To screen the illegal substances in fishery inputs,we established the database including the precursor and the daughter ions for these possible components by the quadrupole/orbit-trap mass spectrometer, and the retention time of each drug on the same chromatographic column. And then, the extracted and diluted samples were analyzed and the components in the real samples were identified under the same conditions.Chromatographic analysis was performed on an Accucore RP-MS column (100 mm × 2.1 mm,2.6 μm) using gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile as mobile phase.Elutes were ionized through heatable electrospray ionization (HESI) in both positive and negative mode simultaneously.Data acquisition was conducted by Full-scan ddMS2 (TopN) mode,in which the full mass profile for a continuous precursor ion injection and the fragments of each high abundant precursor of targeted were acquired with excellent time and mass resolution.Screening was carried out through comparison of the information of real samples with that of standards in the database, which were processed by software (Tracefinder). The Quantification of each component was analyzed based on the precursor ion chromatography acquired by orbit-trap mass spectroscopy, which showed a good linearity between 0.01-1 μg/mL,with R>0.98.The method was validated by checking its minimum screening concentration (0.5 mg/L for drugs and 5 mg/L for feedstuffs) and evaluating the recovery after addition of the standard mixture in real samples (>50%,under the addition of 10 and 100 mg/kg).The results for 68 practical samples demonstrated the effective performance of this method for screening with high-throughput,rapidness and acceptable minimum screening concentration and accuracy,in which 15 of 29 fishery drug samples were screened out for positive components that were not indicated in their labels.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) miRNA plasmids on the expressive levels of CTGF, transforming growth factor-beta (TGFbeta) and type I collagen of rat hepatic stellate cells (HSC) which are stimulated by high glucose. The rat HSCs which were successfully transfected rat CTGF miRNA plasmids and the rat HSCs which were successfully transfected negative plasmids were cultured in vitro. After stimulus of the TMP and the high glucose, the protein levels and gene expressive levels of CTGF, TGF-beta and type I collagen were tested. The results indicated that high glucose increased the expression of CTGF mRNA, CTGF protein, TGF-beta mRNA,TGF-beta protein and type I collagen (P < 0.05). The expressive levels of CTGF mRNA, CTGF protein, TGF-beta mRNA, TGF-beta and type I collagen in TMP group were lower than those in high glucose group and showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Compared with high glucose group, the expressive levels of CTGF mRNA, CTGF protein, TGF-beta mRNA, TGF-beta and type I collagen in rat CTGF miRNA plasmid interference group were significantly lower (P < 0.05). However, no statistically significant difference was found in CTGF mRNA and CTGF protein levels between TMP group and CTGF miRNA group (P > 0.05), while type I collagen levels showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). It is concluded that high glucose could promote the expressions of CTGF, TGF-beta and type I collagen, and TMP and rat CTGF miRNA plasmids could reduce the expressions of CTGF, TGF-beta, type I collagen.

Objective:To study the preliminary clinical results of the No-touch technique in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer. Methods:A retrospective analysis was consulted on 11 patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer at the Pancreas Center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020. There were 5 males and 6 females, with a Mean±SD age of (63.6±12.2) years. Preoperative evaluation showed all patients were diagnosed to have resectable pancreatic head carcinoma with no local invasion into adjacent arteries and veins, and without metastasis. The surgical strategy consisted of no initial Kocher manoeuvre with no flipping or pulling of the pancreaticoduodenal area. Through unwinding of the pancreatic uncinate process, the pancreatic blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic vessels were completely detached to isolate the tumor. Finally, the pancreaticoduodenal area was totally resected and the digestive tract was reconstructed using the Child’s method. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative pathology and follow-up data of the patients were evaluated. Results:All patients completed the laparoscopic operation without any need for conversion to laparotomy. The operation time of the 11 patients was (422.2±102.2) min, and the bleeding volume was (102.7±65.4) ml. There were 2 patients who developed pancreatic fistula, with 1 patient having a biochemical fistula and 1 patient a grade B fistula. There was no grade C fistula. Other complications included 1 patient with delayed gastric emptying. There were no biliary fistula, no postoperative abdominal bleeding, and no perioperative death. Postoperative pathology showed 6 patients had lymph node metastases, with a positive lymph nodes rate of (4.8±4.4)%. All patients had R 0 resection. The follow-up survival data of the 11 patients showed one patient to develop intrahepatic metastasis 1 month after operation and he died 9 months after operation. Another patient developed liver metastases 2 months after operation. The remaining patients were tumor-free. Conclusion:Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy using the No-touch isolation and resection technique could achieve complete resection of tumors, and it can safely and effectively be applied to patients with pancreatic head cancer.

Pancreaticoduodenectomy is one of the most difficult abdominal operations, and the difficulty in resection and complicated digestive tract reconstruction have brought great challenges for surgeons. At present, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy has been widely used in clinical practice, and compared with traditional 2D laparoscopy, 3D laparoscopy has the features of high magnification, high definition, and three-dimensional vision, which enables surgeons to see more clearly and operate more accurately, and thus it has great potential to be widely used in pancreaticoduodenectomy.

OBJECTIVETo demonstrate the clinical applicability of three-dimensional CT angiography by evaluating the anatomic features and variation of inferior mesenteric artery(IMA) and left colic artery(LCA) in order to provide reference to vessel ligation strategy in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.
METHODSClinical and image data of 123 patients receiving abdominal multislice CT at The Sixth Affiliated Hospital from 2014 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The images were 3D-reconstructed with computer 3D CT angiography and arterial enhancement phase images were chosen for analysis. Linear distances from IMA root to abdominal aortic bifurcation and from LCA at IMA root level to IMA root were measured. Branch types of IMA, coursing pattern of LCA, and association between LCA and inferior mesenteric vein (IMV) site were summarized.
RESULTSOf 123 cases, 80 were males and 43 were females, mean age was (46.8±16.6) years, body weight was (57.7±10.4) kg, and BMI was (21.3±3.6) kg/m. The average distance from IMA root to abdominal aortic bifurcation was (42.5±7.9) mm, and this distance was closely associated with body weight (OR=4.771, 95%CI: 1.398 to 16.283, P=0.013). Longer distance tended to appear in the heavier patients. LCA and sigmoid artery (SA) originating from same single IMA was found in 61(49.6%) cases; LCA and SA forking at same point in 35(28.5%) cases; LCA and SA coursing together and forking afterwards in 24(19.5%) cases, and LCA disappearing in 3(2.4%) cases. In 71(57.7%) patients, LCA ascended medial to the lateral border of left kidney, while in 16(13.0%) patients, LCA arranged below the inferior border of left kidney. When the LCA site was higher and the distance from LCA to IMA root was closer [distance from LCA to IMA root level was (24.2±9.9) mm, (30.0±15.2) mm and (66.6±12.3) mm, F=83.2, P<0.001]. At the level of IMA root, LCA located medial to IMV in 21(17.1%) cases, located just lateral to IMV in 54(43.9%) cases, and located lateral and ascended far away from IMV in 48(39.0%) cases.
CONCLUSION3D-CT angiography is non-invasive, efficient and accurate in evaluating coursing features and variation of IMA and its branches, which can provide important reference to the surgeons, promising laparoscopic surgery smooth and safe.
