1.New Localization of Hospital Preparation
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the prospect of hospital preparation and to find out effective measures for its devel-opment.METHODS:The history of hospital preparation was reviewed, and the way for its survival was discussed on the basis of current situation and newly formed laws and regulations on preparations.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Hospital preparation can survive and develop only by“controlling scale, guarantee quality, creating specialty and exploiting new drugs”.
2.PATERNITY TESTING BY ANALYSIS OF THREE VNTR GENETIC MARKERS
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1988;0(04):-
The polymorphisms of VNTR loci D1S80 (pMCT 118), D17S30 (pYNZ-22 ) and ApoB3' in blood and tissues were detected by amplified fragment length polymorphism (Amp-FLP) technique, and was applied in the paternity testing cases. The discriminating power (DP) of D1S80,D17S30 and ApoB3'were 0. 962, 0. 956 and 0. 960 respectively. The cumulative probability of paternity exclusion (EPP) of the three VNTR loci was 94. 51 %,higher than that of conventional blood typings.
3.Effect of Janus kinase inhibitor AG490 on the invasion of laryngeal carcinoma cells
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of AG490 on the invasion of Hep2 laryngeal carcinoma cells, and to investigate the role of STAT3 signaling pathway in human laryngeal carcinoma invasion.METHODS Janus kinase inhibitor AG490 was used to inhibit the activation of STAT3 signaling pathway of Hep2 cells.Hep2 cell invasion was detected by quantitative Matrigel invasion assay. The expression of p-STAT3 was measured by flow cytometry. RESULTS The activation of STAT3 signaling pathway and the invasion of laryngeal carcinomas Hep2 cell line were suppressed by AG490.The expression of p-STAT3 and the invasion cell number of Hep2 cell line in the group treated by AG490 for 24h decreased compared with that in control group(P
5.A time—related study about morphometry in myocardial ultrastructure and Ca distribution in ischemia and reperfusion damage and the protective effect of Danshen for the heart
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Calcium overload has been discovered in the ischemia and reperfusion injury of the heart recently, but there were less reports about changes in myocardial Ca distribution under this same condition by electronmicroscopy. Using the potassium-pyroantimonate method and X-ray microanalysis, we studied cytochemical calcium localization in the rabbit's myocardium at various time periods of ischmia with or without subsequent reperfusion. At the same time, we had the morphometric estimation of Ca granule volume density in the mitochondria by TAS(texture analysis system) and evaluated Danshen's protection for ischemia and-reperfusion injury. The results showed that mitochondrial Ca granule volume density increased significantly with the development of ischmia and post-ischemic reperfusion, especially during reperfusion following 40min of ischemia, however following 60min of ischemia, Ca granule volume density decreased than that observed following 40 min of ischemia. This meant that the limit time point for reversible and irreversible injury could be in the range of 40~60min of ischemia. Danshen pretreatment to the rabbits reduced Ca granule volume density significantly. This demostruted that Danshen acted as a calcium antagonist and contributed an outstanding protection to the myocardial calcium overload.
6.Clinical value of percutaneous biopsy under CT guided on the diagnosis of pulmonary pathological changes
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(2):217-218
Objective To assess the clinical diagnosis value of CT guided transthoracic core needle biopsy in patients with pathological changes. Methods The pathological diagnosis was performed after getting the tissue by the groovy needle punctured the lesion. Results The 165 patients included 153 focal pulmonary diseases and 12 diffuse pulmonary diseases, the defined pathological diagnostic rate was 92.1%,false negative rate was 3.9%,18.9%in malignant and benign pathological changes;and complication presented in 33.3%,pneumothorax,bleeding,hemoptysis and hypodermic haematoma were 17.0%,7.9%,7.3%and 1.2%,respectively.Conclusion The technique of pulmonary percutaneous biopsy under CT guided is a perfect method for qualitative diagnosis of difficult pulmonary pathological changes:it is of great clinical application.
7.Principles and strategies for the prevention and treatment of parathyroid and larynge-al nerve injuries during thyroid surgery
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(9):409-414
Surgery is the major treatment option for malignant tumors and some benign neoplasms of the thyroid, most of which are differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Despite the progresses that have been made in surgical techniques, iatrogenic injuries of the parathy-roid and laryngeal nerves, including superior and recurrent laryngeal nerves, could not be completely avoided in the surgical manage-ment of thyroid tumors. In this review, the causes of intraoperative injuries of parathyroid and laryngeal nerves are systematically ana-lyzed with respect to types and extents of surgical operations, changes in topical anatomy, and secondary thyroid surgeries. The princi-ples and strategies for protecting and restoring injuries of the parathyroid and laryngeal nerves are also elucidated for the effective prevention and adequate treatment of these major complications in the thyroid surgery.
8.Investigation of hypoxia detection in tumor.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(24):1148-1151
Hypoxia could not only induce tumor chemoradiotherapeutic resistance, but also cause strong invasiveness which make tumor inclined to recurrence and metastasis. With regard to the detection of oxygenation condition in tumor tissue, there are many methods, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. Accurate monitoring of tumor oxygenation state plays an important role in therapeutic schedule formulation and implementation which would improve curative effect of tumor.

9.The role and mechanism of anticancer of dihydroartemisinin.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(18):1033-1036
Dihydroartemisinin (DHA), a semi-synthetic derivative of artemisinin, has recently shown antitumor activity in various cancer cells including cancers of cervix, pancreas, prostate, liver and neuroblastoma. Numerous studies in vivo and in vitro indicate that DHA possesses unique antitumor features and appears to be a promising chemotherapeutic agents. Here we systematically review the advances in research of anticancer of dihydroartemisinin, as well as summarize the mechanisms of its inducing apoptosis, delay cell-cycle, inhibitory cell proliferation and downregulate angiogenesis.

10.The update of the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and atherosclerosis
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(9):784-786
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. It likely represents hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome. The prevalence of NAFLD has been estimated to be 20%-30% in the general population. However, it is much higher in type 2 diabetic patients. Several epidemiological studies indicate that NAFLD is linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease( CVD), which is independent of underlying cardiometabolic risk factors. This suggests that NAFLD may also be actively involved in the pathogenesis. The possible molecular mediators linking NAFLD and atherosclerosis(AS) include the release of pro-atherogenic factors by oxidative stress and inflammation as well as atherogenic dyslipidemia, abnormal adipose factors, and insulin resistance, finally aggravating progression of CVD. In this article, the relationship and possible mechanisms between NAFLD and AS are reviewed.
