1.THE DISEASE FORMATION ANALYSIS OF OUTPATIENT AND INPATIENT FROM 2008 TO 2013 IN A HOSPITAL
Modern Hospital 2015;(4):110-114
In order to study the disease occurrence , developments and changes in a hospital and the sur -rounding area, statistical analysis of outpatient and inpatient diseases and medical expense from 2008 ~2013 in the hospital was made.According to the analysis results, the principal diseases of outpatient are infectious disease and chronic disease.Dry -eye incidence has been increasing rapidly in the past 6 years, and the medical expenses in-creased significantly, and attention should be paid on it.Among the inpatient diseases , pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium complications consistently rank the first .This is the reason why the highest proportion is around the age of 20 ~39 years old and among the woman sufferers, but in the inpatient disease spectrum , the constituent ratio appears a decrease trend year by year, meanwhile, genitourinary system disease, respiratory system disease, circulation sys-tem disease and tumor show the upward trend year by year .Therefore, the proportion of self -pay medical expenses of patients is still high, and the financial burden is heavy .Hence the construction of medical security system needs to be continually strengthened.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2010;18(1):34-35
Objective To analyzed the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational use of this kind of drugs. Methods The sorting methods of defined daily dose (DDDs) and the frequency of oral hypoglycenic drugs were used for analysis. Results The list of leading DDDs was glucosidase inhibitor, which accounted for 31.13 % of the total, followed by biguanides which accounted for 21.49%. Conclusions The glueosidase inhibitor, a new type oral hypoglycemic drugs used for lowering postprandial blood sugar level showed remarkable efficacy and safety, so it is currently the first choice for patients with diabetes.

Objective To study the influence of probiotics on the gut microflora, digestive enzymes and small intestinal propulsive rate of rats with severe head injury. Methods The rat model of severe head injury was prepared, SD rats were randomly divided into group A (enteml nutrition) , group B (enteral nutrition plus probiotics) , and group C (normal diet) . The intestine mucesa and faeces were collected on the third day,7th day and 14th day after head injury in order to detect gut microflora, digestive enzymes and small intestinal propulsive rate. Results Compared with group C, the number of Lactobacillus and Bacillus bifidus group in group A and group B declined in two weeks after trauma, however, the number of Escherichia coli increased significantly. Bacillus bifidus amounts of group A were significantly lower than that of group B at every time point, the diversity of Escherichia coli was opposite. No difference was seen in content of Lactobacillus 7 days after trauma in group A and B. The level of disaecharidases, Na+- K+- ATPase and small intestinal propulsive rate declined significantly at every time point, compared with group C.Though the contents of digestive enzymes was higher in group B than that of group A, and small intestinal propulsive rate was higher in group A and B than that in group C, but the two groups showed no difference. Conclusions Probiotics can alleviate the in-testine microflora disorder, modulate the activities of digestive enzymes, therefore lessen malabsorption of rats with severe head injury.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To study the mechanism of 149 serine in the abrogation of cdc25b as a meiosis inducer in mouse oocytes. Methods: Immunofluorescence analysis was used to observe the distribution of cdc25b protein in GV stage and G2/M transition oocytes;Fused plasmids of pEGFP-cdc25b-wt,pEGFP-cdc25b-s149a and vector pEGFP-C3 were microinjected into GV mouse oocytes. After culturing for a certain time, the subcellular localization of protein was observed.Results:cdc25b-wt was distributed mainly in cytoplasm in GV stage oocytes and accumulation of protein was observed during G2/M transition while green fluoresent signal of cdc25b-s149a was observed in nuclear and cytoplasm. Conclusion:The results suggest that there existed a shuffling between nuclear and cytoplasm of cdc25b in GV stage oocytes although they seem to be quilt, the phosphorylation of 149 serine could maintain proper distribution of protein by balancing the speed of protein nuclear export and nuclear import.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
There has been no detailed reiport on the changes of the activity of serum glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) in patients with pancreatic career.Tn this paper, the serum level of GPDA was measured in 166 cases with various malignant and benign gastrointestinal diseases and 60 normal controls. It was found that the serum GPDA activity in patients with pancreatic cancer was 101,02?75.84u/L and significantly higher than that in the patients with pancreatitis and in the normal controls. There was a statistically significant difference of the GPDA activity value between the patients with malignant and benign pancreatic diseases. The elevation of GPDA activity was more marked in those patients with cancers in the head of the pancreas. In addition, the elevation of GPDA activity was dependent on the differentiation of cancer cells but not on the size of cancers.Significantly higher level of GPDA was also found in patients with hepatic carcinoma and carcinoma of ampulla of vater but significantly lower level in patients with gastric cancer. It is believed that the determination of serum GPDA activity might be helpful for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
