1.Thingking on medical risk education in prothdontical practice
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
With the increasing medical conflicts, medical risk education in prothdontical practice is very necessary. This article explored the importance of the medical risk education, the cause of the medical risks, and how to avoid it.
2.Influence factors and clinical application progress of resting energy expenditure
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(20):1595-1597
The resting energy expenditure(REE)is mainly used to maintain the normal function of body cells, organs and human awakening state, which is influenced by many factors, such as age, genders, fat distribution and endo-crines. It is important by nutrition support according to the actual REE of individuals. The prediction equation only con-siders a single factor,so it couldn't estimate accurately the energy expenditure. Indirect calorimetry is a better way to know the actual REE and limited to be used in clinics. In this review,it will clarify the different energy needs in clinical populations with more focuses on the obese, premature infant and critical patients so that clinicians can facilitate the adequate nutrition support with minimum negative impacts from under - or overfeeding in these individuals.
3.Research advances of microRNA related to oral cancer
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;43(5):570-572
Oral cancer is a common cancer of head and neck. Regional recurrence and metastasis are the main course of the poor prognosis. But the exact molecular mechanism is still unknown. Studies have showed that microRNA plays an important role in the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of oral cancer. And it is expected to become a valuable diagnostic marker and therapeutic target. This paper makes a review about the microRNA related to oral cancer.
4.The effect of community comprehensive medical interventions on the pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of community medical intervention on pulmonary function and quality of life (QOL) in the patients suffering from the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Forty five COPD patients in Huazhong University of Science and Technology were recruited and divided into an intervention group( n =23) and a control group( n =22). For those in the intervention group, a series of medical programs were performed during a two year period, including propaganda of quitting smoke, COPD exacerbation prevention approaches, hygienical instruction and rehabilitative exercise. Those in the control were not given the above interventions. Then the pulmonary function and QOL of COPD patients in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two years later, significant difference was revealed between the two groups in regard to the average annual decrease rates of FEV 1 and FVC, while the difference in annual decrement of FEV 1 % and FVC% was more remarkable in those with grades I and II COPD in the two groups. QOL was significantly improved in the intervention group as compared with those in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive community interventions for COPD can improve patients' pulmonary function and their QOL.
5.An Exploration on Bilingual Teaching in Prothodontics
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
To explore the feasibility and new teaching mode on bilingual teaching in stomatoloy,we carried out bilingual teaching in prothodontics among the four-year Bachelor degree students.Questionnaires about the understanding and evaluation of bilingual teaching were answered after the class. The study provided an important evidence for improving the quality of bilingual teaching in Stomatoloy.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
The effects of tetramethylpyrazine ( TMPZ ) on the contraction of isolated guinea pig trachea induced by leukotrienes, histamine, prostagladin F2a , acetylcholine were observed. It was found that TMPZ exerts an inhibitory effect on the contraction induced by these asthmogenic mediators. It is non-competitive antagonist.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(12):1345-1346
Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk and nutrition support treatment in elderly hospitalized patients, and provide a basis for nutrient management in elderly hospitalized patients. Methods The Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) were administered to 163 patients (74 cases in digestive system and 89 cases in endocrine system) in elderly hospitalized patients from November 2013 to March 2014.Results The prevalence of nutritional risk was higher than in the digestive system (60.8%) in the endocrine system (32.6%) (P<0.05).Conclusions There is a high prevalence of nutritional risk in elderly wards, and the wards with lower prevalence of nutritional risk are more likely to lack of nutrition support treatment. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to nutritional risk and nutritional support treatment in departments with low prevalence of nutritional risk.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(10):1046-1049
In order to solve the problem of the basic and clinical problems in medical education,Stomatological College of Chongqing Medical University has introduced early clinical education modes through the social practice of volunteer activities since 2009.The teaching modes of Come early into department come early into department and contact early with the patients and a combination of come early into department+contact early with the patients+community dental service were performed.A total of 525 students and 120 teachers in this program were investigated, more than 70% of the teachers believed the students were improved obviously in doctor-patient communication, clinical practice, and teamwork spirit. Most of teachers and students approved of a combination of come early into department+contact early with the patients+community dental service, which is worth popularizing.

China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Purpose:To investigate the efficacy and safety of docetaxel and two docetaxel plus cisplatin regimens in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Patients with NSCLC were randomly assigned to receive single-agent docetaxel (AISU) every 3 weeks (A);docetaxel (AISU) 75 mg/m 2 plus cisplatin 75 mg/m 2 every 3 weeks (B);docetaxel (Taxotere) 75 mg/m 2 plus cisplatin 75 mg/m 2 every 3 weeks (C). Results:104 of 115 patients were evaluable for efficacy. Overall response rates of A,B and C were 8.10%,23.53% and 27.27%, respectively. Response with B was similar to C. The major toxicities were neutropenia, anemia, febrile neutropenia, fever, alopecia, nausea, vomiting and fatigue. Neutropenia was more common with C than with B ( P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(1):25-28
Objective:To explore the possible specific perinatal risk factors in the development of autism through comparing the perinatal risk factors between patients with autism and other psychotic disorders. Methods: In this retrospective research,197 cases with autism and 93 cases with other psychotic disorders were selected and assessed with the self-made scale of perinatal risk factors.Statistical analyses were performed using t test and Chi-square test. Results:Compared with the control group, the autistic subjects had a significantly higher frequency of the perinatal risk factors(51 % vs.68%,P=0.003),particularly the rate of catching a cold during their mothers' pregnancy(14.2% vs.6.5%,P=0.038)and the rate of prematurity(10.7% vs.3.2%,P=0.022)than the control subjects.Feeding methods was different between the two groups(P=0.038).Conclusion:Catching a cold during mothers' pregnancy, prematurity and feeding methods may be related to the development of autism.
