery, in group A(-6.0~-10.0D) the uncorrected visual acuities of 0.5 and 1.0 were in 95.76% and 77.58% of the eyes, the mean residual refraction was -0.32D±0.46D. In group B(-10.25~-20.0D) the uncorrected visual acuities of 0.5 and 1.0 were in 62.24% and 37.06% of the eyes, the mean residual refraction was -0.92D±1.13D.Conclusion It is an effective and safe refraction surgery to correct high myopia with LASIK.
4.The effect of pinacidil ischemic postconditioning protects against myocardial injury in rats

Aim To observe the effect of pinacidil ischemic postconditioning on rat ventricular myocytes during ischemia/reperfusion.Methods Rat acute myocardical anoxia-reperfusion model was used.The cardiac function and electrophysiological properties were surveyed by isolated perfusion and patch-clamp technique,respectively.Results Compared with those in the control groups,these results demonstrated that anoxia-reperfusion groups in rats could increase PSP and-dp/dtmax markedly while LVDP,+dp/dtmax and HR decreased slightly.Significant difference was found in A/R group;while pinacidil group showed the better recovery of cardiac function after ischemia/reperfusion. using patch-clamp technique,significant difference was found in pinacidil group,including increasing mean open time and conductance value.Conclusion Ischemic postconditioning by Pinacidil(PCOS of KATP)exerts an cardioprotection effect on acute myocardial anoxia-reperfusion injury.
5.Expression of Bmi-1, p14 ARF and Mdm2 and their clinical significance in colorectal carcinoma

Purpose To explore the expression of Bmi-1, p14ARF and Mdm2 in colorectal carcinoma and to find out their association with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of Bmi-1, p14ARF and Mdm2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 125 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal tissues. Results ( 1 ) The positive rates of Bmi-1 and Mdm2 were 56. 8% and 62. 4% in colorectal carcinoma, respectively, which were much higher than that in normal colorectal tissues (20. 0% and 15. 0%). The positive rates of p14ARF was 47. 2% in colorectal carcinoma, which was much lower than that 75. 0% in normal colorec-tal tissues ( P<0. 05 ) . ( 2 ) The expression of Bmi-1 was significantly correlated with serosal invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage. The expression of p14ARF was significantly correlated with serosal invasion and Dukes stage. The expression of Mdm2 was significantly correlated with histologic grade, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage (P<0. 05). (3) In colorectal carcinoma, the expression of Bmi-1 and Mdm2 was negatively correlated with p14ARF, respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusions Abnormal expression of Bmi-1, p14ARF and Mdm2 is involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma, which could be as the reference factors in judgement of biological behavior and provide a new target for clinical treatment.
6.Treatment of 12 Cases of Facial Paralysis in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy with Acupuncture

In the treatment of 12 patients with facial paralysis in the second trimester of pregnancy by puncturing Yifeng (TE 17), Yangbai (GB 14), Yingxiang (LI 20), Chengjiang (CV 24), Jiache (ST 6), Dicang (ST 4), Cuanzhu (BL 2), Heliao (LI 19) and others on the sick side plus TDP radiation and massaging on the affected face. Eleven cases were cured and one case was remarkably effective after 20 treatments.

8.Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Paranasal Sinus Fungus Balls

Objective To study and observe the effect of transnasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with fungal paranasal sinusitis.Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with fungal paranasal sinusitis were collected and divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (40 cases) according to the principles of random,single blind and parallel control design,the patients in the control group received conventional surgical treatment,and the patients in the observation group received transnasal endoscopic surgical treatment,the two groups were observed and compared in terms of treatment efficiency,sinus cavity scores in the lesion range,average operation time,postoperative complication rate and patients' satisfaction degree.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 94.6%,significantly higher than that of control group (80.0%);the lesions sinus cavity score was 0 points in observation group,significantly lower than the control group (13.1 ± 1.9),the average operation time was (45.4 ± 10.9) min in the observation group,significantly shorter in the control group (76.3 ± 10.5) min;the postoperative complication rate was 3.2% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of 25.6% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The transnasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with fungal paranasal sinusitis can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,remove the mold lesions in the sinuses of patients,shorten the operation time and reduce the postoperative complication rate,and is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients and improving the quality of life of patients,thus it is worth popularization and application.
9.A Study Correlation Between X-ray Features and Pathologic Infiltration of Early Gastric Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between X-ray features and pathologic infiltration of early gastric cancer.Methods 19 cases of early gastric cancer were analyzed, which were proved by pneumobarium double-contrast examination, operation and pathology. Results There were 9 cases of mucosa cancer and 10 cases of submucosa cancer in 19 patients of early gastric cancer certified by operation. The main X-ray features of mucosa cancer were: a lessened flexibility of local wall, indistinct outline, small trivialities became small nodes and small ditches became indistinct, they looked like pomegranate seeds. The main X-ray features of submucosa cancer were: the local wall was stiff, the density was high, there were small filling defects and small irregular niches, the rugae in the zone involved by the tumour became stiff, large even disappear, small trivialities and small ditches were destroyed. The X-ray findings of early gastric cancer had functional changes, abnormal contraction, more liquid in stomach.Conclusion Pneumobarium double-contrast examination is a voluable method for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.
10.Influence of probiotics on the gut microflora,digestive enzymes and intestinal motility in rats with severe head injury

Objective To study the influence of probiotics on the gut microflora,digestive enzymes and small intestinal propulsive rate of rats with severe head injury. Methods The rat model of severe head injury was prepared, SD rats were randomly divided into group A (enteml nutrition) , group B (enteral nutrition plus probiotics) , and group C (normal diet) . The intestine mucesa and faeces were collected on the third day,7th day and 14th day after head injury in order to detect gut microflora,digestive enzymes and small intestinal propulsive rate. Results Compared with group C, the number of Lactobacillus and Bacillus bifidus group in group A and group B declined in two weeks after trauma, however, the number of Escherichia coli increased significantly. Bacillus bifidus amounts of group A were significantly lower than that of group B at every time point, the diversity of Escherichia coli was opposite. No difference was seen in content of Lactobacillus 7 days after trauma in group A and B. The level of disaecharidases, Na+- K+- ATPase and small intestinal propulsive rate declined significantly at every time point, compared with group C.Though the contents of digestive enzymes was higher in group B than that of group A, and small intestinal propulsive rate was higher in group A and B than that in group C, but the two groups showed no difference. Conclusions Probiotics can alleviate the in-testine microflora disorder,modulate the activities of digestive enzymes, therefore lessen malabsorption of rats with severe head injury.
