Objective To observe the structure of cognitive injury and the effect of psychologic behavior training on cognitive function in community chronic schizophrenic patients. Methods80 healthy adults (control group) and 76 community chronic schizophrenia patients (research group) were assessed with World Health Organization-battery of cognitive assessment instrument for elderly (WHO-BCAI), mini-mental state examination (MMSE), and activities of daily living (ADL) pre- and post-psychologic behavior training. ResultsThere were significant differences in the scores of WHO-BCAI, MMSE, ADL between control group and research group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). 12 months after training, all the scores of research group significantly improved compared with that before training (P<0.05 or P<0.01). ConclusionCognitive disorders have occurred in the community chronic schizophrenia patients in wide range. Psychologic behavior training can improve their cognitive function.

Objective To explore the association between 1425G/A single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of protein kinase Cη gene(PRKCH)and cerebral infarction in Jiangsu Han population. Methods 255 patients with cerebral infarction and 225 controls were recruited in our case-control study. The 1425G/A in PRKCH gene was detected by direct sequencing of PCR products.Data were coded and entered in SPSS Windows(version 13.0).Results The frequencies of the GA+AA genotypes(56.86%)and A allele (36.27%)in cerebral infarct group were significantly higher than those in control group(44.44%and24.67%.χ2=7.377,P=0.007 and χ2=15.104,P<0.01).Further analysis indicated that the genotypes(63.09%)and alleles(40.27%)frequencies were statistically different between lacunar infarction subtype and controls(44.44%and 24.67%;χ2=11.744,P=0.Ol and χ2=20.445,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis revealed that hypertension, diabetes mellitus.hyperlipidemia and the A allele of 1425G/A polymorphism were independent risky factors for lacunar infarction. Conclusions The SNP 1425G/A in PRKCH is closely associated with cerebral infarction.particularly with lacunar infarction.

ObjectiveTo investigate the morbidity rate, states of distribution and therapy of psychosis, and the influence of the patients with psychosis to society. MethodsClue exploration was used mainly, assisted with filling vacancy.ResultsTotal of the patients with psychosis was 4253,the time-spot rate of every psychosis was 4.59‰, the all-life rate was 6.24‰. ConclusionSome data of psychosis in Huicheng District have been obtained.

Objective The study aims to investigate the effects of different adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction-V( ASiR-V) and convolution kernel parameters on stability of CT auto-segmentation which is based on deep learning. Method Twenty patients who have received pelvic radiotherapy were selected and different reconstruction parameters were used to establish CT images dataset. Then structures including three soft tissue organs (bladder, bowelbag, small intestine) and five bone organs (left and right femoral head, left and right femur, pelvic) were segmented automatically by deep learning neural network. Performance was evaluated by dice similarity coefficient( DSC) and Hausdorff distance, using filter back projection(FBP) as the reference. Results Auto-segmentation of deep learning is greatly affected by ASIR-V, but less affected by convolution kernel, especially in soft tissues. Conclusion The stability of auto-segmentation is affected by parameter selection of reconstruction algorithm. In practical application, it is necessary to find a balance between image quality and segmentation quality, or improve segmentation network to enhance the stability of auto-segmentation.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the third leading cause of cancer death worldwide.Ginsenoside Rk3,an important and rare saponin in heat-treated ginseng,is generated from Rg1 and has a smaller mo-lecular weight. However, the anti-HCC efficacy and mechanisms of ginsenoside Rk3 have not yet been characterized. Here,we investigated the mechanism by which ginsenoside Rk3,a tetracyclic triterpenoid rare ginsenoside, inhibits the growth of HCC.We first explored the possible potential targets of Rk3 through network pharmacology. Both in vitro(HepG2 and HCC-LM3 cells)and in vivo(primary liver cancer mice and HCC-LM3 subcutaneous tumor-bearing mice)studies revealed that Rk3 significantly inhibits the proliferation of HCC.Meanwhile,Rk3 blocked the cell cycle in HCC at the G1 phase and induced autophagy and apoptosis in HCC.Further proteomics and siRNA experiments showed that Rk3 regulates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)pathway to inhibit HCC growth, which was validated by molecular docking and surface plasmon resonance. In conclusion,we report the discovery that ginsenoside Rk3 binds to PI3K/AKT and promotes autophagy and apoptosis in HCC.Our data strongly support the translation of ginsenoside Rk3 into novel PI3K/AKT-targeting ther-apeutics for HCC treatment with low toxic side effects.

People as third-party observers, without direct self-interest, may punish norm violators to maintain social norms. However, third-party judgment and the follow-up punishment might be susceptible to the way we frame (i.e., verbally describe) a norm violation. We conducted a behavioral and a neuroimaging experiment to investigate the above phenomenon, which we call the "third-party framing effect". In these experiments, participants observed an anonymous perpetrator deciding whether to keep her/his economic benefit while exposing a victim to a risk of physical pain (described as "harming others" in one condition and "not helping others" in the other condition), then they had a chance to punish that perpetrator at their own cost. Our results showed that the participants were more willing to execute third-party punishment under the harm frame compared to the help frame, manifesting a framing effect. Self-reported anger toward perpetrators mediated the relationship between empathy toward victims and the framing effect. Meanwhile, activation of the insula mediated the relationship between mid-cingulate cortex activation and the framing effect; the functional connectivity between these regions significantly predicted the size of the framing effect. These findings shed light on the psychological and neural mechanisms of the third-party framing effect.
