Objective To analyze the value of carbohydrate antigen(CA)153,CA125,neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin(CYFRA)21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods From October 2014 to April 2016,60 patients were selected into lung cancer group,60 patients were selected into lung cancer group,60 healthy persons recruited into control group,blood specimens from all subjects received chemiluminescence immunoassay detection and analyzed.Results Five tumor markers for lung cancer detection had certain difference in sensitivity and specificity,the specific of NSE and CA153,the sensitivity of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in 5 tumor markers were the highest.The combination of 5 tumor markers could make the diagnosis of lung cancer more accurate,the differences of the specific and sensitivity between the combined detection and single detection were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination detection of these five tumor markers could improve the diagnosis ability in patients with lung cancer.

Conductive education is an education system aiming at helping the handicapped people improve the impaired and abnormal function through education. This article started from the current status of conductive education in clinical rehabilitation and analyzed the causes for imbalance between supply and demand of conductive education professionals. Meanwhile strengthening and ex-panding the coverage and strength of general conductive education was proposed and bringing con-ductive education into the compulsory course of rehabilitation therapy major was recommended. Finally, training conductive educational professionals with high-quality was regarded as the most fundamental measure to solve these problems.

[Objective]To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Baliao on a chronic pelvic pain syndrome. [Method] Choice in March 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital clinic of 103 patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome, according to the order of the patient, with reference to random number table, divided the patients into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group patients with 50 cases, control group 53 cases. Treatment group patients given cuppingBaliaopoint treatment, control group patients give Tensorosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, one time a day, 0.2 mg each time, after meals, a total of two groups of patients in the treatment of 4 weeks, observe two groups of patients with prostatic inflammation at the end of the treatment of NIH-CPSI score, clinical curative effect and clinical relapse over 3 months of treatment. [Results] (1)After the treatment, two groups of patients with pain or discomfort, micturition abnormal, the quality of life score and NIH-CPSI total score were improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant;Comparison between the two ways, found that the treatment group patients in pain or discomfort, the quality of life, and the NIH-CPSI total integral comparison, obviously improved compared with control group, difference had statistical significance( P<0.05), but the two groups of patients with abnormal micturition, had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); (2) the treatment group patients clinical total effective rate was 85.4%, the control group was 74.5%, two groups of clinical curative effect comparison, had no statistically significant difference( P>0.05); (3) 3 months after treatment, the treatment group patients there were 7 cases of recurrence of patients with recurrence(17.1%), the control group 14 cases of recurrence of patients with recurrence(36.8%), compared two groups of clinical relapse rate, difference had statistical significance( P<0.05), recurrence of clinical treatment group was obviously less than the control group. [Conclusion] Take electroacupuncture at Baliao point can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with the disease, improve patient's quality of life and reduce recurrence forward, but in the future it's a worthy research to adopt a more scientific research design, including evaluationBaliaopoint for the clinical curative effect of treatment of the disease.

Objective To introduce a set of rehabilitation approach called Conductive Education-Rehabilitation Rhythmic Exercise andits application. Methods Control group and rehabilitation group were set up with 75 cerebral palsy children in each. And it was used once aweek for 3 months. Results The scores and effective rate of movement, speech communication, perception and cognitive in the rehabilitationgroup were higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Conductive Education-Rehabilitation Rhythmic Exercise was effectiveto cerebral palsy.

There is a huge gap in the quality of assistive technology (AT) service between China and the USA. In the USA, the certification of Assistive Technology Professional （ATP） has been used to supervise the development of AT service, while China is at the beginning of AT service. The current situation and the effects about the certification of ATP, how to get the ATP, the requirements someone must have were discussed in the paper.

Objective To explore the features and rehabilitation of dystonia after cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Methods A case was reviewed combined with literatures. Results and Conclusion The patient presented deformation dystonia after thrombolysis, and the function improved after botulinum toxin injection and rehablitation.

To explore the relationship between serum total bile acid concentration and fetal prognosis in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).A total of 131 ICP patients were divided into mild and severe ICP groups according to serum total bile acid concentration.And another 100 normal subjects during the same period were selected as control group.Their medical records and fetal prognoses were analyzed.The serum total bile acid,liver enzyme and lipid concentration of ICP patients were all significantly higher than those of the controls (P ＜ 0.01).The fetal prognoses of ICP patients were significantly different with those of controls (P ＜ 0.05).A high serum level of total bile acid of ICP patients may produce serious adverse effects on fetal prognosis.

