Objective:To investigate the change of petvic floor function in the third trimester of pregnancy and early postpartum.Methods :46 pregnant women in the third trimester in our hosprtal from July to October 2007 were randomly selected.In late pregnancy, 6 ～8 weeks and 12 ～14 weeks after delivery, the incidenca of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and bladder neck mobility in different stage of puerperium was carried out.They were respectively given score, protectrve pad experiment, ultrasonic testing residual urine and peri-neum ultrasound examination.An anarysis on their.Results :The incidence of SUI that diagnosis by POP-Q or POP-Q combined with pat test was 47.83% ,39.13% respectively in late pregnancy group;21.74% ,15.22% in 6 ～8 weeks after delivery;17.24%.13.7g% in 12 ～14 weeks after delivery.The difference between late pregnancy group and 6～8 waeks after delivery group was statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no significantly difference between 6 ～8 weeks and 12 ～14 weeks after delivery groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between 6 ～ 8 weeks and 12～14 weeks after delivery group while compared the bladder neck angle[(88.11± 13.36)° vs(82.17 ±10.28)°]with the bladder neck rotation angle[(21.67 ±10.64) ° vs (16.79±8.57) °].Conclusions :Pregnancy and delivery can damage the function of pelvic floor, which has certain rehabilitation after delivery.

Objective To explore the significance of detection serum Retinol-Binding Protein and AnnexinA2 in diabetic ne-phropathy.Methods According to 24-UAER level,80 diabetic patients with suspected DN were devided into three groups, that was A (25 cases),B (26 cases)and C (29 cases)group,and control group (NC)was 25 cases.HbA1c,BUN,Scr,UA and RBP leves were detected by the standard method.The expression level of Annexin A2 were detected by real-time PCR. Results There were obvious differences of HbA1c,BUN,Scr,UA and RBP levels among three groups and NC group (t=4.64~13.65,P<0.05),To HbA1c,BUN,Scr and UA,no differences between A group and B groups (t=0.31~1.25,P>0.05),there were differences of RBP (t=15.26,P<0.05).To HbA1c,BUN,Scr UA and RBP,there were differences be-tween A groups and C groups (t=5.26~25.33,P<0.05),there were the same results between B groups and C groups (t=4.02~18.33,P<0.05).To expression level of AnnexinA2 there were differences among three group and NC group ((t=13.45~24.25,P<0.05)).There exist positive correlation between the expression of AnnexinA2 and RBP level (r=0.95, P<0.01).Conclusion Combined detection of serum RBP and expression level of AnnexinA2 may be a sensitive and early phase indicator for impairment of renal function for diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.

BACKGROUND: Cardiac stem cells can differentiate into cardiomyocytes in vitro under induction of pilose antlerpolypeptides, which provides a new therapeutic idea for myocardial injury.OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of pilose antler polypeptides on the apoptosis rate and membrane stability ofmitochondria in cardiac stem cells.METHODS: We chose healthy male Wistar rats born 2 days to extract cardiac stem cells. The culture dish was used asthe experimental unit, and extracted cells were divided into the following four groups (n=12). Blank control group: Thesame amount of buffer was added for induction; 5-azacytidine group: induced with 5-azacytidine (3 μmol/L); pilose antlerpolypeptides group: induced with pilose antler polypeptides (800 mg/L); combined group: induced with pilose antlerpolypeptides (800 mg/L) and 5-azacytidine (3 μmol/L). After 48 hours induction, apoptosis rate of cardiac stem cells ineach group was detected with flow cytometry. The membrane potential of mitochondria in cardiac stem cells wasdetected with immunofluorescence. The expression level of Nkx 2.5, GATA4, ATF-2, and MEF-2C in cardiac stem cellswas detected using western blot assay.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There were small, round and bright cells after 2 weeks culture, and cell colonies ofcardiac stem cells formed. The apoptosis rate of cardiac stem cells in the 5-azacytidine group increased significantly (P <0.05) and its membrane potential decreased significantly compared with the blank control group (P < 0.05). Theapoptosis rate of cardiac stem cells in the pilose antler polypeptides group and combined group decreased significantlycompared with the 5-azacytidine group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and their membrane potential increased significantly (P <0.05, P < 0.01). The results of western blot showed that the expression level of Nkx2.5 increased significantly in thepilose antler polypeptides group and combined group compared with the 5-azacytidine group (P < 0.05), while theexpression levels of GATA4 and ATF-2 in each group were low and there were no significant differences among groups(P > 0.05). The expression level of MEF-2C in each group was at a middle level, and there were no significantdifferences among groups (P > 0.05). To conclude, our experimental findings indicate that pilose antler polypeptidescould decrease the apoptosis rate and improve membrane stability of mitochondria in cardiac stem cells. Themechanism may be related to the increased expression of Nkx 2.5, but whether the mechanism is related to GATA4,ATF-2 and MEF-2C needs to be further studied.

