2.Evaluation of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with remifentanil for labor
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;09(7):487-488
The study intended to evaluate the efficacy and safety of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with remifentanil for labor. Three hundred and two parturients at 37 -42 week of gestation received remifentanil (0. 1μg · kg-1 ·min-1 ) as patient-controlled intravenous analgesia for labor (analgesia group) and their clinical results were compared with those of 221 parturients in labor without intravenous analgesia (control group). Maternal monitoring, including pain scores(VAS), delivery mode, side effects, laboring time was performed for both groups. There was a significant decrease (P <0. 01) of pain scores in analgesia group compared with those in control group. Parturients in analgesia group experienced a significantly shorter first stage, than those in the control group ( P < 0. 01). There were no differences between two groups in the rate of cesarean section and instrumental delivery. And there were no significant differences for newborns with Apgar scores less than 7 at the point of one minute. Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with remifentanil for labor is an effective and safe procedure, which can significantly relieve pain, shorten first stage of labor and has no effect on the delivery mode and Apgar scores of neonates.

7.Invesitigation and Analysis on Mild Monad Food Intoxication Mixed with Vibrio Parahaemolyticus
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
ObjectiveTo determine the nature of the food poisoning event that has not gathered the reason. Methods The descriptive epidemiology and case of illness are used to conduct a contrastive study. The bacterium study, the serology examination and the HACCP hygiene investigation method will be adopted as well for investigation and analysis. ResultThe attack rate of poisoning is 6.67%, incubation period 1.5~6.5h, center position incubation period 4.5h and the dangerous ratio of the food roasted chicken legs (OR) is 28.33, which is connected with the poison. The examination result is that the food is infected by the Vibrio parahaemolyticas to mix the Aeromonas sobria. The HACCP investigation determines that the food is poisoned by the overlapping contamination between the utensil and the food, or the dissemination of the disease carried by the staff. ConclusionThis the food poisoning event is caused by the Vibrio parahaemolyticas to mix the Aeromonas sobria.
8.Chemical carcinogen 3’-me-DAB affects proliferation and migration of rat hepatic stem cells
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(20):-
Objective To explore the relationship between hepatic stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells by detecting the expression of OV6 and CD34 in rat hepatic oval cells. Methods Healthy SD rat were fed with chemical carcinogen 3’-me-DAB for 4 weeks, then the rat hepatic tissue samples were obtained. The rats fed with normal forage served as normal controls. The expressions of OV6 and CD34, specific markers for oval cells and hematopoietic stem cells respectively, in rat hepatic stem cells were detected by immunocytochemical staining (ABC method). Results The oval cells positive for OV6 and CD34 were found in the limiting plate of portal area, mainly located around the Hering canal. In addition, some oval cells positive for OV6 and CD34 were found migrating to hepatic lobule, scattering in the hepatic cords. A great many mononuclear stem cells positive for OV6 and CD34 were also found in the hepatic parenchyma. Conclusion 3’-me-DAB could stimulate the proliferation of hepatic oval cells and hematopoietic stem cells and cause the hematopoietic stem cells derived from bone marrow to migrate to hepatic parenchyma and differentiate.

10.Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome postoperative immune function influence.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(7):333-336
Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is a common respiratory tract obstructive disease in children, which often affects children's mental and physical development. For repeated tonsil inflammation and nocturnal sleep apnea in children with OSAHS, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy is the most effective treatment. But children's postoperative immune function remain in dispute, this review focuses on immunologic function change and influence in the OSAHS children after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, according to the existing research results can be confirmed. The immune parameters in OSAHS children who had tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy will vary differently after a short period of several, considering these manifestations are the stress response after operation, and its long-term immune parameters can recover to the normal level. Thus, the postoperative immune function of OSAHS with tonsillitis in children after the adenoid and tonsil resection has no negative effects, providing theory basis for clinician's treatment for clinicians to parents of children with answers to questions provide the theory basis.
