Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of methylcarboprost suppository in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Two hundred and nine puerperants with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups: test group(n=103),1mg methylcarboprost suppository was given sublingually after peritoneotomy, and control group(n=106),20IU oxytocin intravenous drip immediately after neonate delivery. 20IU oxytocin were injected into uterine muscularis in the both groups after neonate delivery. The amount of bleeding in perioperation and 24 hours after delivery were measured. Results The blood loss volumes in perioperation and 24hour after delivery in test group were 191 2ml and 317 2ml respectively, and in control group were 216 6ml and 350 5ml respectively, and there was significant difference in the blood loss volume between the two groups(P
2.Determination of Trace Level Microcystins in Water Using Solid-phase Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(5):522-525
This paper presents a method for trace level analysis of microcystins in water using solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. The optimized condition enabled the determination of common microcystins at levels as low as 0.02~0.05μg/L,and the liner range is from 0.1μg/L to 50 μg/L. The method has been applied to the analysis of field sample from Dianchi lake.
3.Demographic Structure, Environmental Quality and Resident Expenditureson Health
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(1):48-50
Objective: To explore the impacts of demographic structure, environmental quality on household health care expenditures. Methods: Based on 2000-2010 inter-provincial panel data, the method of dynamic panel SYS GMM is used. Results:(1) The rise of elederly dependency ratio promotes residents’ health care expenditures; (2) the decline in juvenile dependency ratio is also the acceleration factor of health care expenditures; (3) the seriousness of environmental quality pollution expands the health care demand. Conclusion: To improve the health status residents, it is needed to implement the medical insurance system for the eldly, construct the health care insurance system for the children, besides, environment protection should be people oriented.

Objective To investigate clinical value of procalcitonin (PCT ) in guiding treatment of infection in elderly patients with heart failure .Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with heart failure and infection were divided into control group (50 cases) ,receiving conventional anti-infection treatment ,and observation group(70 cases) ,receiving adjusted anti-infection treat-ment based on serum PCT levels .Treatment efficiency ,cost of treatment ,hospitalization duration and other indicators were com -pared between the two groups .Results Effective rate of observation group was 78 .57% ,which was not significantly different with the 78 .00% of control group ( P > 0 .05) .Cost of treatment ,hospitalization duration ,application time of antibiotics ,antibacterial drug costs ,superinfection and mortality were significantly different between the two groups (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,levels of e-rythrocyte sedimentation rate ,C-reaction protein ,white blood cells and neutrophil in the two groups were significantly improved (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,C-reaction protein level of observation group was lower than control group (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion PCT based anti-infection treatment could help shorten the treatment time ,reducing treatment costs and improving outcomes ,and might be worthy of clinical application .

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor in lymphatic and hematopoietic systems. The majority of the DLBCL patients can be cured with standard chemotherapy, but around 30%to 40%of these patients can suffer from relapse and die from the disease. Double-hit lymphoma (DHL) is an unclassifiable tumor that mainly forms in DLBCL and B-cell lymphoma. The features of this tumor resemble those of DLBCL and Burkitt's lymphoma (BCLU), including short survival time, poor prognosis, and easy relapse. Given these unique characteristics, DHL has attracted much research attention over the years. Although BCLUs are more prone to DHL, DLBCL is the most common lymphoma in DHL. Accordingly, this review focuses on the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, molecular genetics, treatment, and prognosis of double-hit DLBCL.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(07):-
Objective:To evaluate the safety of patient controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA)for elderly patient. Method: Forty two adult patients after operation were divided into control group(44.4?7.8a)and old group(70.9?5.la) according to their ages. All patients reeeived epidural 0.125% bupivacaine and 0.01% morphine mixture for PCEA. BP,HR, RR and SpO_2 were monitored for the first 24 hours following PCEA. Result: The dosage of the mixture was 33.3?6.8ml in control group and 31.6?8.7ml in old group. BP,HR didn't alter markedly in both groups throughout the whole period. RR and SpO_2 remined normal levels. Conclusion: With adequate dosage PCEA can be used safely for elderly postoperative analgesia

Objective To evaluate the function of the domestic sickbeds set up by our hospital in the prevention and cure of non infectious chronic diseases. Methods A perspective study was made through offering health education, guidance and home treatment to 116 cases using domestic sickbeds and employing the method of self management. In addition, the clinical treatment results of the patients and the rate of their satisfaction towards domestic sickbeds were surveyed, analyzed and assessed. Results Through long term follow up visits, it was found that compared with the intermittently standardized group and the completely non standardized group, the control rate of chronic diseases in the standardized group with systematic management and treatment was significantly higher while the rates of complications and mortality were much lower (P

Objective To explore the expression and activation of transcription factor E2F1 in cultured human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells. Methods Cultured human RPE cells were divided into two groups after synchronization: one was cultured in Dulbecco′s modified Eagle′s medium (DMEM) without serum; the other was cultured in DMEM supplemented with 20% serum of newborn calf. The expressions of E2F1 protein in two groups were detected by Western blot analysis. The E2F1 DNA binding activities were measured by gel mobility shift assay(EMSA). Results E2F1 protein of 60 000 molecular weight was detected in the nuclear extract of human RPE cells, and serum stimulation could increase its expression( P

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of E2F decoy oligodeoxynucleotides (E2F decoy ODNs) on cultured human retinal pigment epithelial (HRPE) cells. Methods E2F decoy ODNs or scramble decoy ODNs at varied concentrations were put into the HRPE cells mediated by lipofectamine TM2000. The proliferative activity of HRPE was detected by methythiazolyl-terazollium assay, and the competitive combinative activity of E2F decoy ODNs and transcription factor E2F was detected by electrophoresis mobility-shift assay. Results The proliferation of HRPE was inhibited markedly by E2F decoy ODNs at the concentration of 0.2 ?mol/L (P=0.002) in a dose-dependent manner but not by scrambled decoy. The results of electrophoresis mobility-shift assay showed that the combinative activity of transcription factor E2F was abolished completely by E2F decoy ODNs. Conclusions E2F decoy ODNs may sequence-specifically inhibit the combinative activity of transcription factor E2F,and inhibit the proliferation of HRPE cells.
