Abstract： With the increasing rise in antidepressant consumption, more and more antidepressants and their metabolic products enter into water and soil environments. This will cause toxicity to animals living in these environments, and antidepressants may be transferred to humans via food chain, leading to human health risks. Based on national and international publications pertaining to environmental pollution and toxic effects of antidepressants during the period between 2005 and 2021, this review summarizes the biological accumulation, acute toxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, metabolic effects and biological behavior changes of antidepressants, so as to provide insights into the elucidation of the impact of antidepressants on human health risks.

ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility of extended hepatectomy for huge hepatic carcinoma.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 28 patients with huge hepatic carcinoma who underwent extended hepatectomy from December 2006 to June 2011.Twenty-two cases were Child-Pugh grade A,6 cases were Child-Pugh grade B,19 cases were indocyanine green retention at 15 minutes (ICGR15)≤10％,5 cases were 10％ ＜ ICGR15 ≤15％,4 cases were 15％ ＜ ICGR15 ≤20％.ResultsThe operative death rate was 7.1％ (2/28) with Child-Pugh grade B,15％ ＜ ICGR15 ≤20％ and liver resection volume 60％-70％.Postoperative complications were found on 15 cases,but all recovered after treatment.ConclusionExtended hepatectomy for huge hepatic carcinoma can be feasible in the patients with enough reserve of the liver function provided.

Objective To observe the expression of S100β protein in the traumatic brain injury and investigate its relation to the severity of the TBI patients.Methods To collect 30 volunteer controls,30 patients with traumatic brain injury and 30 patients with trauma expect traumatic brain injury.according Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),TBI patients were divided into tow groups,the minor group is GCS≥8,the severegroup is GCS<8.ELISA method was used for observing the expression of S100β protein in serum from the controls and patients.Results Within 6 hours after TBI,the concentration of S100β protein increased higher in patients of TBI than the others(P<0.05).The concentration of S100β protein increased higher in the severe group(GCS<8)than the minor group(P<0.05).The higher level of seium S100β protein,the more severe of TBI patients,the higher level of serum S100β protein.Conclusion The serums S100β protein can be a special index for the early diagnosis of TBI,the higher level of it,The more severe of patients.

Objective To study the survival,growth and function restoration of fetal ovary allotransplantation.Methods 18~20 days fresh and frozen-thawed rat ovaries were ectopic allotransplanted subcutaneously to adult female SD rats that had been castrated for 4 weeks.Vaginal smears were taken daily after transplantation to observe the restoration of estrous cycles,and serum oestradiol(E_2) and progesterone(P) levels were measured at different time.Histological morphology of endometrium and ovaries were compared among four groups.Results 52.17%of the recipients in fresh group and 38.01% in frozen-thawed group resulted in restoration of regular estrous cyclic activity,and hormone level became normal on day 35 and day 49 after transplantation.The grafts grew up and follicles in different developing stage and corpora lutea could be observed under microscope.Endometrium had hormone effects.Conclusions This study indicates that subcutaneously allotransplanted fetal ovaries can survive,develop and restore the function of secreting sex hormone.The ultraspeed cooling rats fetal ovaries can be survival when they were thawed and develop and secrete hormone as fresh ovaries after being allotransplanted.

Aim: To improve the synthesis for 2, 5-anhydro-3,4, 6-tri-O-benzyl-D-glucitol. Methods: Dehydration of D-mannitol, followed by a reaction sequence of selective protection, benzylation, deprotection, tritylation, benzy-lation and removal of the trityl group, afforded the title compound. Results: Based on the improvement of the reported synthetic route, 2,5-anhydro-3,4,6-tri-O-benzyl-D-glucitol was synthesized in seven steps from D-mannitol with a total yield of 8. 3% . Conclusion: This new method features mild reaction conditions and facile work-up.

