In order to accelerate the pace of teaching reform, our school explores the tutorial system of undergraduate course this year, this article emphasize the necessity and beneficial effects of this system in clinical practice.
2.Reinforcing the Consciousness of Patient-friendly and Dedication in Diagnostics Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Diagnostics is the bridge from basic medicine to clinical medicine. For the students contacting the clinic for the first time,we take measures to cultivate the consciousness of showing love to patients and dedicating yourself to work.It is beneficial to cultivate the students'ability in clinical practice.

This article reported a case of suppurative meningitis caused by Streptococcus suis infection. The patient is an old man who has been engaged in pig breeding. The common symptoms include fever, headache and disturbance of consciousness. According to the results of magnetic resonance imagine and cerebrospinal fluid examination, the patient was considered purulent meningitis caused by Streptococcus suis type 2. After treatment with penicillin anti-infection and dexamethasone inhibition of immune response, the symptoms improved significantly. Three weeks after the onset of the disease, hearing loss occurred, after six months of follow-up, serious hearing impairment was still left.

OBJECTIVE To study the proteome of inferior colliculus and determinate the region-typical proteins which may be the candidate cause of the Central Auditory Processing Disorders. METHODS The telencephalon was taken as reference, and then identified and quantified the proteome of IC of adult rats with iTRAQ. Those with higher abundance in inferior colliculus than the other three regions were considered as IC-Region typical proteins, which may lead to functional specializations. RESULTS We identified 1937 cytomembrane proteins in total, among which there are 53 IC-Region typical proteins, which may lead to functional specializations of inferior colliculus. We used GO and KEGG pathway to analyze these proteins and then found that these proteins mainly take part in the regulation of neurons development and information integrations. CONCLUSION Our quantitative comparison of inferior colliculus has revealed two candidate proteins, including CaMKII and SV2A, which may play important roles in maintaining the balance of excitatory and inhibitory transmitters release. These proteins may be the candidate proteins for Central Auditory Processing Disorders.

This paper explored factors influencing initiatives of clinical teachers in millitary medical university for training clinical undergraduates including work pressure after being transferring to civilian, work pressure, policy orientation, economic pressure, student factor and psychological factor, etc. Meanwhile, this paper explored the incentive mechanism of clinical teachers in millitary medical university for training clinical undergraduates including training and evaluating clinical teach-ing teachers, innovating evaluation criterion and creating sustainable teaching atmosphere (building examples and establishing various incentive systems). All measures taken above was mean to inspire the initiatives of clinical teaching teachers and to ensure the quality of clinical teaching.

Objective To study Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub extract on cell cycle and apoptosis marker AnnexinV/PI of U266 in vitro..Methods U266 cells were cultured together with Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub extract.Cell cycle and apoptosis marker AnnexinV/PI were detected by flow cytometry(FCM).Results After exposure of U266 cells to Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub extract.the cell cycle distribution was changed. There Was a decrease of cells in the G0/G1 phase with an increase of cells in the S phase and G2/M phase and apoptosis.FCM with staining of Annexix V FITC/PI showed a dependence of apoptotic cells with the dosage of Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub extract. Conclusion Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez extract has strong cell apoptosis effect on U266 cells.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of interferon on the treatment of virus keratitis. Meth-ods Review and analysis was made of 476 patients with virus keratitis who was treated with high concentration of an-ti-virus eyedrops and one million unit of α-2b interferon, the clinical safety and effect was evaluated. Result The total cure rate was 59. 1%, and the type from high to low is interstitial、endothelial、epithelial and the total cornea. The total recurrence rate is 23.5% ,and the type from high to low is epithelial, the total cornea, endothelial and inter-stitial. The incidence rate of the adverse effect is 10. 7%. Condusion Systemic administration of interferon has a direct anti-virus effect, and it can raise the cure rate of virus keratitis as well as decrease recurrencerate. One million unit of interferon has a high clinical safety and effect.
