Objective To survey the distribution of TCM constitution of Guangxi adults.Methods Identification questionnaire of constitution in TCM was performed to identify the TCM constitution types of 3000 adults who were taken medical examination in the first affiliation hospital to GuangXi TCM university Health Administration Center or of permanent residence in Nanning,Wuming,Qinzhou,Hezhou.Results 612 cases (20.4％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness in 504 cases (16.8％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness,431 cases (14.3％) had constitution of yang asthenia,422 cases (14.1％) had constitution of qi asthenia,353 cases (11.8％) had constitution of damp-heat,348 cases (11.6％) had constitution of yin asthenia,159 cases (5.3％) had constitution of qi stagnation,100 cases (3.3％) had constitution of blood stasis,and 71 cases (2.4％) had allergic constitution.Conclusion There were 9 kinds constitutions in the adults of GuangXi province.The constitution of yin-yang harmony was the most among all.Most male had phlegm-dampness or damp-heat constitution.Most female had yang asthenia,qi asthenia,qi stagnation or yin asthenia constitution.

Objective:To study the treatment effect of zoledronic acid and letrozole on life quality of postmenopausal women with breast cancer operation. Methods:Totally 26 patients were in the control group,and given letrozole,and 23 patients were in the treat-ment group with zoledronic and letrozole. The patients in the two groups were assessed bone mineral density ( BMD) of hip and lumbar vertebrate before the treatment and the 6th and 12th month after the treatment. BALP, CTX, VAS, FACT-B and adverse reactions were also assessed at the 6th and 12th month after the treatment. Results:Improvement of BMD and FACT-B in the treatment group was sig-nificantly better than that in the control group. BALP, CTX and VAS in the treatment group were all decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). There was no significant difference in the metastasis between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:By preventing bone loss and increasing BMD, the combination of zoledronic acid and letrozole can effectively im-prove the life quality of postmenopausal women with breast cancer operation.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate gene-therapy for human hepatocellular carcinoma with adenovirus vectors by double suicide gene CD/TK. METHODS: Double suicide gene CD/TK was liberated from eukaryotic vectors pCEA-CD/TK and subcloned into shuttle vectors, and the transfer plasmid pAdtrack-CMV-CD/TK was formed after linearizing with Pac 1. It was recombinated with pAdeasy-1 in bacteria BJ5183. The identified adenovirus plasmid was digested by Pac1 and was transfected into 293 cells to pack the adenoviruses. After PCR determination, its titre was measured, and the infection rate and efficacy were tested in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. RESULTS: pAdtrack-CMV-CD/TK and pAd-CD/TK were tested by endonuclease digestion. Ad-CD/TK was produced in 293 cells, and the human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (SMMC7721) infected by Ad-CD/TK were killed after 5-FC was used, and bystander effects were observed. CONCLUSION: Recombinant adenoviruses with CD/TK fusion suicide gene have a high infection rate and efficacy for human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.

Objective To establish and evaluate the animal model induced by inhalation injury of airborne fine particulate matter (PM2?5). Methods We manufactured equipment for rats aerosol inhalation with PM2?5. The effects of several facters such as concentrations(100 ± 10 μg/m3、150 ± 10 μg/m3、200 ± 10 μg/m3 )、time(1w、2w、4w、8w、12w)、method (non?exposed intratracheal instillation method and aerosol inhalation) and animals (Wistar rats, BN rats and guinea pigs) were investigated to establish the model. The respiratory rate, forced vital capacity ratio of forced expiratory volume ( FEV1/FVC) and arterial partial pressure of oxygen ( PO2 ) were measured, the pathological changes of bronchial and lung tissues under light microscope were observed. The success animal model was builded as the pneumonia was observed from the pathological changes of lung tissue. Results The Wistar rats exposed to PM2?5 aerosol inhalation for 8 weeks, we can see that the weight growth rate of rat decreased, WBC count and mononuclear cells count increased, the macrophages ratio decreased in BALF, the respiratory rate of lung increased while arterial PO2 and FEV1/FVC decreased, inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis changes were observed by bronch and pulmonary pathology, inflammatory changes with a dose?response relationship were observed. Exposed to PM2?5 aerosol inhalation for different time(1 w、2 w、4 w、8 w、12 w)with same dose, the score issue lesions of lung and bronchus in Wistar rats increased and the 8w group is obvious. The Wistar rats exposed to PM2?5 with different method ( aerosol inhalation and non?exposed intratracheal instillation method) for 8w, the aerosol inhalation worked as effectively as perfusion while mortality rate of aerosol inhalation is lower. Different animals ( Wistar rats, BN rats and guinea pigs) exposed to PM2?5 aerosol inhalation for 8w, the same results were observed with three method respectively while mortality rate of Wistar rats lower. Conclusions The optional conditions that the Wistar rats were continuously inhaled for 8w PM2?5 with a dose of 150 ± 10 μg/m3 were established. The animal model could be used on a national scale, especially in Fujian province. The results would be useful for the development of the research of the prevention and countermeasures of PM2?5 pollution.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of two hemostatic methods for patients with pelvic fracture combined with hemorrhagic shock in the early stage.Methods A retrospective analysis was done on clinical data of 90 patients with unstable pelvic fracture combined with hemorrhagic shock managed by damage control resuscitation from January 2008 to December 2012.Unstable blood pressure and abdominal distension were noted postoperatively.Forty patients in Group A received laparotomy and bilateral internal iliac artery ligation from January 2008 to January 2010.Fifty patients in Group B underwent internal iliac artery embolization from February 2010 to December 2012.Comparative measurement was made on parameters of mortality,24-hour blood transfusion volume,24-hour lactic acid value,postoperative systolic blood pressure,postoperative body temperature,and postoperative prothrombin time (PT).Results Following parameters differed significantly between Groups A and B (P ＜ 0.05):mortality rate (53％ vs 12％),24-hour blood transfusion volume[(3 865.5 ±451.3)ml vs (2 108.8 ±336.4)ml],24-hour lactic acid value[(13.0 ± 2.0)mmol/L vs (5.4 ± 1.2)mmol/L],postoperative systolic blood pressure [(80.50 ± 22.73) mmHg vs (113.23 ± 20.89) mmHg],postoperative body temperature [(32.4 ± 0.2)℃ vs (36.1 ±0.3)℃],postoperative PT [(24.5 ±3.6)s vs (18.4±2.1)s].Conclusion For pelvic fracture combined with hemorrhagic shock,if the indications of abdominal viscera rupture are unclear,the interventional embolization can gain advantage over laparotomy in improving treatment success rate and reducing mortality and complications.

