Objective:To provide the recommendations for the improvement of drug regulators training system. Methods:The for-eign drug regulator training mode was summarized, the domestic current training mode was analyzed, and some proposals were put for-ward. Results and Conclusion:Compared with more mature foreign training mode, the drug regulator training system in our country was fragmented. We should learn from the foreign experience, and combine with our conditions to improve the drug regulator training system through establishing incentive system, improving the network training and enriching the training mode and so on.
4.Clinical efficacy of expanding flap for large hyperplastic scar on scalp
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2015;21(2):68-70
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of implantation of tissue expanders for large hyperplastic scar on scalp. Methods Between June 2011 and April 2013,a total of 23 patients with large hyperplastic scar received treatment with 31 tissue expanders. The scar size varied from 5.5 cm × 4.0 cm to 17.5 cm ×9.5 cm.The capacity was 50-400 ml for expanders, with the shape of kidney or ellipse. After tissue expansion for 6 to 8 weeks, the expander was removed and hyperplastic scars were resected, followed by the repair of defect with expanded flaps.Further more, the patients received postoperative superficial isotope irradiation after the surgery.Follow-up varied from 6 to 12 months. Results Thirty expanders, except l expander pocket that was removed ahead of time due to infection, were implanted successfully during the whole course of treatment. The main complication was expander exposure in 4 patients, which showed no significant influence on secondary surgery.Twenty patients reported relief of symptoms and achieved satisfactory outcomes, while 3 patients showed great suture tension and experienced delayed stitch removal, followed by the recurrence of hyperplastic scar after the operation. Conclusions The implantation of tissue expanders under the scalp skin is an ideal treatment option for large hyperplastic scar on scalp.Regional suture tension is a direct contributor to the recurrence of hyperplastic scar formation after surgical excision.
5.The phenotypic-change characteristics of renal residential cells and its roles in the development of renal diseases
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
Increasing evidence has proved that phenotypic changes occured in residential renal cells during the process of renal diseases. The phenotypic change of mesangial cell plays a key role in the development of glomerular sclerosis, while the phenotypic changes of tubulo-interstitial cells have close relationship with the progress of interstitial fibrosis. Understandings of these phenotypic changes and their regulations may help us know better of the mechanism of renal diseases and find out ways to block the disease development.
6.Observation of Curative Effect of Combination of Reptilase and Nitroglycerine on Patients with Emptysis
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the hemostasis effect of combination of repilase and nitroglycerine against Emptysis.METHODS:90patients with Emptysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Reptilase together with nitroglycerine while the control group were treated with conventional hypophysin therapy.RESULTS:The total effective rate of hemostasis against hemoptysis was95.6%in the treatment group, which ex-celled the control group which has a total effective rate of66.7%.No significant adverse effect was found in the treatment group, which had a significant difference(P
7.Correlation between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and cardiovascular diseases
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(6):651-654
In recent years ,lots of studies indicated that inflammation plays an important role in occurrence and de‐velopment of cardiovascular diseases .Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a novel inflammatory marker ,the cost of detection is low and it's easy to obtain .NLR is not only related with poor prognosis of stable coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndrome ,but also closely associated with prognosis of acute heart failure .The present article made a review on the correlation between NLR and cardiovascular diseases .
8.Effects of LPS on development of atherosclerosis and role of TLR4
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(23):-
Objective To investigate the effects of chronic inflammation, induced by LPS on the development of rat aorta atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty healthy male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups, normal control, the endotoxin group, homofat-breeded group and endotoxin-homofat-breeded group. HE staining was used to detect the change of rat aorta endomembrane and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the change of expression of TLR4 in rat aorta endothelial cell. Results The AS animal model was constructed successfully and the expression of TLR4 was at a higher level in endotoxin-homofat-breeded group than that in other groups. Conclusion Chronic inflammation has an actively effect during the development of rat aorta atherosclerosis.
9.Relationship among Cancer-Related Fatigue,Coping Style and Quality of Life in Patients of Breast Cancer with Chemotherapy
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2009;23(11):776-779,789
Objective:To explore the relationship among the cancer-related fatigue, coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods:A total 120 female breast cancer patients were selected as the subjects. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire that was composed of four parts:the demographic data form, the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS),Jalowiec Coping Scale (JCS),Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (QLQ-C30),and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Breast 23 (QLQ-BR23).The statistical software SPSS was used for data analysis.Cancer-related fatigue, coping styles, quality of life and their related factors were determined by nonparametric tests.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship among cancer-related fatigue, coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Results:There was a significant negative moderate correlation between cancer-related fatigue and the quality of life (r=-0.24,P<0.01),and negative correlation between cancer-related fatigue and the total health status (r=-0.39,P<0.01).The positive coping styles including optimistic and confronting were negatively correlated with cancer-related fatigue (r=-0.25,-0.18,Ps<0.05),and were positively related to the functional domain of quality of life(r=0.35,0.21, Ps<0.05).The positive coping styles including emotive, fatalistic, and palliative were positively correlated with cancer-related fatigue (r=0.25,0.18,and 0.28, Ps<0.05),and were negatively correlated with the functional domain of quality of life (r=-0.40,-0.32,Ps<0.05),and emotive and fatalistic were positively related to the symptomatic domain of quality of life(r=0.40,0.28,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:There exists a certain degree of correlation among cancer-related fatigue, coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy, which may guide the clinical care.
