International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the relationship of D-dimer(DD) and fibrinogen levels in blood plasma and diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods According to the results of urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), 98 cases of type 2 diabetas were divided into simple diabetic mellitus ( SDM), early diabetic nephropathy ( EDN) and clinical diabetic nephropathy (CDN); other 45 healthy persons were employed as control. Plasma levels of DD and the fibrinogen of all groups were examined. Results There was significant difference of DD and fibrinogen levels in all groups as compared with control group (P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(3):442-446
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of biexponential model of DWI in nontypical hippocampal sclerosis (HS) of the youth. Methods DWI with multiple b values were performed on 75 youths with right temporal lobe epilepsy and 20 healthy youths(control group). There were no abnormalities in hippocampus on conventional MRI.11 of 75 patients were proved right HS by surgery and pathology (HS group).Compare the volume of the right hippocampus and their D,D? and f values in HS group and control group. Results There were statistical differences in D and f values between HS group and control group (Z=-3.08,Z=-2.23,P<0.05). There were no statistical differences in the volume of hippocampus and D? values between two groups (Z=1.77,Z=-0.19,P>0.05). Conclusion When HS does not have typical appearances on conventional MRI,D and f values can provide help from diffusion and the perfusion of microcirculation aspects.

5.Expression of TrkA in Wistar rat brain during embryonic phase
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(01):-
Objective To detect the expression of TrkA in the brain of the Wistar rats during the embryonic phase. Methods Adult Wistar rats were fed in one cage.It was E0 day when sepermia were found in vaginal suppository and vaginal smear. The expressions of TrkA in the brain of Wistar rats during various brain regions were observed by immunohistochemistry on E13,E15,E17,E19 and E21 day. Results On E13 day no obvious expression of TrkA was observed in the embryonic brain. The expression of TrkA had an obviously increasing tendency in the cortex of telencephalon from E15 day to E17 day.And on E17 day,the positive rate of the expression of TrkA reached the second peak. While on E19 day,the expression of TrkA had a temporary decreasing. Then on E21 day the expression of TrkA reached the highest peak. The striatum and hippocampus developed later than the telencephalon till E17 day,and the expressions of TrkA during these stages were same as the cerebrum. Conclusion From E15 to E17 day, obvious expressions of TrkA are observed in the embryonic telencephalon, and it accords with embryonic induction.
6.Infection Status and Drug-susceptibility Analysis of Mycoplasma and Chlamydia Isolated from Female Genitourinary Tract
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status and drug resistance of mycoplasma and chlamydia isolated from female genitourinary tract in order to provide reference for doctors′ reasonable use of medicine.METHODS The IST2 kit produced by Bio-Merieux was used to culture the mycoplasma strains and to do drug susceptibility test. The VEDALAB kit was used to detect chlamydia.RESULTS Among 376 suspected patients with nongonococcal urethritis(NGU),the number of the patients infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu),mixed strains of Uu and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct) were 216,35 and 125,respectively.The positive rate was 57.4%,9.3% and 33.3%,respctively.The drug susceptibility test showed that drug resistance rates of the other six antibiotics in mixed infection of Uu and Mh were higher than that in simple infection of Uu except for josamycin, ofloxacin and doxycycline. The sensitivity of doxycycline, josamycin and platenomycin in mycoplasma was the most highest.CONCLUSIONS Infection in female genitourinary tract is mainly due to Uu.We should reasonably choose and use antibiotics according to drug susceptibility.
7.Amide proton transfer imaging of neonatal piglet with hypoxic ischemic brain injury
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(8):1153-1157
Objective To investigate the amide proton transfer (APT) values in basal ganglia of neonatal piglet hypoxicischemic brain injury (HIBI) model using MR APT imaging. Methods Totally 35 healthy neonatal piglets were selected. There were 5 piglets underwent sham-operation in control group and 30 piglets used to established HIBI models in HIBI group.According to the time interval between APT imaging and the establishment of HIBI model, the piglets in HIBI group were divided into 0-<2 h,2-<6 h,6-<12 h,12-<24 h,24-<48 h and 48-<72 h subgroups.APT imaging was performed on all piglets. The APT value of basal ganglia between control group and all the subgroups in HIBI group were compared. Results After HIBI occurred, the APT values immediately decreased in 0-2 h,and then increased gradually. In 24 h after HIBI,the APT values were mainly returned to the level of control group, then continuously increased. The APT value in control group and 0-<2 h,2 <6 h,6 <12 h,12-<24 h,24-<48 h,48-<72 h subgroups in HIBI group were 0.52 ± 0.09,-0.35 ± 0.08,-0.02 ± 0.14,0.28± 0.04,0.46 ± 0.11,0.80 ± 0.11,1.24 ± 0.18,respectively.The APT values between control group and each subgroups in HIBI group had significant differences (all P<0.01) except for 12-<24 h subgroup (P=0.68).Conclusion The APT value decreased firstly and then increased after HIBI in neonatal piglet.APT imaging can provide a non-invasive molecular MR method to evaluate the pathophysiological changes of HIBI.
8.Advances of the long-term medication adherence in the children with bronchial asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(1):33-35,40
Asthma is the most common chronic inflammatory airway disease in childhood. Adhering to a daily anti-inflammatory treatment is the most important cornerstone of bronchial asthma control. However, with the large number of clinical studies conducted in recent years, learning inhaled corticosteroids as an anti-inflam-matory drug of choice, there is a mixed compliance rate of inhaled corticosteroids in children. Standard treatment and control of asthma has yet to be further improved. This review discusses the medication adherence to long-term inhaled corticosteroid as well as the relevant aspects of research progress.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(4):340-342
Objective To study of relationship between elderly people's alexithymia and mind-reading. Methods There were 108 old people over 70 years old, tested by mind-reading,cognitive ability and twenty-item Toronto alexithymia scale. Results There were significant difference in mind-reading(16.00±4.84, 19.36±2.91,t =3.38,P <0.01), memory span(5.80±1.42,7.18±1.13,t =4.28,P <0.01), working memory( t =4.05,P <0.01),processing speed( t =-4.80,P <0.01) between high and low alexithymia groups.Alexithymia scores were negatively related to the scores of mind-reading, memory span, working memory, processing speed, correlation coefficient was 0.227( P <0.05),-0.377( P <0.01),-0.334( P <0.01),-0.470( P <0.01),respectively. With mind-reading,cognitive processing and educational level as independent variables, with total scores, F1, F2, and F3 of TAS as dependent variable, respectively, the regression equation of total scores was significant( F =8.594,P <0.01), and the one of F1 was significant( F =8.796,P <0.01),but the one of F2( F =1.735,P >0.05) and F3( F =1.181,P >0.05) was not significant. Conclusion Elderly people's alexithymia is negatively related to mind-reading and several cognitive abilities. Mind-reading could affect emotional recognition, but not affect emotional description and export-oriented thinking.
