2.Study on learning strategies of the vocational nursing students
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(10):1-3
Objective To draw up the learning strategy scale for vocational nursing students and discuss its characteristics. Methods Structure model of learning strategies was constructed by summarizing and analyzing current learning connotation and structure research, through the view of application combining with theory. Results The results showed that the learning strategy of the vocational nursing students included five factors: cognitive strategy, meta-cognitive strategy, emotions regulation strategy, resource management strategy and practical operation strategy. Conclusions The strategy scale is very reliable and valid and can be used to measure these learning strategies. Results also indicates that excellent students show much more profitable strategies than students of lower levels, no difference is found in different grades.

Objective To study T lymphocyte subsets immunological condition of spleen in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) with liver cirrhosis. Methods T lymphocyte subsets such as CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in peripheral and spleen venous blood in 31 cases of PHC with liver cirrhosis were detected by FCM.and 13 patients with liver cirrhosis were observed as the control group. Results In 6 patients with stage Ⅰ liver cancer, CD8 of peripheral venous blood significantly decreased (P

Chinese Journal of Pancreatology 2009;9(2):89-91
Objective To analyze the clinical features of acute hyperlipidemic panereatitis, and to investigate the therapeutic strategies. Methods In this retrospective study,44 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to December 2007 were enrolled,60 patients with acute pancreatitis of other etiologies were enrolled as the control group. Results The proportions of patients with overweight or obesity, hyperglycemia, fatty liver and hypertension were 81.8%,59.1%,54.5% and 68.2%,respectively;these were significantly higher than those in control group, which were 16.7%,16.7 %,13.3 % and 23.3 %,respectively (P<0.05 or<0.01).The proportion of patients with lithiasis was lower in HLP group than that in control group (13.6% vs 60.0%,P<0.05).There was no difference in the proportions of patients with chronic alcoholism between two groups. The Ranson score,CTSI,complications in HLP group were 3.15±0.07,4.46±2.58 and 3.2±1.7,respectively;these parameters were significantly higher than those in control group, which were 1.62±0.22,2.62±1.90 and 0.9±1.2 (P<0.05 or < 0.01 ).The level of serum amylase in HLP group was 580±222 mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that of control group (1361±472 mmol/L,P < 0.01 ).The triglyceride (TG) level was linearly correlated with Ranson score in HLP group ( r = 0.77,P < 0.05 ),but there was no linear correlation between TG level and Ranson score in the control group. Conclusions There was a close relationship between HLP and metabolic syndrome.Serum TG was positively correlated with the severity of HLP.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(24):1-3
Objective To understand the current status of learning motivation of high vocational nursing students, In order to increase their learning effect and teach quality. Methods 334 high vocational nursing students were investigated with college students learning motivation questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results High vocational nursing students had low learning motivation, their learning motivation was diversified. Significant difference existed between top students and low students. Conclusions High vocational nursing students had weak learning motivation, and is not related with grades and source places. It had individual orientation and utility color, but low social property. Learning motivation is an important factors for academic achievement.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(12):2092-2094
Objective:To study the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil in hip arthroplasty. Methods:Totally 60 patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The 30 patients in the observation group were treated with dezocine combined with sufentanil, and those in the control group were treated with sufentanil. The analgesic efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were investigated and analyzed. Results:The visual analog scale ( VAS) in the obser-vation group in 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h after the surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). MMSE score in the observation group in 1h, 3h and 5h after the surgery was higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 100. 00%, which was much higher than that of the control group (70. 00%, P<0. 05). There was significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The efficacy of dezocine combined with sufentanil used in hip arthroplasty is significant with lower incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of popularized applica-tion in clinical practice.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the effect and adverse drug reaction (ADR) of Diazepam when used to treat acute alcoholism for establishing its rational use. Methods According to the administration of the drug through different routes, 158 patients admitted from Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2006 were divided into two groups- intramuscular group (i.m., n=91) and intravenous group (i.v., n=67). There was no significant difference in age, sex, amount of liquor taken, time of seeing doctor, and drug dosage between the two groups. The effect and adverse drug reaction (ADR) of Diazepam were statistically analyzed. Results No ADR occurred in i.m. group and the effective rate was 92.31%. Although the effective rate in i.v. group was 100%, 3 patients suffered from cardiac arrest, 2 patients were found to have aspiration and apnea suddenly, and the ratio of ADR was 7.46%. Conclusion It is better to use intramuscular injection rather than intravenous injection in treating acute alcoholism with Diazepam, in order to avoid the serious medical incidents.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To observe the pharmacological effect of Jiaweisinisan (JWSNS) on alcohol liver diseases. Methods Feeding Wistar rats with alcohol induced the alcohol liver diseases model. Then JWSNS was used on the alcohol liver diseases model to observe the histological variation of liver and detect the effect on the liver’s expression of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT and MDA. At the same time, Xiaochaihu granule group was used as control. Results On the alcohol liver diseases model group processed with JWSNS, obvious decrease of pathological injury with expression of MDA in liver was observed, while a markedly increased expression of SOD, GSH-PX and CAT was detected. Conclusions JWSNS can prevent liver cells from peroxided injury by alcohol.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sinisan (JWSNS) on patients with alcohol liver diseases. Methods 80 patients of alcohol liver diseases were divided into two groups, JWSNS and Xiaochaihu (as control) were used respectively to observe the variation of lipoprotein and the expression of hepatic fibrosis markers. Results The symptoms and indicators of patients were improved by JWSNS. The high variation of lipoprotein and the expression of hepatic fibrosis markers were obviously detected on alcohol liver diseases patients who were treated with JWSNS (with an effectivity of 97.5%). However, patients treated with Xiaochaihu had less therapeutic effect. Conclusions JWSNS can obviously regulate the fat metabolism, resist hepatic fibrosis, and improve the symptom of patients suffering from alcohol liver diseases.
