Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of Candida albicans by the effect of oyster antibiosis protein which was extracted from muscle of oyster. Methods The colonies of candida albicans exposed to oyster antibiosis protein for 24 hours, with a blank control group and the differences of their ultrastructure were studied under electron microscope. Results After affected by oyster antibiosis protein for 4h,the cell walls were lacked and had reductus with pyknotic cytoplasm.16 hours later, most cells became global shape and their cytomatrix components were lost and some vacuoles appeared in the cytoplasm.24 hours later, the cell walls depleted and the cells spitted. Conclusion oyster antibiosis protein affected commendably the function of candida albicans.

Objective:To analysis clinical curative effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy bladder cancer and influence on serum levels of ferritin (SF),soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2 R) and rumor specific growth factor (TSGF).Methods:98 cases of bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group 0=49) and the research group (n=49).The patients in the control group were treated with open radical radical cystectomy, while the patients in the research group were treated with laparoscopic radical cystectomy. Then the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospitalization, the lymph node cleaning, the serum levels of SF,SIL-2R,TSGF,white blood cells and cortisol, the complications and recurrence rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The operation time of research group was longer than that of the control group, while the intraoperative blood loss, the hospitalization and the anal exhaust time were less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference about the numbers of the lymph node and the recurrence rate between two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of SF,SIL-2R and TSGF in the two groups decreased, while there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);After treatment, the white blood cell count and cortisol rise in the two groups increased, while the research group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:LRC and ORC clinical efficacy similar, both of which can reduce the serum levels of SF,SIL-2R and TSGF of patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy bladder cancer.

OBJECTIVETo observe the association between high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level and rate of ischemic stroke recurrence.
METHODSA total of 1 059 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled from 5 community health centers and underwent baseline surveys during the period of January 2003 to December 2006. After baseline surveys, patients were followed up every 6 months until December 31, 2008. The new stroke events were recorded as the primary study endpoint. The association between HDL-C, HDL-C/TC and ischemic stroke recurrence was analyzed by Cox regression analysis.
RESULTSThe proportions of stroke patients with high ( ≥ 1.55 mmol/L), moderate (1.04-1.54 mmol/L) and low (<1.04 mmol/L) HDL-C levels were 15.58% (165/1 059) , 54.58% (578/1 059) and 29.84% (316/1 059) respectively. During a mean of (3.21 ± 1.04) years follow-up, recurrent ischemic stroke was recorded in 137 patients. Compared with HDL-C ≥ 1.40 mmol/L group, multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that stroke recurrence rates of patients with HDL-C ≤ 1.00 mmol/L and ranged from 1.01 to 1.19 mmol/L increased by 0.944 (HR = 1.944, 95%CI:1.033-3.659, P = 0.039) and 1.027 (HR = 2.027, 95%CI:1.116-3.682, P = 0.020)fold , respectively. Recurrence rates increased 1.237 (HR = 2.237, 95%CI:1.208-4.144, P = 0.010) fold in patients with HDL-C/TC ≤ 0.19 mmol/L compared to patients with HDL-C/TC ≥ 0.28 mmol/L.
CONCLUSIONThe risk of ischemic stroke recurrence increases with decreasing HDL-C level or HDL-C/TC ratio.

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of preoperative inflammatory indexes in patients with local-advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and prognostic data of 150 local-advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients who were treated by esophagectomy in Guangyuan Central Hospital from July 2014 to July 2015. There were 128 males and 22 females with average age of 62.23±8.48 years. The optimal cutoff value was determined by receiver operation characteristics (ROC) curve analysis. Patients were grouped according to the optimal cutoff values (NLR=3.49, PLR=152.28, MLR=0.36). Log-rank test, and multivariate Cox logistic regression modelling were used to assess the simultaneous influences of prognostic factors for survival outcomes after esophagectomy. Results The patients with higher ratio (NLR>3.49, PLR>152.28, MLR>0.36) had significantly shorter median progression free survival (PFS) and lower postoperative recurrent rate than those of the patients with lower ratio. The stratified analyses found that thelymph node staging and postoperative recurrent rate were positively correlated with the higher ratio. However, the tumor differentiation was negatively correlated with it. In univariate analyses, patients with preoperative NLR>3.49, PLR>152.28 and MLR>0.36 had a poorer prognosis. Furthermore, in multivariate analyses we found MLR>0.36 was also significantly associated with a decreased postoperative recurrent rate (HR=12.945, 95%CI 2.31 to 72.548, P=0.00). Conclusions The preoperative NLR, PLR and MLR are useful prognostic markers in patients with stage ⅢA-ⅣA esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who conducted esophagectomy.
