Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of aspirin and sodium salicylat in A-Liu spirits and study the stability of the two components under different storage conditions. Methods:The analytical column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) ,0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusting pH to 2.3 with potassium acid) -acetonitrile-methanol(55∶15∶30) was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. The contents of aspirin and sodium salicylat were regularly determined under such storage conditions as ambient temperature, constant temperature and humidity(30℃ ± 2℃,65% ± 5%) and refrigeration (4℃ ± 2℃). Re-sults:The average recovery and RSD were 100. 06% and 0. 80%(n=9) for aspirin, and 100. 53% and 0. 82%(n=9) for sodium salicylat. Aspirin and sodium salicylat showed good linear relationship within the range of 31.0-310.0 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)and 30. 5-305. 0 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 5), respectively. Under the three storage conditions, the content of aspirin was decreased, while that of sodium salicylat was increased, suggesting the temperature could significantly affect the hydrolysis rate and content of aspirin Conclusion:The method is promising with good resolution, reproducibility and sensitivity. It is recommended that the method be used to determine the content of aspirin and sodium salicylat in A-Liu spirits, and aspirin isn't stable under different storage conditions.

Objective To explore the impact of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expressions of multi-drug resistance genes in patients with cervical cancer and its relationship with the effect of chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-eight cervical cancer patients with TP regimen selected to perform preoperative chemotherapy were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College between January 2010 and June 2014. Immunohistochemisty (En vision method) was used to determine the expressions of P-gP, GST-π and TopoII of the same patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and explore the relationship with the effect of chemotherapy. Results The positive expression rates of P-gp and GST-π were 71.43% and 64.29% before chemotherapy and 80.61%and 74.49%after chemotherapy, respectively. The former two had significant differences (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of TopoII was 48.98%before chemotherapy and 28.57%after chemotherapy , respectively, showing significant differences (P < 0.01). The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TopoⅡ gene were not affected by the clinical and pathological features of cervical cancer (P > 0.05). Before neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the positive expression of GST-π in the ineffective group was statistically higher than that in the effective group (P<0.05). The positive expressions of P-gp and Topo II showed no statistical significance between the effective group and the ineffective group (P > 0.05). There was significant correlation in the expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TopoⅡ(P < 0.05) before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusions The expression of P-gp, GST-πand TopoⅡgene may not be affected by the clinical and pathological features of cervical cancer, but may change expressions of multi-drug resistance genes in cervical cancer by neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Monitoring their expression has a guiding significance for drug selection, prognostic judgment, and the following treatment regimen decision. The GST-π, expression level can be used as a biological parameter to predict the effect of TP regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Objective To investigate the effect of PTEN gene in the mouse uterus during embryo implantation. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) was used to detect PTEN mRNA expressed in the endometria of the nonpregnant mice and the late pregnant mice(day 1,day 3,day 4,day 5 and day 7),with 20 mice sacrificed at each fixed day.Out of another 20 3-day pregnant mice, ten received PTEN antisense oligonucleotide at the horn of uterus and ten received normal saline to count the blastocysts at pregnant day 8.Results The PTEN mRNA/?-actin mRNA in pregnant mice was higher than that of nonpregnant mice, gradually hoisted as days passed by,and reached the highest at pregnant day 5.The number of blastocysts in the mice that received PTEN antisense oligonucleotide was fewer than that received normal saline. Conclusion PTEN persistently expresses in mouse endometria during the early pregnancy and maybe participate in the regulation process of mouse blastodyst implantation.

Objective To promote the diagnostic accuracy of intrapancreatic accessory spleen (IPAS).Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of IPAS admitted in Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital from Apr 2005 to Dec 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were ten cases of IPAS confirmed pathologically.Only 1 of the ten cases was diagnosed correctly and definitely with IPAS preoperatively. The other 9 cases were misdiagnosed with benign or malignant pancreatic tumors, including nonfunctional neuroendocrine neoplasms in 5 cases, pancreatic neuroendocrine cancers in 3 and pancreatic intraductal adenocarcinoma in one.All the nine misdiagnosed patients has no specific symptoms or laboratory indexes. All the IPASs located in the tail of the pancreas with the mean diameter (1.3 ±0.2) cm(0.8-2.5 cm).7 cases of IPAS show strikingly similar dynamic enhancement to the spleen on the CT scans and/or MRI.Accessory spleen around the splenic hilum was found in five cases. Conclusions Morphological study plays an important role in the diagnosis and IPAS carries parallel dynamic enhancement to the spleen on CT scans and/or MRI.IPAS should be considered as a differential diagnosis while the lesion is no more than 2.5 cm in diameter and when other accessory spleens were shown around the splenic hilum.
