1.Discussion on achievement of preventive treatment of disease by strengthening health education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
The preventive theory of traditional Chinese medicine means treating before occurrence or transference of diseases, which guides the modern health work. This paper analyses some health problem of citizens, proposes the solution and suggestion. Treating before occurrence or transference of diseases should not only be a medical ideal and the true approach is to strengthen system health education to citizens, especially all the students in school.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
Pituitary tumors, originated from homoral adenohypophyseal cells, are very common in intracranial neoplasms. They are characterized by a wide range of biological behavioral related to hormoral and proliferative activities. Previous pituitary adenoma studies mainly devoted to histological and ultrastructural classification with immunohistochemical techniques. Molecular biology allowed new approaches, especially concerning the pathogenesis and progression. This article reviews the progress of these researches regarding chromosomes, oncogenes, antioncogenes, transgenic animal models and genetic therapy.
3.Research and treatment of invasive pituitary adenomas: current status and future expectation
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
Invasive pituitary adenoma is a common pituitary adenoma invading nearby structures such as the sphenoidal sinus, ethmoidal sinus, upper clivus, sellar floor dura and bone. With the development of diagnosis neuroradiology, endocrinology, pathology and microsurgery, dramatic progress has been made on the pathogenesis, pre operative diagnosis and therapy of invasive pituitary adenoma. The development of pathology, molecular biological and medication and surgical therapy of invasive pituitary adenoma in the past few years is discussed in this paper.
4.Priliminary Study on Chlorite Pollution of Drinking Water Disinfected by Chlorine Dioxide
Journal of Environment and Health 2000;17(6):341-342
[Objective] To explore the status of chlorite pollution in drinking water due to chlorine dioxide , aswell as its causes and counter measures. [Methods]A water plant collecting surface water as raw water slightly pol-luted by organic compounds and B water plant collecting ground water without organic compounds pollution wereselected as observed objectives. Chlorine dioxide generators were used in both of A and B water plants, their rawmaterials was chlorite for A plant and chlorate for B plant. The levels of chlorite in treated water from these twowater plants were determined by amperometric titration. [Results]The levels of chlorite in treated water of A waterplant ranged 0.530~0.760 mg/L, 2.6~3.8 times of the standard value, with a over standard rate of 100%, thelevels of B water plant range 0.257~0.733 mg/L, 1.3~3.7 times of the standard value, with a over standard rateof 83.3%. [Conclusion] The treated water of A and B water plants presented higher pollution by chlorite, the by-product of chlorine dioxide disinfection.

6.The View of Law in Replicating Medical Records
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
The author in this text discusses the right of replicating medical records from the angle of law,and puts forward his own viewpoint, that is for the objective medical records, patients can copy them in any time, but for the subjective ones,it just depends on the cases. Generally speaking patients don't have the copy right about them, but when medical treatment trouble occurs, the patients should have the copy right to copy the sealed and stored medical records.
7.Review and comment on Sino-US 30-year's cooperation in public health at Peking University
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(1):48-50
The paper reviewed the research cooperation on public health between China and US in 30 years since the establishment of Sino-US diplomatic relation, based on the project database of Peking University, and made out the comments on the benefits, shortages and expectation in future cooperation.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(05):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and efficacy o f microvascular deco mpression in the management of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods We review ed 13 patients with unilateral primary trigeminal neuralgia treated by microvasc ular decompression. Conventional spin-echo (SE) sequence and 3-D fast inflow wit h steady-state precession (3-D-FISP) sequence MRI scans were used preoperatively to find evidence of neurovascular compression. The operation was accessed by re trosigmoidal approach and the nerve root was separated away from pressure vessel s by artificial vascular patch.ResultsDuring operations it w as found that tr igeminal nerves were pressed on by blood vessels in all the cases (by the superi or cerebellar artery in 11 cases; by the basilar artery and the superior cerebel lar artery in 1 case; and by the vein in 1 case). Complete pain relief was achie ved in all the patients without mortality or permanent complications. Eleven pat ients were clinically followed for 6~24 months with a mean of 13 months, and no recurrence was seen. ConclusionsMicrovascular decompression is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(05):-
ObjectiveTo discuss the causes and the managem ent of hemorrhagic c omplications after sterotactic surgery for Parkinson's disease (PD).Me thodsA total of 350 PD patients unresponsive to drug therapy from April 1999 to Decemb er 2001 underwent sterotactic surgery. Intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 6 cas es, consisting of 3 cases of lesion hemorrhage and 3 cases of puncture path hemo rrhage.ResultsOf the 6 cases, 4 were treated by surgical ope rations, with re covery of consciousness but hemiplegia left, and 2 were treated conservatively w ithout dysfunction left. No fatal cases were seen in the study.Conclus ionsHe morrhagic complications are often in association with repeated puncture, excessi ve heat, operative skills, patient's general condition and so on. Accurate targe t location by MRI combined with microelectrode guidance, reduce of microelectrod e recording times, lowering of the lesion temperature, and sufficient perioperat ive care contribute to the prevention of intracranial hemorrhagic complications.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the significance of pirif orm aperture enlarge ment in transsphnoid approach microsurgery for pituitary macroadenomas.MethodsTranssphnoidal approach microsurgery through enlarged pyrifor m aperture was ca rried out in 96 patients with pituitary macroadenoma from March 1997 to October 2000.ResultsAmong the 96 patients, 65 (67 7%) underwent tot al removal of the tumor, 25 (26 0%) underwent subtotal removal (80%~90%), and 6 (6 3%) partial removal (
