Objective To optimize the prescription of GA and GB hydrophilic gel matrix tablets; To study the in vitro release mechanism. Methods On the basis of the results of the mono-factor investigation, mixture uniform design was used to optimize the handicraft molding prescription of GA and GB hydrophilic gel matrix tablets. The release mechanism was investigated by the vitro of the GA and GB hydrophilic gelmatrix tablets to accumulate releasing rate to conduct linear fitting. Results The optimized prescription of GA and GB hydrophilic gel matrix tablets was: powder: HPMC: lactose=23:24:53. Conclusion Mixture uniform design can be used to optimize the prescriptions of GA and GB hydrophilic gel matrix tablets, and the results are accurate. The hydrophilic gelmatrix tablets release medicine by non-Fick mechanism, and the medicine release is in accordance with zero-order.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of pathogenesis and therapeutics of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)and aplastic anemia(AA)combined with autoimmune disease(AID).Methods Retrospective analysis and follow-up visit of 111 patients with MDS and 56 patients with AA in our hospital were studied. Results There were 9(8.1%)of 111 patients with MDS and 2 (3.6%)of 55 patients with AA coexistent with AID.Autoimmune hemolytic anemia(36.4%)and Behcet Disease(18.2%)were common among those combined with AID.5 patients had AID proceeding to the occurrence of MDS/AA.4 patients had simultaneous occurrence of AID and MDS/AA.2 patients developed AID three years later after the diagnosis of MDS.Conclusion There was a certain intrinsic relationship between MDS/AA and AID.

BACKGROUND:Choosing internal fixator implants with good strength and stiffness is the key to repair femoral neck combined with ipsilateral subtrochanteric fractures. OBJECTIVE:To compare the biomechanical properties of different implant fixation for femoral neck combined with ipsilateral subtrochanteric fractures. METHODS:Totaly 24 adult antiseptic cadaver specimens were used to produce fracture models with femoral neck fracture combined with 5 cm of ipsilateral subtrochanteri medical cortical defect, and were divided into femoral proximal locking plate group, lengthening proximal femur anti-rotation intramedulary nail group and lengthening proximal femoral nail group according to the random number table method. The results of axial compression test, torsion test and axial compression failure rest in three groups were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The axial compressive stiffness and failure load in lengthening proximal femur anti-rotation intramedulary nail group were significantly greater than those in femoral proximal locking plate group and lengthening proximal femoral nail group, and those in lengthening proximal femoral nail group were significantly greater than those in femoral proximal locking plate group (P < 0.05). The torsional stiffness in femoral proximal locking plate group was significantly greater than that in lengthening proximal femur anti-rotation intramedulary nail group and lengthening proximal femoral nail group, and that in lengthening proximal femur anti-rotation intramedulary nail group was significantly greater than that in lengthening proximal femoral nail group (P < 0.05). The indexes of biomechanical properties of specimens at the 4thand 8th weeks after fixation in three groups were slightly increased compared with those in 0 week after surgery, but the difference was no statisticaly significant (P > 0.05). These results demonstrate that to a certain extent, compared with the femoral proximal locking plate and lengthening lengthening proximal femoral nail, lengthening proximal femur anti-rotation intramedulary nail fixation for repair of femoral neck combined with ipsilateral subtrochanteric fractures has more biomechanical advantages.

Problem based learning(PBL) is a teaching mode which is based on the autonomous learning of students in small groups.Due to the limited conditions,PBL method can not be widely applied in Guangzhou Medical University.Teaching and research section of pharmacology established a web based PBL teaching mode (W-PBL) in the school through Blackboard net platform, which enlarged the teaching scope and provided students and teachers with a teaching mode having updated learning patterns and high efficiency. Results of this practice were satisfactory and teaching effect was improved significantly.

This study aimed at analyzing the medication regularity based on differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for losing weight using text mining technique. All the references over losing weight were retrieved in CNKI,Wangfang Database,VIP Database and Pubmed. The drugs from the references were classified in accordance with drug property, drug flavor, channel tropism and drug efficacy.Frequency and constituent ratio of a single drug in TCM prescriptions for losing weight were put into analysis using chi square test and factor analysis to find out the medication regularity. It was found that the properties of TCM drugs in the prescriptions contained both cold and warm, while the flavors of the drugs involved pungent, sweet and light. The channel tropism of the drugs mainly belonged to spleen meridian, liver meridian, stomach meridian and lung meridian. They were mostly tonic,relieving,blood-activating,qi regulating,inhibiting-damp and antipyretic drugs.Through factor analysis we found that the common formula compatibilities were concluded as:cassia seed, lotus leaf, hawthorn, salvia miltiorrhiza, polygonum cuspidatum and radix polygonum multiflorum;capillary artemisia, epimedium herb, stephania tetrandra and ligusticum wallichii;dried tangerine peel, pinellia ternata and poria cocos;plantain seed, pericarpium arecae and selfheal;paeonia lactiflora, angelica sinensis, scutellaria baicalensis and ligusticum wallichii;poria cocos, cassia twig, atractylodes and glycyrrhiza;immature bitter orange and bark of magnolia;radix bupleuri, lycium chinensis and jujube;Chinese yam and coix seed;and astragalus, pueraria lobata and polygonatum. In conclusion, formula compatibility mainly combined syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation for the treatment of obesity in clinic, using the drugs belonging to liver meridian, spleen meridian, stomach meridian and lung meridian with the flavors of sweet, bitterness or pungent and the nature of both warm and cold.

The onset of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) is usually occult, and early symptoms are not obvious. Most patients are at advanced stages of disease at diagnosis, and the prognosis is poor. Paraneoplastic syndrome (PNS) refers to the clinical manifestations indirectly caused by tumor metabolites or abnormal immune reactions that cannot be explained by the primary lesion, local tumor spread or distant metastasis. Hypercholesterolemia, hypercalcemia and hypoglycemia are the most commonly seen clinical presentations of PNS in PHC patients. Adequate understanding of PNS is of great importance in early diagnosis and treatment of PHC. In this review, we summarized the clinical manifestations and prognostic mechanisms of PNS in patients with PHC.

Objective To evaluate the development, hot spots and trends of the fields of neurogenic bladder. Methods The relevant articles of neurogenic bladder from January, 2000 to June, 2021 in CNKI and Web of Science were retrieved. The countries, authors, institutions, cited reference and keywords were extracted with CiteSpace to draw knowledge mapping. Results and Conclusion A total of 5 064 articles were enrolled. At present, the research on the field of neurogenic bladder is in a stable period of development, and this field has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. The cooperation between domestic authors and institutions is not close enough compared with foreign countries, and domestic cooperation is more between medical schools and their respective affiliated hospitals. In the future, China can further strengthen cross-regional and cross-agency cooperation. Low-frequency electrical stimulation and sacral nerve regulation are seem to be research hotspots, and children's neurogenic bladder and robot-assisted technologies are also needed more attention.