Objective To analyse the relationship between catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) activity and affective disorders, and explore the biological mechanism of the etiology of affective disorders.Methods The activities of erythrocytes COMT from 112 affective disorders and 120 normal control were measured with high performance liquid chromatography, all examined data were tested by SPSS 11.0v.Results COMT activity frequency distribution of patients group and control group are at the range of 2～23nmol/ml RBC/hr and 7～28nmol/ml RBC/hr respectively. The average activity of COMT in patients group and control group were (11.0±3.8) nmol/ml RBC/hr and (16.1±4.3) nmol/ml RBC/hr representatively. COMT activity in male and female patient were (11.2±3.7) nmol/ml RBC/hr and (10.6± 4.0) nmol/ml RBC/hr., male and female in control group were (16.5 ±4.6) nmol/ml RBC/hr and (15.4±3.9) nmol/ml RBC/hr, there were significant difference between patients group and control group and also between male and female (P <0.001).conclusion The activity of erythrocytes COMT in affective disorders is lower than normal population and suggested that the lower COMT activity of erythrocytes is associated with affective disorders.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of early diagnosis and treatment of impal-pable breast tumor.Methods From Jan.2007 to Dec.2014, 570 patients with impalpable breast tumor were treated.Among them, 107 patients were found with breast nodules by ultrasound scan , 340 patients were found with nodules , calcification or distort gland structure and 123 patients were found with nipple discharge by mam-mography .They were biopsied with various methods such as wire localization guided by ultrasound , X-ray mam-mography and fiberoptic ductoscopy .All patients were treated routinely and followed up .Results The his-topathological examination results were as follows:134 cases of breast cancer (23.51%) and 436 cases of benign lesions.44 breast cancer patients were localized by ultrasound , 78 cases were localized by X-ray mammography, and 12 cases were localized by fiberoptic ductoscopy .All lesions were accurately localized and excised .During the two-year follow up, no recurrence or metastasis occurred .Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of im-palpable breast tumor can improve early diagnosis level of breast cancer .

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performance of conventional ultrasound, compression elastography (CE) and acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI) in diff erential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: A total of 98 patients with liver lesions were included in the study. The images of conventional ultrasound, CE and the values of virtual touch tissue quantiifcation (VTQ) of breast lesions were obtained. hTe diagnostic performance of conventional ultrasound, CE and ARFI were assessed by using pathology as the gold standard, and then evaluate the diagnosis effciency of these three approaches in differential diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors. Results: The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of malignant breast tumors for conventional ultrasound were 80.0%, 81.1% and 81.7%, respectively, whereas for CE elastic score were 85.7%, 86.7% and 86.3%, respectively. With a cutoff value of 3.71 for the SR, the sensitivity, speciifcity, accuracy in diagnosis of malignant breast tumors were 97.1%, 83.3% and 88.4%, respectively. With a cutoff value of 3.78 m/s for VTQ, the sensitivity, speciifcity, accuracy in diagnosis of malignant breast tumors were 94.3%, 91.7% and 92.6%, respectively. The difference in diagnosis efficiency among ARFI, CE and conventional ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Conventional ultrasound, CE and ARFI are all useful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. But the diagnosis effciency of ARFI is superior to CE and conventional ultrasound. The three approaches can help each other in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.

Objective To investigate the clinical correlated problems of immediate breast reconstruction with silicagel prosthesis after modified radical mastectomy.Methods From Jun.2007 to Dec.2011,30 patients were treated with skin sparing modified mastectomy and immediate reconstruction by placing silicone implants into submuscle.15 cases were reserved the nipple-areola complexes.All patients were treated routinely after operation.Results Objective evaluation after operation showed that the excellent rate reached to 90.0％,and subjective evaluation showed that the excellent rate reached to 93.3％.Two cases suffered under-flap hydrops,one case suffered capsular contraction,one case suffered flap ischemia and superficial necrosis of nipple-areola complex,one case suffered gel metastasis,and one cases suffered obvious asymmetry.All the cases were followed up for 12 to 54 months,among whom one case had hepatic and bone metastasis,and the others had no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions Immediate breast reconstruction with silicagel prosthesis after modified radical mastectomy was proven to be an effective and safe method,with no increase of local recurrence.The modification of operation may avoid the risk of complications.
