Objective To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal injection of compound sophora injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with malignant peritoneal effusion.Methods 60 advanced gastric cancer patients with peritoneal fluid were randomly divided into two groups according to the different treatment meth-ods.A group of compound sophora injection with intraperitoneal therapy(group A),treatment 2 times per week for four weeks,Another group of compound sophora injection with vein therapy (group B),for 4 consecutive weeks.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of group A was 58.1%,which was higher than 27.6% of group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.69,P <0.05).Conclusion Intraperitoneal perfusion with compound sophora injection can improve the effect in the treatment of peritoneal effusion in patients with advanced gastric cancer,and the adverse reaction is mild,it is worthy of clinical application.

Embodied as an abstract concept as well as concrete regulations and material environment on the campus,the campus culture is the organizational culture among universities,which plays a significant role in enhancing students' quality of career starting.Similar to its social culture,the American campus culture is characterized by a strong personal heroism thus is known as a "cowboy culture".As the so-called "dragon culture",the Chinese culture is a more conservative one and thus lack of innovation-oriented career starting concepts among Chinese university students.Therefore,in order to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the innovation-oriented campus culture should be constructed,students' entrepreneurship conception strengthened,thus students' sense of career starting and mental status be enhanced.

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) concentration and progression of aortic atherosclerotic lesions for hyperlipidemic diet fed infantile rabbits.Methods Two-month-old infantile rabbits(0.9-1.1 kg) were randomly assigned to normal diet group(group A,n=6) and hyperlipidemic diet group(group B,n=11).Blood lipid levels,LPA,nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) concentrations were taken regularly.The thoracic aorta was taken from a hypertipidemic diet rabbit for pathological study at certion interval of time.Results Electronic microscope analysis revealed subtle changes of aortic wall during 1-2 weeks of the experiment.Fatty streaks(FS) appeared after 4 weeks of hyperlipidemic diet.The degree of FS increased gradually thereafter.Blood lipid levels increased significantly after 1 week of hyperlipidemic diet.Plasma LPA concentration reached its peak level before the appearance of FS.The NO,MDA and SOD concentrations of group B changed significantly proportional to the development of FS.Conclusion Measuring plasma LPA concentration,combined with serum NO,MDA and SOD concentrations can accurately reflect the formation and progression of FS.

Objective To investigate the factors that influence the patients to understand the stroke they suffering from.Methods 61 stroke patients were investigated with a questionnaire designed by ourselves.ResultsThe age,sex and educated level affected the stroke patients' understanding,but the time after onset,the degree of locomotory injured and hemiplegic side did not.ConclusionDistinguishing direction of rehabilitation should be established according to the age,sex and educated level of patients.

ObjectiveTo examine the occurrence rate of visuospatial hemi-neglect of patients with cerebral injury with behavioural inattention test (BIT) (Japanese version),and assess the validity of the BIT test.Methods22 subjects (16 with right hemispheric damage and 6 with left hemispheric damage) were tested with BIT. ResultsThe rate of visuospatial hemi-neglect in 22 patients with hemispheric damage was 36.4% (8 cases) , and that rate in 16 patients with right hemispheric damage was 31.3% (5 cases), in 6 patients with left hemispheric damage was 50% (3 cases).ConclusionThe occurrence rate of visuospatial hemi-neglect appears to be independent from male or female, age, course of disease and education level of study subjects.

Objective Summarize the interventional nursing experiences for patients with coronary chronic total occlucion by transraidal approach. Methods Preoperative evaluation, careful psychological nursing, perioperative observation and prevetion complications were used for 105 patients with coronary chronic total occlusion when curred by transraidal approach intervention. Results There were 97 cases had successful operation, while 8 cases failure. There were 14 cases of perioperative hypotension, 6 cases of coronary acute occlusion, 4 cases of coronary perforation and 3 cases of no- reflow. There were no radial- as-sociated complication in any patients. Conclusions Effective and careful nursing measures can prevent complications.

Objective To explore the effects of air pollution on daily outpatient vivits of hospital. Methods Correlation analysis was carried out based on data of daily outpatient visits of Taiyuan Central Hospital(TCH) and monitoring data on the concentration of TSP and SO2 in air and temeprature and humidity area of Xinghualing district where TCH was located by the time series analysis. Results The concentiations of TSP and SO2 in air exceeded the corresponding standards recommended by WHO. SO2 was the statistically significant forecasting factor for the daily outpatient visits of the department of respiratory disease, emergency and piediatrics. TSP was the statistically singnificant forecasting factor for the daily outpatient visits of department of cardiovascular disease and other departments. Conclusion Severe air pollution by TSP and SO2 effected the dialy outpatient visits in a certain degree.

AIM: To study the processing principle of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae steamed with wine. METHODS: The content of volatile oil was measured by means of volatile oil measuring method and identified by TLC. The total lignans was determined by spectrophotometry and the water-soluble extractive was measured by determination of extractive method. RESULTS: The volatile oil content in Fruetus Schisandrae Sphenantherae by steaming with wine decreased by 35.3%, TLC showed that a new spot was added; the lignans content had an increase of 28.9% and the water extractive was 2% less than in crude drug. CONCLUSION: Tranditional process is reasonable.

Objective To get a general idea of the knowing level of knowledge and policies related to voluntary blood donation among rural residents,and to explore factors influencing their willingness of voluntary blood donation.Methods Three natural villages were randomly chosen in the north,middle and south of Anhui province as the investigation sites in Jan.2008.Data were collected by interviewing the target people,as well as using a self-designed questionnaire.A total of 724 people were interviewed and 620 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective retrieval rate of 85.6%.Results The score of voluntary blood donation knowledge among rural residents was 19.26?3.987,and the score of relevant policy knowledge was 5.85?2.154.There were significant differences in knowledge of both voluntary blood donation and relevant policies among different age groups.Residents with different education levels also differed significantly in knowledge of relevant policies.Logistic analysis indicated that age,education and knowing level of relevant policies were the factors that had influence people's willingness of voluntary blood donation.Conclusion Knowing level of voluntary blood donation knowledge is high among rural residents while the policy knowledge level is low.Willingness of blood donation among the group of age 25 to 34 is obviously higher than that of the group of age 18 to 24;willingness of people with middle school education background is lower than illiterate people;the higher the knowledge level,the higher of people's willingness.

Objective To discuss the application effects of fast track surgery treatment in hysterectomy. Methods 120 patients underwent hysterectomy. They were randomly assigned to two groups,namely,fast track sur-gery group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases ). two groups underwent separately fast track surgery mode and tradi-tional mode therapy. To observe the duration of passing flatus, the hospital stay, the aching time, the complication rate after operation between two groups. Results All patients got recovery. The duration of passing flatus(29.2±7.9) h,the aching time 96.7% (58/60)、the hospital stay( 3.9±2.5 )d of fast track surgery group were significantly shorter than the duration of passing flatus (50.3±15.8 ) h 、the aching time 8.3% (5/60)、the hospital stay (6.7±2.8 ) d of control group( allP<0.01 ). there was no severe complication in two groups. Conclusion Fast track surgery treat-ment mode could accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of hysterectomy patients. It shoud be popularized.