Objective To sum up our experiences for the diagnosis and treatment of visceral pseudoaneurysms. Methods This study included 14 patients admitted from 1990 to 2000, consisting of 6 hepatic, 5 splenic, 3 gastroduodenal aneurysms. Results Thirteen cases experienced a rupture. Five cases received emergent surgery, which was successful in 2, and fatal in one. Transcatheter embolization was used in 11 cases which was successful in all without complications and recurrence after an average follow up of 2 years. Conclusions Digital substraction angiography has diagnostic value for rupture of visceral pseudoaneurysms. Transcatheter embolization is an effective treatment for the majority of patients with visceral pseudoaneurysms.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility,safety and short-term outcome of laparoscopic-assisted surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods From August 2001 to November 2004,laparoscopic resection of colorectal carcinoma were performed in 112 cases,including right hemicolectomy(n=23),left himicolectomy(n=7),radical resection of sigmoid cancer(n=15),Dixon procedure(n=49),and Miles procedure(n=18).Results One hundred and five patients underwent laparoscopic resection successfully,7 cases were converted to open surgery because of hemorrhage,obesity or adhesion with adjacent organ,6 of which were left colon or rectal cancer.The mean operating time was(161.2?48.6)min,and the mean operative blood loss was 78.5 mL.There were 8 cases occurred postoperative complications,and no mortality during perioperative period.The length of upper and lower segment of resection for colonic cancer was (14.5?3.2)cm and(11.0?2.6)cm respectively.The length of upper and lower segment of resection for rectal cancer was(15.3?2.7)cm and(2.8?1.6)cm,respectively.The mean number of lymph nodes dissected was(8.2?4.6),and lymph node metastases were found in 49 cases.One hundred and seven cases(95.5%) were followed up for 8-44 months,of which,7 cases had local recurrence and 6 cases had distant metastases.No case of trocar port tumor implantation was observed.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer is feasible and safe,can result in the same outcome as open radical surgery,and has the advantages of mini-invasive procedure.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the grade of gliomas and the status of adjacent fiber tract with DTL Methods MRI and DTI were performed in 24 patients with histologically confirmed brain gliomas.Regions of interest were placed in the white matter adjacent to the tumor with the lowest FA(Faa) and in the white matter of the contralateral hemisphere(Fac).The values of Faa and Fac were measured.In the regions of the same slice, the values of ADCa and ADCc were measured. Relative fractional anisotropy ratios (rFA) and relative apparent diffusion coefficient ratios (rADC) were also calculated.The status of fiber tracts adjacent to the gliomas were characterized as displacement, infiltration or disruption.Fiber tracking using the Fiber Assignment by Continuous Tracking (FACT) method was performed to investigate the integrity of white matter tracts in the surrounding border zone of the gliomas.The correlation of rFA, rADC, the state of adjacent fiber tracts, and the grade of gliomas were analyzed statistically by using independent sample t test and tendency X2 test.Results Eleven of the 24 tumors were demonstrated as low grade gliomas (WHO grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ) and 13 were high grade giiomas (WHO grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ).The average rFA and rADC of the low grade gliomas were 0.65±0.19 and 1.43 ± 0.50 respectively.Most of fiber tracts in the periphery of the low grade gliomas were displaced or infiltrated.The average rFA and rADC of the high grade gliomas were 1.51 ± 0.39 and 1.70 ±0.27 respectively.Most of fiber tracts in the periphery of the high grade gliomas were infiltrated or disrupted.Significant difference was found for rFA (t =8.504,P =0.000) and but not for rADC(t = - 1.435 ,P =0.165) between low grade and high grade gliomas.Significant difference existed between the state of fiber tracts adjacent to ghomas and low and high-grade(X2 =5.882 ,P =0.015).Conclusions The malignancy of gliomas influences the state of fiber tracts in the vicinity of tumors, rFA can serve as a reference for distinguishment of high-grade and low-grade gliomas.DTI can depict the localization of gliomas and the adjacent fiber tracts.The state of fiber tracts can also be identified by DTI.It is helpful for the therapeutic plan of the tumors.
