Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography for curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for breast cancer.Methods: 100 patients with breast cancer who has received NAC were divided intoobservation group (50 cases, underwent examination of color Doppler ultrasound scanner combined with ultrasonic elastography) and control group (50 cases, only underwent examination of color Doppler ultrasound scanner) according to the different examination methods. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis methods for curative effect of NAC between the two groups were compared as above data.Results: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis for curative effect of NAC in observation group were 88.00％, 90.00％ and 86.00％, respectively. While them of control group were 78.00％, 80.00％ and 76.00％, respectively. And the differences of these indicators between the two groups were statistically significant (x2=2.01,x2=3.24,x2=3.45, P<0.05).Conclusions: Color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography can diagnose the curative effect of NAC for patients with breast cancer from two aspects which includes tissue hardness and blood supply, and it can achieve more diagnostic accuracy compared with only using simple color Doppler ultrasound.

The spirit of contract, with freedom, equality and reciprocity of power and responsibility as basic connotation and containing credit consciousness, is the core content of the concept of rule of law. People′s desire for justice, recognition of fairness, reliance on integrity contained in the concept of rule of law all originate from the spirit of contract, such as contract party's expectation of fairness, performance of obligation, abiding by the valid contract. Not only does the concept of rule of law reflect the essence requirement of the spirit of contract, but also is the external form of realization. Therefore, in order to enhance the concept of rule of law of the college students, it is a certain choice to cultivate the spirit of contract. However, the current paths to cultivate the spirit of contract are mainly theoretical research, environmental influence and system perfection.

The authors introduce the items,scores,reliability,validity,the differences between the Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test Second Edition(RBMT-Ⅱ) and RBMT-Ⅰand characteristics of the RBMT-Ⅱ(2003).RBMT-Ⅱ is more practicable in clinical than general standard memory tests,it is good for clinical rehabilitation.

Objective To summarize our experiences of management for hypogastric artery in endovascular repair(EVR) of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm(IAAA).Methods From July,1997 to March,2007,62 cases of IAAAs required special management of the internal iliac artery(IIA) during the EVR.Among them,57 cases were type C AAA who included 35 cases of unilateral common iliac artery(CIA) bifurcations and 22 cases of bilateral iliac bifurcations.The remaining 5 cases involved superior iliac bifurcations.Various techniques including simple coverage by stent-graft,embolization of the IIA trunk combined with stent-graft covering,reconstruction of the IIA and combination of the above techniques were applied according to the different conditions of the IIA involved.Results None of the 62 patients required conversion to surgical repair.Immediate post operational angiography demonstrated type Ⅰ endoleak in 6 cases(9.7%).Claudication due to gluteus ischemia occurred in 5 cases(8.1%),leg numbness in 1 case(1.6%),and severe constipation in 1 case(1.6%),but no buttock and colorectal necrosis was recorded.Conclusion It is important to preserve one of the hypogastric arteries and avoid occlusion of both hypogastric arteries in EVR of IAAA.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endovascular aortouniiliac repair (EVAR) combined with cross-femoral bypass grafting (CFBG) for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Methods From May 1997 to February 2007, 8 patients with AAA, in whom bifurcated stent-graft could not be used because of complex iliac anatomy, were treated with EVAR using AUI stent-graft combined with CFBG. The endoleak, ischemic syndromes,patency of the bypasses, and blood supply of the lower limbs were observed after the operation. Results There were no perioperative mortalities in this series. One patient died of myocardial infarction 15 months after the operation. Three patients developed primary endoleak, and was cure spontaneously 1, 3, and 6 months postoperation. The 8 patients were followed up for a mean of 24 months (3-72 months), during which the patency rate of cross-femoral bypass was 100%. One year after the operation, 1 patient developed mild anastomotic stoma stenosis without ischemia of the lower limbs, but no limb ischemia. Conclusion In patients with complex iliac anatomy unfavorable for bifurcated endografting, EVAR using AUI combined with CFBG is safe and effective.

Objective To adopt the cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) to analyze the bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest with different vertical skeletal facial types in teenagers.Methods Sixty teenagers of skeletal class were collected,including each 20 cases of high angle,average angle and low angle.The CBCT scanning data of oral maxillofacial region were collected.The bone thickness at different coronary slices in buccal side of infrazygomatic crest region at 13,15,17 mm above the maxillary occlusal plane was measured.The measured data were analyzed statistically.Results The bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest was gradually thinned from down to up,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the bone thickness(except 3 points at 13 mm from maxillary plane) at each measured point in the high,average and low angle groups showed the change trend of low angle ＞average angle＞high angle,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion In teenagers,the bone thickness of infrazygomatic crest in skeletal class Ⅱ is gradually thinned from cranial direction and rearward,the high angle is thinnest and the low angle is thickest.

Objective To observe the pharmacological effect of Jiaweisinisan (JWSNS) on alcohol liver diseases. Methods Feeding Wistar rats with alcohol induced the alcohol liver diseases model. Then JWSNS was used on the alcohol liver diseases model to observe the histological variation of liver and detect the effect on the liver’s expression of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT and MDA. At the same time, Xiaochaihu granule group was used as control. Results On the alcohol liver diseases model group processed with JWSNS, obvious decrease of pathological injury with expression of MDA in liver was observed, while a markedly increased expression of SOD, GSH-PX and CAT was detected. Conclusions JWSNS can prevent liver cells from peroxided injury by alcohol.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sinisan (JWSNS) on patients with alcohol liver diseases. Methods 80 patients of alcohol liver diseases were divided into two groups, JWSNS and Xiaochaihu (as control) were used respectively to observe the variation of lipoprotein and the expression of hepatic fibrosis markers. Results The symptoms and indicators of patients were improved by JWSNS. The high variation of lipoprotein and the expression of hepatic fibrosis markers were obviously detected on alcohol liver diseases patients who were treated with JWSNS (with an effectivity of 97.5%). However, patients treated with Xiaochaihu had less therapeutic effect. Conclusions JWSNS can obviously regulate the fat metabolism, resist hepatic fibrosis, and improve the symptom of patients suffering from alcohol liver diseases.

Objective To explore the clinical application of the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues for the disease with the bile duct cancer.Methods The serum and clinical data in 35 cases of patients with the bile duct cancer (cancer group) and 28 cases of patients with normal bile duct tissue (control group) were collected,used the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time-PCR,RT-PCR) technology to detect the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and TenascinC mRNA in tissues toobserve the relationship between the changes and the bile duct cancer for the two markers.Results The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues in the cancer group were 1.27±0.18 and 1.39±0.19,which of ones in the control group were 0.20±0.06 and 0.23±0.06.In the cancer group,the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues respectively with comparision to those in the control group were significantly higher,the differences had statistical significance(t=52.18,56.87,P＜0.01),which of ones in the cancer group was positively related (r=0.687,P＜0.01).Conclution The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues may be a molecular targets for the disease with the bile duct cancer in the early diagnosis and judgment of progression in the courses of this disease.

Objective To explore the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological resilience and perceived benefit of breast cancer patients.Methods From January to June in 2015,39 inpatients were enrolled as the control group,where routine nursing and functional exercise were carried out.From July 2015 to January 2016,41 inpatients were treated as the observation group,where acceptance and commitment therapy was implemented apart from the treatment for the control group.Before and after the intervention,the Conor-Davision resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the Chinese version of perceived benefits of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer (PB-DTBC) were used for evaluation.Result After the intervention,the scores of psychological resilience and the perceived benefit of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before intervention (P＜0.01).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively improve the psychological resilience and disease-perceived benefit of breast cancer patients.
