Objective To observe the effect of insulin glargine combined with methimazole treatment of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism.MethodsThe clinical data of 80 cases in People's Hospital of Haiyan from May 2014 to May 2016 were elderly diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism were analyzed.ResultsThe combined treatment group of patients with fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose was significantly lower than the average water alone treatment group (P<0.05), TSH level was significantly higher than that of single treatment group (P<0.05), FT3, FT4, TGAb, TMAb levels were significantly lower than the single treatment group (P<0.05), the total efficiency of 85% treatment (34/40) was significantly higher than that of single the treatment group of 40% (16/40) (P<0.05), insulin was significantly less than single treatment group (P<0.05), blood glucose time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than single treatment group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5% (5/40) was significantly lower than that of single treatment group 47.5% (19/40) (P<0.05).ConclusionInsulin glargine combined with methimazole in treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism was better than insulin glargine treatment alone.

Objective To identify synovium-associated proteins of by analyzing proteome of FLS between RA patients and traumatic arthritis. Methods The total protein of FLS from 3 patients of RA and 6 normal controls were separated by 2-DE. The differentially expressed proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS. Results The 2-DE image results showed that there were many proteins differentially expressed in FLS from RA and control. A total of 33 differential proteins that were up-regulated in RA as compared with controls were selected and 30 proteins including pyruvate kinase isozymes M1/M2, α-enolase, protein disulfide-isomerase A3 precursor, glutathione transferase, peroxiredoxin 1, ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2K, platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase IB, dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 2, adenosine kinase, transaldolase, δ-δ-dienoyl-CoAisomerase, 26S protease regulatory subunit 6A, annexin All, tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase isoform b, lamin-A/C, myomesin-1 isoform b, ruvB-like 1, actin-cytoplasmic 1, T-complex protein 1, stress-70 protein, mitochondrial precursor, α-crystallin B chain, 78 000 glucose-regulated protein, PSME4, SELENBP1 and so on. Conclusion The differentially expressed proteins are present in FLS from RA and control, which may be the synovium biomakers and involved in pathogenesis of RA.

Objective To investigate the constituents and analgesic and anti‐inflammatory effects of leaves essential oil in Schef fleraoctophylla .Methods SOLEO was dilated by water vapor .The mouse acetic acid‐induced twisting test and mouse auricle swelling test induced by xylene were employed to evaluate the anti‐ inflammation and analgesia effects of SOLEO . Results 55 constituents of SOLEO were identified by GC‐MS .The major constituents ,4‐terpenol ,(‐)‐spthulenol ,caryo‐phllene oxide andβ‐linalool with total percent of 51 .86% were found .The twisting number and relieve swollen auricle of mice induced by xylene were significantly reduced by SOLEO .Conclusion SOLEO was the major active components of anti‐inflam‐mation and analgesia .

Objective To investigate the effect of Yam gruel on postoperative incision healing in patients with Type Ⅱ diabetes and complicated with colorectal cancer, hence to provide a better diet plan for postoperative incision healing. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 92 patients with Type Ⅱ diabetes who were complicated with colorectal cancer and underwent surgery of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer in a general hospital in Fujian province.IBM SPSS 25.0 software was used to randomly divide the patients into control group and trial group, with 46 patients per group.Conventional postoperative treatment and care was offered to the patients in control group, while patients in the trial group, after anal exhaust, consumed Yam gruel made from Chinese Yam along with the remaining breakfast after deducting an 84 kcal of energy produced by the gruel for 3 weeks. The two groups were compared in terms of the post-intervention healing time, healing grade, incidence of poor incision healing, and changes in blood glucose before intervention,at 1 week and 3 weeks post-intervention.Results Forty-four patients completed the trial in the trial group, with two left at the third week of intervention.A total of 45 patients completed the study in the control group, with one dropped out of the follow-up after 3 weeks of intervention. After intervention, the incision healing time in the trial group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the healing grade was better(P<0.05),and the incidence of incision infections was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measures ANOVA revealed that there were statistically significances in both groups in either main effects on fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast(all P<0.001).Particularly,at Week 1 and Week 3 post-intervention,the trial group showed both lower fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast compared with those in the control group(both P<0.01).Conclusion Yam gruel can reduce the time for incision healing, improve the quality of incision healing and regulate blood sugar.

Organ transplantation is an effective treatment for end-stage organ failure. However, organ shortage has always been a common problem faced by countries around the world. The recognition and active participation of intensive care unit (ICU) medical staff in organ donation contributes to promoting the development of organ donation, thereby alleviating the shortage of donor organ. In this article, the key strategies of ICU donor management to promote organ donation and the key strategies of ICU medical staff management to promote organ donation were summarized, aiming to provide reference for organ donation practitioners (especially ICU medical staff) and jointly facilitate the professional development of organ donation.