OBJECTIVE:To estimate the cost-effectiveness of4therapeutic regi mens in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.METHODS:182out-patients with candidal vaginitis in the hospital where the authors worked were randomly di?vided into4groups:baofukang suppository group(A),miconazole suppository+miconazole cream group(B),povidone Iodine ointment group(C),and luohuazizhu suppository group(D),medical economy was applied to analyze the cost-effectiveness.RESULTS:The costs in4groups were56.2yuan,69.4yuan,75.3yuan,and53.9yuan respectively;The effective rates were93.3%,91.3%,91.3,and80.0%respectively;The ratios of cost to effectiveness were0.60,0.76,0.82,and0.67re?spectively;Compared with D,the added cost-effectiveness ratio of A,B,C are0.17,1.37and1.89respectively.CONCLU?SION:Baofukang suppository is a preferable drug to treat candidal vaginitis.

BACKGROUND:To establish a rapid and effective method to obtain sufficient spermatogonial stem cels that can meet the clinical need is urgent to be solved in the spermatogonial stem cel transplantation.
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of rhodiola polysaccharide on the proliferation of spermatogonial stem celsin vitro.
METHODS:Under sterile conditions, spermatogonial stem cels and Sertoli cels were isolated from the testis of mice, and spermatogonial stem cels were seeded onto the feed layer of Sertoli cels. Then, the co-cultured cels were assigned into experimental group 1 (simple cel culture medium), experimental group 2 (cel culture medium containing 150 mg/L rhodiola polysaccharide) and experimental group 3 (cel culture medium containing 150 mg/L rhodiola polysaccharide, 1 U/L leukemia inhibitory factor and 10 μg/L glial cel line-derived neurotrophic factor). After 7 days of co-culture, flow cytometry was used to detect cel proliferation in vitro, and cel viability and positive expression of GFRa-1, Thy-1 and C-kit were calculated.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After 7 days of co-culture, the cels grew rapidly and presented with colony and thyrsiform growth, and the number of cel masses increased significantly, al of which were in line with the proliferative features of spermatogonial stem cels. The GFRa-1, Thy-1 and C-kit proteins were expressed in the cel membrane and cytoplasm, mainly in the cel membrane. The viability of spermatogonial stem cels and positive expression of GFRa-1 and Thy-1 were ranked as folows: experimental group 3 > experimental group 2 > experimental group 1, and there were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). The positive expression of C-kit had no difference between experimental groups 1 and 2, but it was significantly higher in the experimental group 3 than the other two groups (P < 0.05). These findings indicate that rhodiola polysaccharide used alone or combined with leukemia inhibitory factor and glial cel line-derived neurotrophic factor can enhance the proliferative ability of spermatogonial stem celsin vitro.

BACKGROUND:Chinese herbs for kidney nourishment can promote the proliferation and differentiation of spermatogonial stem cel s. OBJECTIVE:To verify the effect of seminiferous capsule extract on spermatogonial stem cel proliferation. METHODS:Spermatogonial stem cel s were isolated from the testis of male mice and synchronized by serum-free medium fol owed by an addition of 10, 50, 100 mg/L seminiferous capsule extracts. After 24 hours of culture, viability, proliferation and cel cycle of spermatogonial stem cel s were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, seminiferous capsule extracts promoted the cel number, viability and proportion at S stage. The number of BrdU-labeled spermatogonial stem cel s was increased significantly after intervention with seminiferous capsule extracts, especial y at the concentration of 50 mg/L. These findings indicate that seminiferous capsule extracts can promote the proliferation and viability of spermatogonial stem cel s.

