1.Clinical research of carboprost methylate suppository combined with romethamine in the treatment of post-partum hemorrhage in contractions fatigue

Objective To analyze the effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with romethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in contractions fatigue.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage contractions fatigue were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given carboprost methylate suppository treatment,the observation group was given romethamine com-bined with carboprost methylate suppository.The 2h,12h postpartum blood loss,clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hemostatic time of the observation group shortened,postpartum haemorrhage amount within 2h and postnatal within 12h blood loss of the observation group were reduced,the differences were statistically significant (t=4.56,5.92,6.12,all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,which was significantly lower than 91.67% of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.12,P <0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the incidence rates of digestive tract symptoms,disposable blood pressure fluctuations,facial blushing,puerperal infection in the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.71,4.98,4.34,5.43,all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with romethamine in the the treatment of contractions fatigue postpartum hemorrhage is remarkable,with less postpartum haemorrhage amount, better treatment effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and higher security.
2.Determination of Trace Aluminum in Water

Aluminum could be detected widely in natrual environment, aluminum salts-made water purifying agents are widely applied, so over intake of aluminum may cause adverse health effects to human health.Various speciation of aluminum may cause different kinds of health affects in different degree. The hydroxy-aluminium with higher level in drinking water is an important factor for the adverse health effects. Determination of the speciation of aluminum is the key to the research of the toxicity of aluminum.The methods for determination of trace aluminum and the speciation of aluminum ,including spectrophotometry, ET-AAS,electrochemistry, ICP-AES, IEC, RP-HPLC etc. are reviewed in this paper.

4.Moxibustion on Shenque (CV 8) Improves Effect of Acupuncture for Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).
Methods: A total of 60 IBS-D patients were randomly allocated into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with ginger and salt-partitioned moxibustion on Shenque (CV 8), whereas patients in the control group only received acupuncture treatment. Six days made up a course of treatment, and the clinical effects were statistically analyzed after 4 courses.
Results: The overall response rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, versus 76.7% in the control group, showing a statistical significance (P<0.05). In the intra-group comparison of the symptom scores after treatment, there were statistical differences in both groups (both P<0.01), and in the inter-group comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ginger and salt-partitioned moxibustion on Shenque (CV 8) can obtain better effect for ISB-D than acupuncture alone.
5.Analysis of ceftriaxone efficacy in children with bronchial pneumonia and inflammation factors

Objective To investigate the effects of the levels of inflammatory cytokines on children with bronchial pneumonia ceftriaxone.Methods 85 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group (n =43) and control group (n =42).Two groups were treated on the basis of penicillin (200 000U/kg,2 times/d),the observation group ceftriaxone (20mg/kg,1 times/d) treatment on the basis of the times,7d course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) before and after treatment,1d,3d,5d,7d were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.97%,the control group was 75.00%,the total efficiency of the two groups had significant difference (x2 =5.236,P =0.000).After treatment,fever,cough,wheezing,rales symptom score decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment,post-treatment observation group political scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t =3.425,3.622,3.712,3.812,P < 0.05).The levels of C RP (4.28 ± 1.07) mmol/L,IL-6 (7.21 ± 2.07) mmol/L,TNF-α(15.36 ± 3.78) mmol/L of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment and control groups at the same time,while the control group after treatment 5d CRP,IL-6,TNF-α levels lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone can effectively relieve symptoms of pneumonia in children,quickly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve clinical outcomes in children.
6.Hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucous myoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucous myoma.Methods The clinical data of 78 submucosal myoma patients with hysteroscopic resection which were diagnosed by B ultrasound and hysteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed,including 35 cases of type O,23 cases of type Ⅰ,20 cases of type Ⅱ.Results Application of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of type O and type Ⅰ submucosal myoma,the rate of postoperative satisfaction was 100.0%.There were 3 cases of multiple myoma in 20 cases of type Ⅱ,which were not one time of resection,and were taken the second times of resection 4 months after operation.In all operation,there was on complications,and the rate of postoperative satisfaction was 96.2%.Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucous myoma for the preservation of reproductive function and not affecting ovarian function has the advantage of less bleeding,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospitalization time,and greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and has good clinical application value,it provides the effective treatment for clinical,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
7.Study on Relationship of TCM Syndrome and Expression of Fas and sFas in Blood of SLE Patients

Objective To study the relation between TCM syndromes of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and expression of Fas and sFas. Methods The relation between the TCM syndrome types of SLE patients and experssions of Fas and sFas was analyzed through detecing Fas and sFas in the blood of SLE patients and control group. Results The expression of Fas in heat-toxin syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney were higher than control group and interior heat syndrome due to Yin deficiency. Serum sFas of SLE patients was higher than control, but there was no significant difference among the three syndrome types. Conclusion The expression of Fas and sFas has obvious relation with TCM syndrome types and can be used for the syndrome differentiation of SLE.
8.The minimal local anesthetic dose of bupivacaine for caesarean section in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia determined by up-and-down method

Objective:To investigate the minimal local anesthetic dose(MLAD) of bupivacaine for caesarean section in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA).Methods:Designed by up-and-down,34 parturients who met the standards were given bupivacaine as planned dose gradient.Hemodynamics were monitored continuously,untoward effects were observed and APGAR of the neonates were given.Results:The MLAD of bupivacaine which is used in CSEA for caesarean section is 5.03 mg(4.1~5.1 mg),and that of ED90 and ED95 are 7.15 mg,7.89 mg respectively.Conclusion:The clinical easy to use dose of bupivacaine is 7.5 mg which is used in CSEA for most parturients.
9.Value of five tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To analyze the value of carbohydrate antigen(CA)153,CA125,neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin(CYFRA)21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods From October 2014 to April 2016,60 patients were selected into lung cancer group,60 patients were selected into lung cancer group,60 healthy persons recruited into control group,blood specimens from all subjects received chemiluminescence immunoassay detection and analyzed.Results Five tumor markers for lung cancer detection had certain difference in sensitivity and specificity,the specific of NSE and CA153,the sensitivity of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in 5 tumor markers were the highest.The combination of 5 tumor markers could make the diagnosis of lung cancer more accurate,the differences of the specific and sensitivity between the combined detection and single detection were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination detection of these five tumor markers could improve the diagnosis ability in patients with lung cancer.
10.Effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on lupus encephalopathy and its influence on serum CRP and renal function

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on lupus encephalopathy and its influence on serum CRP and renal function.Methods 100 patients with lupus encephalopathy were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and routine therapy.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and the changes of CRP level and the improvement of renal function before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group (χ2=13.279,P=0.000).After treatment for 3d,5d,7d,the CRP levels of the observation group were (17.53±1.58)μg/mL,(14.59±1.52)μg/mL,(9.39±1.01)μg/mL,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(20.48±1.78)μg/mL,(18.49±1.32)μg/mL,(13.24±1.13)μg/mL],the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=12.069,15.203,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen exerts significant effect in treatment of lupus encephalopathy can improve symptoms,promote the recovery of CRP levels,relieve renal function,and has clinical significance.
