Objective To explore the molecular basis of vascular endothelial cell's injury by cellular S-adenosylhomocysteine (SAH) accumulation, and the mechanism for cardiovascular disease induced by dietary high methionine intake. Method After human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were treated without (normal) or with different concentrations of potent S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase (SAHH) inhibitor 3-deazaadenosine (DZA) for 24, 48 or 72h, the level of intracellular inflammatory monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) was measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Then, the relative expression of MCP-1 mRNA was detected with quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Aim To investigate the anti-EAC breast cancer effects of viable human umbilical vein endothe-lial cells ( HUVECs) vaccine. Methods Subconflu-ent HUVECs were mixed with OK432 to prepare HU-VECs-OK432 vaccine, and the anti-tumor efficacy of HUVECs-OK432 was investigated using a subcutaneous tumor model of EAC breast cancer. ELISA, splenic lymphocyte proliferation assay and cytotoxic T lympho-cytes ( CTL ) killing assay were adopted to detect the humoral and cellular immune responses after HUVECs-OK432 immunization. Results HUVECs-OK432 im-munization significantly inhibited the growth of EAC tumor in mice in the prophylactic procedures. High ti-ter of anti-HUVEC antibody was elicited by HUVECs-OK432 immunization. The proliferation activity of splenocytes from mice immunized with HUVECs-OK432 was significantly increased. T lymphocytes iso-lated from HUVECs-OK432-immunized mice were dose dependently killing HUVECs in vitro. Conclusion Strong humoral and cellular immune responses targeting HUVEC are elicited by HUVECs-OK432 immuniza-tion, which results in a significant inhibition on the growth of EAC tumor in mice.
4.Study on cone beam computed tomography for detecting bone thickness of skeletal class Ⅱ infrazygomatic crest in teenagers

Objective To adopt the cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) to analyze the bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest with different vertical skeletal facial types in teenagers.Methods Sixty teenagers of skeletal class were collected,including each 20 cases of high angle,average angle and low angle.The CBCT scanning data of oral maxillofacial region were collected.The bone thickness at different coronary slices in buccal side of infrazygomatic crest region at 13,15,17 mm above the maxillary occlusal plane was measured.The measured data were analyzed statistically.Results The bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest was gradually thinned from down to up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the bone thickness(except 3 points at 13 mm from maxillary plane) at each measured point in the high,average and low angle groups showed the change trend of low angle >average angle>high angle,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In teenagers,the bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest in skeletal class Ⅱ is gradually thinned from cranial direction and rearward,the high angle is thinnest and the low angle is thickest.
5.Optical coherence tomography of idiopathic macular epiretinal membranes

Objective To study the characteristics of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in idiopathic macular epiretinal membranes (IMEM) and the relationship between the thickness of fovea and the vision of affected eyes. Methods Total of 67 cases (73 eyes) with clinical diagnosis of IMEM by direct, indirect ophthalmoscopy, three mirror contact lens, fundus color photography or fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) were examined with OCT. Results Epiretinal membranes(ERMs) with macular edema were found in 32 eyes, proliferative ERMs in 20 eyes, ERMs with macular pseudoholes in 14 eyes and ERMs with laminar macular holes in 7 eyes. Based on OCT, the ERMs were clearly and partially seperated from the retina (27 eyes, 38.36%), the retinal thickness of the fovea was the thickest in proliferative ERMs and the thinnest in ERMs with laminar macular holes. The statistical analysis showed there was a negative correlation between the thickness of fovea and visual acuity (r=-0.454, P= 0.000 ). Conclusion There were four types of image of OCT in IMEM: ERMs with macular edema, proliferative ERMs, ERMs with macular pseudohole and ERMs with laminar macular hole;and the thicker the fovea under the OCT, the poorer the visual acnity in the affected eyes with ERMs.

