A metabonomics method based on gas chromatography_mass spectrometry ( GC_MS) was developed for detecting the significant differences of root exudates of the Cd hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii under different treatments and study the effect mechanism of S. alfredii tolerating or accumulating the heavy metal Cd. The root exudates were collected after treatment for 4 and 8 days with 0 and 40μmol/L Cd. The collected solution was lyophilized and dissolved with methanol, and after derivatization with methoxyamine hydrochloride and N_methyl_N_trifluoroacetamide, the samples were analyzed by GC_MS. Principal component analysis ( PCA) and orthogonal partial least_squares discrimination analysis ( OPLS_DA) were carried out for pattern recognition and a clear separation among the different treatments was achieved. Twelve compounds which caused the separation among the different treatments were found and identified. With the change of treatments, the relative amount of these 12 compounds revealed different trends, which indicated that the Cd hyperaccumulator S. alfredii could adjust the secretion of root exudates to tolerate or accumulate the heavy metal Cd.

[Objective] To study the best skill of HP-?-CD containing Ezhu oil.[Method] Take Ezhu oil containting rate as appraisal index,use orthogonal testing method for technical selection.[Result] Apply water solution mix for inclusion,the gotten best technical conditions:under 60 ℃,Ezhu oil:HP-?-CD=1:30,the regulating rotating speed 600 r/min/5 h;the total score of inclusion rate and recepting rate was 90.97%.[Conclusion] The preparation technical impoves stability of Ezhu oil,with better optimization,and offering realiable theoretic foundation for industrial production.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze problems occurred in the practical use of clinical medicine cabinet and raise countermeasures.METHODS:The application data of drugs in clinical medicine cabinet were analyzed with the help of Hospital Information System(HIS).RESULTS:Low application frequency and unclear medicine sign were the common problems occurred in the practice of clinical medicine cabinet management;furthermore,the storing condition remained to be improved.CONCLU-SION:Management of clinical medicine cabinet should be regulated and strengthened to promote safe and effective drug use in the clinic.

Objective To investigate the preventive mechanism of Anisodamine (654-2) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) of rabbits. Methods Rabbit model of MODS induced by hemorrhagic shock and endotoxin was used in this study. Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into the control group (C group) , hemorrhagic shock plus endotoxin group (M group) and 654-2 treatment group (T group). The expression of IKK-? of pulmonary alveolar macrophage (PAM) and kuffer cell(KC), the NF-?B activity of nuclear protein extracted from PAM and KC and the concentration of tumor necrosis factor-? Objective To investigate the CT imaging findings of thymus and thyroid gland involved in Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) of pediatric patients. Methods CT image findings in pediatric patients with LCH confirmed by pathology and clinical diagnosis from January 2006 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. By radiography, 38 cases' thymus gland were involved and 8 cases' thyroids gland were involved. Results Plain CT scan for thymus gland involved patients revealed 9 cases were shown as hyperplasia, 17 cases were shown as calcification, 9 cases were shown as hyperplasia with calcification, 1 case was shown as cavity, 1 case was shown as hyperplasia with calcification and cavity and 1 case was shown as hyperplasia with calcification and low density. Enhanced CT scan for thyroid gland involved patients showed bilateral or unilateral enlargement of thyroid gland with heterogeneous low density and unobvious enhancement. Conclusions Finely calcifications were the most common CT findings on thymus gland involved in LCH and might without hyperplasia. CT imaging of thyroid LCH exhibited an enlarged or normal size and abnormal density in the thyroid gland with adjacent soft tissues involved.

OBJECTIVE:To study the distribution characteristics of germacrone from zedoary turmeric oil (ZTO) in each tis-sue of mice,and to provide reference for further application of zedoary turmeric oil. METHODS:30 KM mice were given zedoary turmeric oil 0.5 mL;6 mice were randomly selected 1,2,4,8,12 h after medication,respectively. The contents of germacrone in heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney tissues were determined by HPLC. 15 KM mice were selected,medication and sampling method were same as above;3 mice were collected at each time point respectively. The fluorescence intensity of germacrone in above sections were observed by fluorescence. The same number of mice were selected as control in 2 trials. RESULTS:The con-centration of germacrone in each tissue 1-4 h increased gradually as time and reached the peak value at 4 h. The contents of ger-macrone in liver and spleen were significantly higher than in heart and lung. The concentrations of germacrone in each tissue were ranked as liver>spleen>kidney>heart>lung. The results of fluorescence intensity observation was same as above results. CON-CLUSIONS:Results of 2 methods show same distribution characteristics of germacrone in mice tissues,and indicate that ger-macrone is distributed more in liver,spleen and kidney tissues and less in heart and lung.

Objective To summarize extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with cardiac arrest,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy comparing with literature review.Methods 5 patients of AMI with cardiac arrest who proved invalid to conventional cardio-pulmonaryresuscitation (CPR),were successfully resuscitated with ECMO support,and underwent emergency PCI with stable hemodynamic status.Results In support of ECMO,4 patients were successfully resuscitated with stable hemodynamic status,and underwent primary PCI.The duration of ECMO support ranged from 42 to 220 h (average 126.6 h).3 patients discharged with full recovery,one patient didn't wean from ECMO successfully,and one died of respiratory failure.Conclusion Although mortality of AMI with cardiac arrest is high,early ECMO-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation and secondary PCI treatment increase the possibility of cardiac recovery,and provide conditions for emergency revascularization treatment.This reduces mortality in critical patients with AMI,and is an effective short term life support method.