Objective:To observe changes of serum levels of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and lipoxin A4 (LXA4) in pa‐tients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and explore its clinical significance .Methods :A total of 120 CHD patients treated in our hospital from Jun 2013 to Sep 2014 were selected as CHD group ,another 40 healthy subjects were re‐garded as normal control group .According to CHD type ,patients were divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (n=36) ,unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group (n=46) and myocardial infarction (MI) group (n=38) .Ac‐cording to plaque nature assessed by CT value ,patients were divided into calcified plaque group (n= 27) ,mixed plaque group (n=31) and non-calcified plaque group (n=62) .Levels of MPO and LXA4 and ratio of MPO/LXA4 were compared among all groups .Results:Compared with normal control group ,there were significant rise in MPO level [ (167.2 ± 20.4) U/L vs .(218.3 ± 32.5) U/L] and MPO/LXA4 [ (0.78 ± 0.08) vs .(1.34 ± 0.27)] ,and sig‐nificant reduction in LXA4 level [ (214.6 ± 31.3) nmol/L vs .(162.4 ± 22.4) nmol/L] in CHD group ,P<0.05 or<0.01 .Compared with SAP group ,there were significant rise in MPO level [ (180.4 ± 21.6) U/L vs .(230.3 ± 32.5) U/L vs .(238.6 ± 44.7) U/L] and MPO/LXA4 [ (0.97 ± 0.11) vs .(1.37 ± 0.23) vs .(1.62 ± 0.25)] ,and significant reduction in LXA4 level [ (184.7 ± 23.7) nmol/L vs .(156.3 ± 21.2) nmol/L vs .(148.4 ± 19.6) nmol/L] in UAP group and MI group ,and MPO/LXA4 of MI group was significantly higher than that of UAP group , P<0.05 or < 0.01 . Compared with calcified plaque group and mixed plaque group , there were significant rise in MPO level [(196.3 ± 27.2) U/L vs .(211.2 ± 24.6) U/L vs .(231.6 ± 26.5) U/L] and MPO/LXA4 [(1.13 ± 0.14) vs .(1.26 ± 0.16) vs .(1.51 ± 0.21)] ,and significant reduction in LXA4 level [ (174.3 ± 23.4) nmol/L vs .(167.4 ± 21.2) nmol/L vs .(154.6 ± 19.2) nmol/L] in calcified plaque group ,and MPO/LXA4 of mixed plaque group was significantly higher than that of calcified plaque group , P<0.05 or <0.01 .Conclusion:There exist significant ab‐normal levels of MPO and LXA4 in CHD patients ,ratio of MPO/LXA4 is more helpful for determining disease se‐verity and stability of atherosclerotic plaque .

AIM: To evaluate the efficiency of buflomedil hydrochloride injection (Buf) in the treatment of the damage of peripheral nerve induced by diabetes (DPN). METHODS: 28 patients with DPN were given Buf (150 mg?d -1 , iv gtt) and another 28 patients were used routine therapy. The treatments lasted for 15 d. Objective To explore the values of combined detection of serumhuman epididymis protein E4 , CA125 and CA199 in diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Methods 118 patients with endometrial cancer were chosen as group A, 82 patients with benign uterine disease were assigned to group B. Serum levels of HE4, CA125 and CA199 were detected and the positive rates were compared between the two groups. Results Serum levels of HE4, CA125, and CA199, the positive rate were significantly higher in group A than in group B (P <0.05). HE4 positive rate was highest in group A, and group B had no HE4-positive patients. The sensitivity and accuracy of HE4 + CA125 + CA199 were the highest, which was 94.9% and 92.5%. Levels of HE4, CA125 and CA199 and positive rate showed a rising trend as FIGO stage increased (P < 0.05), and HE4 positive rate was significantly higher than those of CA125 and CA199 (P < 0.05). Conclusions HE4 can be used to identify benign and malignant diseases in the uterus , and has a higher diagnostic value of endometrial cancer as compared with CA125 and CA199. Combined detection of HE4, CA125 and CA199 can improve the positive rate and diagnosis accuracy in endometrial cancer.
