Objective To detect the difference of intensity of A ,B ,H antigen on erythrocytes between neonates and adult .Meth-ods Anti-A ,anti-B and anti-H serum were diluted in multiple proportions ,then add the sample erythrocytes into the test tube to react with the serum above .Observe the agglutination between the erythrocytes and the serum ,and score for every agglutination re-action .The total of the score in different dilution of every sample were brought into statistics analysis by SPSS software .Results The A ,B ,H antigen intensity on the surface of erythrocyte of neonates were less than that of adult (P<0 .05) .And no matter neo-nates or adult ,the A antigen intensity on the surface of type A erythrocytes were higher than that of B antigen on the surface of type B erythrocyte(P<0 .05) .The A ,B ,H antigen intensity have no significant difference between adult male and female (P>0 .05) .Conclusion There is a significant difference of A ,B ,H antigen intensity on erythrocytes between neonates and adult .It also can be concluded that the varity of the antigen has effect on intensity of A ,B ,H antigen in erythrocytes ,except sex .

Objective To study the impact of enteral nutrition (EN) or parenteral nutrition (PN) in postoperative colorectal cancer patients on viscera organ function and "passing wind" time. Methods Totally 30 patients with colorectal cancer joined this study with informed consent.Patients were randomly divided into EN group and PN group. Both two groups were given nutritional support from the first post-operative day to the 7th post-operative day.The pre-operative and post-operative viscera organ functions and the recovery time of gastrointestinal functions are observed. Results Total bilirubin was significantly lower in EN group than in PN group (P < 0.05).The length of post-operative hospital stay was significantly shorter in EN group than in PN group (P <0.01).The post-operative complications were not significantly different between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative EN support is beneficial for colorectal cancer patient in terms of lower bilirubin levels, shorter post-operative hospital stay, and lower cost.

Objective To explore the modified early warning scoring system (MEWS) for patients with chest pain and the clinical effect of triage. Methods A total of 381 cases using the modified early warning scoring system (MEWS) from August 2016 to February 2017 were as the observation group, and another 381 cases from January to July 2016 applied the routine examination were as the control group.Waiting time and triage accuracy rate and mortality data were recorded and statistical analyzed. Results The study found that the waiting time of patients in the observation group was (9.28 ± 2.39) min, which was significantly lower than (22.37 ± 5.48) min in the control group.Acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients with aortic dissection, the number of cases and non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEAM) cases have little significant difference, and their accurate rate of the observation group were 244 cases (93.13%),78 cases (90.70%),21 cases (95.45%),respectively,which were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The mortality of patients with STEMI,aortic dissection and non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEAM) in the observation group were 2.36%,0.52% and 0,respectively,which were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The triage effect of modified early warning scoring system (MEWS) for patients with chest pain is more significant compared with the conventional diagnosis, and it can effectively reduce the waiting time and the mortality rate.
