Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE To discuss the prevention and control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization.METHODS According to recent research on the control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization in our country,we investigated and assessed the problems existing in urethral catheterization and indwelling urethral catheterization in our hospital via a questionnaire.RESULTS There were lots of pitfalls in catheterization.By organizing training, carefully examining, and adopting the examination of the quality of health care, our staff had significantly improved their levels in the field of necessity of catheterization, choice of catheters, asepsis, maintenance of closing cycle of drainage system and others.CONCLUSIONS Enhancing the prevention and control of the urinary tract infection related to the catheterization is very meaningful to reduc of the rate of hospital infections.
2.Study on the status quo of medical personnel in the rural health clinics of underdeveloped areas -Taking Fengjie County as an example
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(12):1280-1283,1284
Objective To investigate the status quo of the medical staff in 6 village clinics in Fengjie County, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and overall quality of medical personnel in village clinics. Methods The research literature and questionnaires were used to investigate the basic situation of the village doctors, the role of the village doctors in the residents' health care, and the needs and satisfaction of the residents in the village clinics. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0, and the samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results The average age of the medi-cal staff in village clinics was (46.74±10.17) years old, and there was no medical staff under 30 years of age. The medical staff of the village health clinics had an irrational age structure, and the educational back-ground was generally low; the medical staff generally thought that their income was not high. They hope to participate in more training in medical technology; residents generally believe that the doctors' ability to diagnose and treat the disease needs to be improved. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government and bring into play the positive work of the medical staff in the village health clinic. It is also necessary to strengthen the training of talents, lay a solid foundation for development, take the demand as the guide to change the service concept and model, to improve the relevant mechanisms to create good surroundings for the development of medical staff in village clinics.
3.Glucose-reducing effect of induced human bone mesenchymal stem cells on diabetic mice
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;(z1):36-39
Objective To study and explore Glucose-reducing effect of induced human bone mes-enchymal stem cells on diabetic mice. Methods The diabetic model of rats was duplicated by injection of STZ intraperitoneally. The induced cells were implanted into diabetic mice.Blood glucose levels were moni-tored every 3 days after implantation for 14 days. Results The mice receiving the treated Cells began to decrease their blood glucose levels after 3days.But control Animals that did not receive induced cells exhib-ited persistent hyperglycemia. Conclusions Induced cells by hBMSCs can decrease blood glucose levels on diabetic mice.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To study the immunoregulation effect of three kinds of polysaccharides extracted from different tissues of Octopus dollfusi on immunosuppression mice. Methods Two kinds of immunosuppression mice models were built by ip,cyclophosphamide(CY) and sc.hydrocortisone(HC),respectively.The spleen and thymus were weighed and the index of the immune organs was calculated. The white blood cells were counted by automated hematologic analyzer. Results In certain concentrations(20~80 mg?kg-1),the three kinds of polysaccharides could antagonize the atrophy of spleen and thymus caused by CY and HC,and increase the weight of spleen and thymus; The polysaccharides could protect against leukocytopenia induced by CY and HC,and especially in low and middle dose. Conclusion The results suggested that three kinds of polysaccharides extracted from Octopus dollfusi have potent enhancement effect on non-specific immunity for the immunosuppression mice.

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(05):-
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with low-dose pravastatin and fenofibrate in patients with combined hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred eighty nine patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned to receive 10 mg pravastatin (n=64) or 200 mg fenofibrate (n=63), or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate (n=62) for 12 weeks. The patients in the monotherapy groups (n=35) whose lipid levels were not controlled after 12 weeks were randomly assigned to receive 20 mg pravastatin, or 200 mg fenofibrate, or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate for another 12 weeks. Lipid levels and adverse effects were assessed. Results After 12 weeks treatments, serum TC, LDL-C and TG levels were reduced and HDL-C was increased more significantly in combination therapy group, compared with 2 monotherapy groups (all P

China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the reasonability of antimicrobials in 6 kinds of typeⅠ incision operations before and after intervention and to survey the effect of intervention measures. METHODS: Discharge records of typeⅠ incision operations from Jan. to Jun. in 2009 (before intervention) and that from Sep. to Dec. in 2009 (after intervention) were collected. The reasonability of antimicrobials application before and after intervention was compared. RESULTS: The reasonabilities of medication time and medication duration of antimicrobials were improved significantly after intervention. There were still some problems, such as high utilization rate, high-grade drug used at the beginning and irrational drug combination. CONCLUSION: The intervention measures are effective and feasible but should be strengthened to standardize management.