7.A systematic review of the long-term stability of the hard tissue of skeletal classⅢmalocclusion after ortho-dontic combined surgical treatment

[Abstract ] Objective The orthodontic-surgery is the most effective way to treat the severe skeletal class Ⅲmalocclusion,but the long-term stability is still disputed .The aim of this systematic review is to analyze the long-term stability of hard tissue of seriously skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients treated with orthodontic combined surgical treatment . Methods Literature were searched through the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials , Cochrane Library, Medline via pubmed (1950-2014), EMBASE (1980-2014) and other foreign databases , and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database , China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database , VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals , digital journal of Wan fang Data and so on .Unpublished conference papers and gray litera-tures were collected manually .The literatures consist of randomized controlled trials ( RCT) , quasi-randomized controlled trials and clini-cal case-control trial (CCT) were selected.Then meta analysis was performed for annexable literatures and qualitative description was performed for diverged documents . Results Five foreign articles and 1 Chinese article suitable for analysis were ultimately studied . All the studies were CCT and a total of 260 patients were involved in the present systematic review .Meta analysis showed that the SNA , SNB, ANB, MP SN and Y-axis did not change significantly during 3 years after operation (P>0.05) and a good skeletal class I facial types were maintained .The comparison results of MP-SN and Y-axis showed that there was no significant statistical difference and the mandibular plane angle maintained the relative stability .Meta analysis was not performed because of the different measurement methods of A, B, Pg and Ramus inclination , so the qualitative description was used .Point A and Ramus inclination remained relatively stable posi-tion, but point B and Pg had some replace compared with post-operative. Conclusion The orthodontic and surgical treatment for skeletal classⅢmalocclusion could keep the hard tissue relative stabil-ity except a little replace of the mandibular .
8.Clinical Application of the Expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in Tissues of the Bile Duct Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical application of the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues for the disease with the bile duct cancer.Methods The serum and clinical data in 35 cases of patients with the bile duct cancer (cancer group) and 28 cases of patients with normal bile duct tissue (control group) were collected,used the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time-PCR,RT-PCR) technology to detect the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and TenascinC mRNA in tissues toobserve the relationship between the changes and the bile duct cancer for the two markers.Results The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues in the cancer group were 1.27±0.18 and 1.39±0.19,which of ones in the control group were 0.20±0.06 and 0.23±0.06.In the cancer group,the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues respectively with comparision to those in the control group were significantly higher,the differences had statistical significance(t=52.18,56.87,P<0.01),which of ones in the cancer group was positively related (r=0.687,P<0.01).Conclution The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues may be a molecular targets for the disease with the bile duct cancer in the early diagnosis and judgment of progression in the courses of this disease.
9.Application of deep vein thrombosis assessment scale in prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignant tumor

Objective To explore the effect of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)assessment scale on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in malignant tumor patients?Methods Eight hundred malignant tumor patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to admission time,400 cases in each group?The control group received traditional nursing.Methods of treatment and nursing,while the intervention group received pertinent nursing care based on the risk factors for DVT induced for the investigation among the patients using deep vein thrombus assessment scale.Result The incidence of DVT in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0?05).Conclusions The deep vein thrombosis assessment scale may effectively predict the population at high risk of deep vein thrombosis?The implementation of effective nursing intervention may reduce the incidence of DVT?

【Objective】To measure RNFL thickness (clock type and mean) and investigate the relationship between RNFL thickness and age,gender,and right or left eye in normal subjects using OCT.【Methods】OCT was used in 183 eyes of 104 normal subjects to measure RNFL thickness with circle scan (scan diameter of 3.46mm) around optic nerve head.【Results】RNFL thickness (μm) measured by OCT in normal eyes according to clock type (10:30~、11:30~、12:30~、1:30~、2:30~、3:30~、4:30~、5:30~、6:30~、7:30~、8:30~、9:30~) were 144±14、141±16、135±12、104±17、78±15、90±18、130±16、147±17、145±13、92±16、80±11、103±10,respectively,and mean of whole circle was (116±5) μm.There was a negative correlation between RNFL thickness in temple-superior (10:30~12:30),temple- inferior (5:30~7:30),mean thickness and age (P=0.005~0.000).There was no significant differences between RNFL thickness of various clock and mean (P=0.356~0.781),gender and right or left eye (P=0.155~0.612).【Conclusion】RNFL thickness was thicker in temple-superior (10:30~12:30) and temple-inferior (5:30~7:30),thinner in nasal (2:30~) and temple (8:30~) in normal subjects.The elder of persons,the thinner of RNFL thickness.RNFL thickness was not related to gender and right or left eye.
