1.Effects of ligustrazine on the endothelin-1-induced myocardial hypertrophy
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the action of tetramethylpyrazines on cardiac myocyte hypertrophy induced by endothelin-1(ET-1). Methods: The blockers of L-type calcium channel(Larcidipine),TMPP and TMPH were used to influence protein synthesis stimulated by chronic ET-1. Results:(ET-1) group's intracellular protein content in cardiac myocyte was(279?39)?g/ml(17% higher than the control group,P
2.The influence on the quality of marital and life in the congenital absence of vagina patients with operation by psychological intervention
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):252-253
Objective To explore the influence on the quality of marital and life of the congenital absence of vagina patients with operation by psychological intervention. Methods The congenital absente of vagina patients were divided into psycholOgical intervened group(n=18,all cases were treated with the cognitive and behaviour therapy)and without intervened group(n=11).Before and after treatment the scores of the nottingham health poofity(NHP)were used in the two groups. After treatment the Olson's enrich questionary were tested also. Results The scores of NHP and Olson of psychological intervened group were significantly superior to those without intervened group(P<0.05 or P<0 01).Conclusion The cogntive and behaviour theraopy before operation is good for the quality of marital and life in congenital absence of vagina patients.
3.Mosapride citrate in reflux esophagitis treatment and intervention effect analysis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):170-171
Objective To explore the use of mosapride citrate in treating reflux esophagitis and nursing intervention spitley effect. Methods In 40 cases of reflux esophagitis in patients with routine therapy, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients in the control group based on the use of mosapride citrate. And classified as the observation group, two groups of patients were in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017. Results The study in the treatment of the two groups of patients with effective rate of 95.0%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group 80.0%, between the two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05). The adverse effects of more than two groups found, two groups of patients with adverse reaction incidence was no significant difference, that shows no significant difference. Conclusion Mosapride citrate in reflux esophagitis treatment and intervention effect analysis found that the compared with conventional therapy, can be in At the same time, it can improve the curative effect of the patients, and will not increase the possibility of adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical reference.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the influences of 4 kinds of collagenase with different degrees of activity on the survival rate, contraction and relaxation functions of isolated rats' myocardiocytes. Methods Rats' myocardiocytes were isolated by enzymolysis with 4 kinds of collagenase with different degrees of activity. The survival rate of myocardiocytes was observed immediately after isolation(D),one hour after loading with calcium(E time point) and 10 minutes after electric stimulation(F time point). The contraction and relaxation functions of myocardiocytes, including contraction amplitude(ph),the proportionality of ph/single cardiocyte length(bl),maximal velocity of contraction(+dL/dt) and maximal velocity of relaxation(-dL/dt),were measured with IonOptix video edge tracker. Results From 203U/mg to 299U/mg,with lowering of the activity of collagenase, the isolation time became longer, the survival rate of myocardiocytes declined 1 hour after loading calcium and 10 minutes after electric stimulation(P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Objective:By means of balanced board,we can comprehensively assess the hospital and promote the hospital science progress from four aspects such as patient, finance, interior procedure, and the study and development.Method: Introducing the source content and character of the balanced board;Introducing the reason, qualification, instruction and effect for ChongQing NO 9 Hospital to apply the balance board.Result: We assessed the balance board from finance, interior procedure, patient, study and development: The hospital's operation income structure was more reasonable;the hospital's income is equal to the economic development;the medical staff's quality had been improved;the civilization and brand of hospital were generally promoted. Conclusion:Balance board can be used in the medical treatment and health care reformation. As a management method of hospital it can be combined with the hospital assessment items. When the hospital employs the balanced board,we can combine the management object and management cost, the development of hospital and patients' satisfaction, hospital income and local economical level as well as fee for medical treatment, performance and quality in order to promote the development of hospital.

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(05):-
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with low-dose pravastatin and fenofibrate in patients with combined hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred eighty nine patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned to receive 10 mg pravastatin (n=64) or 200 mg fenofibrate (n=63), or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate (n=62) for 12 weeks. The patients in the monotherapy groups (n=35) whose lipid levels were not controlled after 12 weeks were randomly assigned to receive 20 mg pravastatin, or 200 mg fenofibrate, or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate for another 12 weeks. Lipid levels and adverse effects were assessed. Results After 12 weeks treatments, serum TC, LDL-C and TG levels were reduced and HDL-C was increased more significantly in combination therapy group, compared with 2 monotherapy groups (all P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To approach the effect of psychological recuperation on the mental health of the medical personnel working in SARS ward. Methods A total of 131 medical workers working in SARS ward were randomly selected as the objects to be psychologically recuperated. Results Both groups' score on somatization, obsessive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and phobia anxiety is higher than that of the local norm before the training, there is no significant difference between the training group and the control group. After the training, there is no significant difference between the training group and the local norm except somatization; the control group's score in somatization, obsessive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility is higher than that of the local norm, while the training group′s scores in the five dimensions is obvious lower than that of control group. Conclusion Psychological behavior training played a positive role on the' mental health of the medical personnel working in SARS ward.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(11):-
Objective To analyse the risk factors relating to diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 214 type 2 DM cases were investigated and the factors relating to DPN were analysed including age 、diabetic duration 、fasting blood glucose(FBG) 、post blood glucose(PBG)、 HbA_1c、blood pressure(BP)、 urinary albumin excretory rate(UAER)and lipid. Results Logistic regresstion analysis showed that UAER and FBG were relatively independent risk factors. Conclusion In many risk factors UAER and FBG are the most important factors of all in developling DPN.
