1.Early origins of polycystic ovary syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):35-37
The clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) often emerge during childhood and are related with early life events.Fetal androgen excess may contribute to the etiology of PCOS.Otherwise, fetal growth restriction can confer a setpoint of maximal adipose tissue expansion and may lead to a state of insulin resistance which may finally contribute to the pathophysiology of PCOS.Two hypothesis, the prenatal androgen hypothesis and the adipose tissue expandability hypothesis, have been advanced, and have explained the prenatal origins of PCOS.This paper discusses the relationship between the PCOS and the two hypotheses to demonstrate the PCOS as a fetal origins of adult disease.
2.Clinical efficacy of two different parenteral nutrition (PN) method for premature and low birth weight infants
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(9):1342-1343,1344
Objective To observe and discuss clinical effect of early parenteral nutrition ( PN) born within 24h and late PN within 72h on premature and low birth weight infants .Methods 68 admitted cases were divided into treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=33)with random number table.Treatment group was infused of amino acids(initial value 1g/kg· d)and fat emulsion(initial value 0.5-1.0g/kg· d)born within 24h,control group was in-fused of amino acids(initial value 0.5g/kg· d)and fat emulsion(initial value 0.5-1.0g/kg· d)born after 72h,dur-ing which breast feeding was arranged in terms of suitable situation ,and body weight ,liver and kidney function ,blood lipid, blood glucose, complications were noted and compared between two groups born after 7d.Results (1)The pre-term children born after 7d of physicochemical parameters were significantly improved after birth ( the treatment group t=2.169,5.963,11.773,5.920,5.870,8.998,2.076,the control group t=1.755,2.610,9.255,4.697,4.062, 7.489,2.042,all P<0.05).(2)PN time of treatment group was 8-17d,9-20d in the control group, there was signifi-cant difference between the two groups (t=1.458,P>0.05).Two groups of children in hyperlipidemia hyperbilirubi-nemia,cholestasis,secondary infection, the incidence of complications was no significant difference (χ2 =0.215, 0.235,0.173,0.190,all P>0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of initial value of amino acid ,fat emulsion were 1g/kg· d,0.5-1.0g/kg· d,early PN born within 24h compared with late PN born after 72h can better improve nutri-tional status of premature and low birth weight infants ,and clinical safety of two methods are much similar;for prema-ture and low birth weight infants ,amino acid and fat emulsion may be considered to intake born within 24h.
3.Correlation between the changes of peripheral blood myeloid-derived suppressor cells and the level of serum nitric oxide in hepatocarcinoma mice
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(10):659-663
Objective To analyze the changes of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in peripheral blood and serum nitric oxide in tumor-bearing mice, and to explore their correlation and functions in tumor progression. Methods Orthotopic transplantation tumor model of hepatocarcinoma in mice was established. At the 7th, 14th, 21st day after tumor implantation, the proportion of peripheral blood MDSCs was tested by flow cytometry, and serum nitric oxide was detected using the method of nitric acid reductase. Results The proportion of peripheral blood MDSCs at the 7th, 14th, 21st day after tumor implantation in tumor-bearing mice was significantly higher than that in normal mice [(8.65±1.01)%, (14.20±2.52)%, (27.51± 2.98) % vs. (2.51 ±0.44) %, P<0.05]. The level of nitric oxide at the 7th, 14th, 21st day after tumor implantation in tumor-bearing mice was significantly lower than that in normal mice [(72.02 ±5.05) μmol/L, (94.70 ±3.34) μmol/L, (78.90 ± 8.19) μmol/L vs. (57.03 ±16.94) μmol/L, P<0.05]. The level of serum nitric oxide was positively associated with the proportion of MDSCs (r=0.689, P<0.01). Conclusion The proportion of peripheral blood MDSCs and the level of serum nitric oxide in mice are increased with the tumor progression, and there is a positive correlation between them.
4.Research progress of the competing endogenous RNA in primary hepatocellular carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(3):231-234
Competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) transcripts can communicate with microRNAs (miRNAs) through competitively binding the common miRNA response elements (MREs),which remove or decrease the repression of target genes of miRNAs.The present studies indicate that a large amount of genes, serving as ceRNAs,can promote or inhibit the occurrence of liver cancer by competing the binding site of same genes that can promote or suppress tumorigenesis.
5.Dynamic Comparison of Total Flavones Content in Various Parts of Mosla Dianthera Harvested in Different Seasons
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):615-616,617
Objective:To study the content of total flavones in different parts of Mosla dianthera harvested in different seasons to pro-vide reference for the determination of optimal medicinal part and harvesting time of the plant. Methods:The total flavones content of M. dianthera was determined by TLC-UV. Results:The content of total flavones extracted from the plant in September was highest, and that in the leaves was much higher than that in the stems or the roots. Conclusion:It is advisable to harvest the aerial parts of M. dianthera in September.
6.itative Research of Occupational Injury Experiences of Laboratory Animal Workers
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):1027-1030
Objective] To discuss the inner experiences of occupational injury of laboratory animal workers, and provide basis for conducting targeted occupational protective education and health management. [Methods] The phenomenological methodology was used in the study. 12 laboratory animal workers were participated in non-structured interview regarding the experiences of occupational injury. [Results] 3 themes were found including:category of occupational injury(physical injury, chemical injury, biological injury); emotional experiences of occupational injury(fears and concerns, helplessness and self-abasement); help most needed(more attention, knowledge supports, advanced and convenient protective equipment and hardware facilities). [Conclusion] Management of experimental animal industry should lay great emphasis on occupational health and protection of laboratory animal workers, increase both financial and material resources, and enhance occupational protection education, in order to maximize bad physical and psychological effects from occupational injury.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2002;0(05):-
Objective To define a suitable and adequate sample volume for the detection of bacterial contamination in cord blood (CB) via BacT/ALERT system. Methods A total of 1 376 cord blood units were routinely screened for aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms by culturing the erythrocyte fraction(EF) or plasma fraction(PF) with 20 ml and 10 ml sample volume. The microbial contamination was detected by BacT/ALERT 3D system, and the results of this method were compared with the improved Martin/thiogly collate broth(22 ℃) and thioglycollate broth(35 ℃).Results The rates of positive BacT/ALERT results were 1.16%(10 ml) and 1.24%(20 ml) for PF, and 3.20%(20 ml) for EF. The positive rate of Martin/thiogly collate broth(22 ℃/35 ℃) was 1.00% for EF. Conclusion Using BacT/ALERT system for microbial detection in cord blood bank can enhance the security of umbilical cord blood transplantation.