Objective To investigate the approach and effect of PDT and TTT therapeutic alliance for isolated choroidal angioma according to the lication. Methods After mydriasis,through 90D retinal mirror examination ,fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) ,Indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and ultrasound,the diagnosis of angiography choroidsal hemangioma was made. Position:peripapillary , six cases( tumors locating only in macula fovea were not included in this statistical area). OCT suggested that epithetlial tumors from the surface of nerve macular were affected. Period of the disease was between one week and two months . Preoperative best corrected vision acuity range was 1. 05 ～ 0.4. By ultrasonography, tumors thickenss was from 2.2mm to 4mm, and diameter was from 6.6mm to 11.2mm. OCT indicated that the height of neural epithetlium breaking away from macular area was between 156mm and 486mm. inferior retinas separated two months after morbidity. TTT was partly applied to cure tumor body ortside macdular area with IRIS Medical OculightSLX gallium arsenicde laser(810nm). Energy:per light spot shining diameter was 1 mm, and the power was between 150mw to 250mW, and time was 60s. Therapeutic standard was retinal surface changing to pale. Choroids shrunk back and retinal ptgment epithetlium prolixferated in TTT therapy area;recheck 2 weeks later. If FFA showed that active macula fovea pathological changes were not cured, PDT was performed as following :689nm laser was used , and veteporfin ( comm. ercial name : Visudyne) was injected by intravenous at a speed of 6mg/mm~2 , and 15 minutes later, the laser was irradiated for a period of 83 ～ 126s. For tumors with thicdness under 3mm,one light spot was irradiated for 83s;for rumors with thicdness above 3mm, acouple light apot was irradiated for 125s. A small quantity of hyperpigmintation occurred in the limbus,luteus retinae at the second week of follow up. All the cases were followed up for 3 months to 12 months. Results The final vision reached 0.1 ～ 1.0. OCT showed that the earliest complete recovery of limbus luteus retinae neural epithetlium was at the third week, and for another 3 cases,the recovery was at the 4th week. One case with detachment of retina partial recovered 3 months after treatment. OCT suggested that most of the macular detachment and epithetlial cystic degenerateion of neurons recovered to normal. type - B ultrasound was performed in the first three months of treatment. The tumors were difficult to be detected in two cases, and four cases had a thickness of 0. 8 ～2.2mm. At the 6th month,the detection of tumors for the six cases showed normal results. PDT was used only once in the included six cases. Conclusion PDT and TTT therapeutic alliance for isolated choroidsal angioma is safe and effective at special position of eye ground. Each treatment showed its unlque adventages in this combination with a reduction of frequentcy and cost of expensive cost of PDT, and satisfying results of the shrink of the rumors and improvement or preservation of vision.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of low-dose aspirin concurrent with IFN-a in inducing hepatocellular carcinoma apoptosis in BEL-7402 cells. Methods BEL-7402 cells were cultured and treated with IFN-α,or low dose aspirin or both.MTT and flow cytometry were used to measure the cell proliferation and apoptosis after treatment with a singular drug or the combined regiment.The expressions of the apoptosis-related proteins were detected by Western blot.Results MTT assay revealed after IFN α administration alone or combined with aspirin treatment for 48 h,the proliferation ratio of the IFN-α or aspirin group were 82.45％ ± 1.71％ and 83.22％ ±2.26 ％,compared with the control group.The group which received the combined therapy had a proliferation ratio of 69.84 ％ ±1.18 ％,which was significantly lower than the single groups (P＜0.05).The flow cytometry revealed that the apoptosis ratio in IFN-α group and aspirin group were 14.78 ％ ±1.93％ and 14.00％±0.61％,respectively,while the IFN-α + aspirin group was 21.68％±1.28％,which was also significantly higher than that of the single groups (P＜0.05).Western blot detected that IFN-α and aspirin (1 mmol/L) could promote caspase-3 and caspase-9 protein expressions,and when the two drugs were combined,caspase-3 and caspase-9 were also significantly activated.IFN-α alone or combined with aspirin can promote the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax (P＜0.05),while the anti-apoptotic proteins expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl did not change significantly (P＞0.05).Conclusions Low-dose aspirin can cooperate with IFN-α in inhibiting the BEL-7402 cell growth and inducing the cell apoptosis by activating and increasing caspase-3 and caspase-9 levels,which may be related to the increased expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax.

The basic mechanical properties of a Radial Shock Wave Therapy Equipment (RSWTE) were experimentally studied in this paper. The output energy of the RSWTE working on the operation frequency of 10 Hz was measured by dynamic pressure transducer under the conditions of different operation pressure. The results showed that both operation pressure and operation frequency have effects on the output energy of the equipment. The output energy increases with the increase of operation pressure, and the magnitude of increased energy decreases with higher operation of frequency. With the increase of operation frequency, the output energy rises up in condition of lower operation pressure and drops off in condition of higher operation pressure. The accurate medical treatment should be selected with the optimized energy and condition according to the treatment requirement to different illness in clinical medical applications.

Abstract According to the Healthy China Action Plan, Wuhan gives full play to the role of preventing and controlling student myopia by promoting student health. The primary focus is placed on education in schools, and Wuhan has integrated educational resources to develop a multi-level myopia prevention and control system and service network for school students. The network contains educational adminstrative, schools, families, and professional technical service organizations. By integrating multiple disciplines, Wuhan has built a comprehensive vision health management service system for all students. The Internet and cloud intelligent monitoring facilitated the establishment of a smart vision health management platform for students, which thoroughly and efficiently implemented myopia prevention and control to safeguard students visual health by engaging in education, monitoring, and supervision. The prevention and control of student myopia is a breakthrough for comprehensive healthy development of students. A comparison of the standard myopia rate in Wuhan in 2019 and 2018 revealed that the standard myopia rate at different learning stages of primary school, junior high school, and high school dropped by 3.31, 2.50, and 2.26 percentage points, respectively, and the rate of myopia in primary school was significantly lower than the national level. Post-epidemic surveys showed that the compliance rate and the awareness rate of the visual environment and visual behaviors of primary and secondary school students in Wuhan reached more than 80%, and prevalence of newly onset myopia or decreased vision was 30%, which was lower than the national average. The "Wuhan Model" provides an important referential framework for public health services for school students.
