For the purposes of meeting the needs of COPD patients for health education, decreasing times and costs of re-hospitalization, and increasing patient satisfaction and nurses' working enthusiasm. In 2011, our hospital established a specialist nursing clinic for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and two nursesentitled-deputy directorswith rich clinical experiences for more than fifteen years and strong communication skills were se-lected to take charge of the clinic, and they were responsible for nursing assessment, making individualized pul-monary rehabilitation plan, health guidance, long-term follow up, etc., for discharged stable COPD patients and COPD patients with no need for hospitalization. Patient satisfaction was improved from 83% to 96% after implemen-tation.

Objective To observe clinical significance、anatomy and variation of normal internal cerebral veins and their tributa-ries.Methods The studies included 284 sides in 142 patients.The patients were performed with 320-detector Row CT One-stop Scanning.Then,the anatomical features of internal cerebral veins and their tributaries were evaluated.Results The detection rate of internal cerebral veins(ICA)、thalamostriate veins(TSV)、septal veins(SV)、anterior caudate nucleus veins、posterior caudate nucleus veins and lateral direct veins was 100%、100%、98.9%、95.4%、93.7%、48.6%.Type of IA was seen frequently in four types of ICA,the parts of ICV and their tributaries were mirror symmetry,the majorities of ICA were located the same plane.Anterior cau-date nucleus veins were classified four types on basis of these different draining patterns,they were drained to TSV commonly.There was no significant difference between venous angle or false venous angle and type of their draining(P>0.05).There was significant difference between detection rate of lateral direct veins and development of posterior caudate nucleus veins(P<0.05).Conclusion 320-detector Row CT One-stop Scanning was an important method that internal cerebral veins were detected effectively and non-inva-sively,observed anatomy,course and morphological change of ICV.

BACKGROUND: Silk fibroin, the main component of silk fibroin biofilm, is a natural protein, but it is still a heterologous protein to the body. Its immunogenicity/toxicity is an important factor in determining the development prospects. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the toxicity of absorbable silk fibroin biofilm and its degradation products on the rat immune system by muscle implantation experiments in rats. METHODS: Ten Wistar rats from Beijing Weitong Lihua Experimental Animal Technology Co., Ltd. were implanted with a long strip of 1 mm× 10 mm in the right gluteal muscle to observe the implant absorption and determine the implantation cycle. Seventy-two Wistar rats were assigned into control and experimental groups (n=36/group, 18 in either sexes) . A long strip of 1 mm×10 mm was implanted into the rat right gluteal muscle in the experimental group, and the control group received no implantation. Some of the rats were taken for histological examination and calculate the organ/weight ratio, at 26 weeks postoperatively. The spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability, NK cell activity, cell classification of T lymphocytes, and levels of interleukin 2 and tumor necrosis factor α were detected. Another part of the animals was taken for macrophage phagocytosis of erythrocytes cell capacity and antibody producing cell count. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Silk fibroin biofilm was completely absorbed after implanted into the rat muscle for 26 weeks. (2) In female or male Wistar rats, the immune organs in the experimental group showed no significant changes in the appearance, weight and histological examination. There were no significant differences in the hematological indexes (hemoglobin, red blood cell count, hematocrit, blood platelet count and white blood cell count and classification) , spleen lymphocyte proliferation, NK cell activity, the ratio of T lymphocytes and their subpopulations, and the levels of interleukin 2 and tumor necrosis factor α had no significant differences between two groups (P> 0.05) . (3) In female or male Wistar rats, the macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes cell capacity and antibody producing cell count showed no significant differences between two groups (P> 0.05) . (4) These results indicate that silk fibroin biofilm causes no immunosuppression or immunostimulation on immune organs, immune cells and immune molecules (cytokines) of rats.

Objective:To study the acute toxicity in mice and cytotoxicity of the impuritiy(3-amino-2-piperidinone hydrochloride) in ornithine. Methods:The mice were given the impurity by intravenous injection.The acute toxicity was observed and LD50in mice was calculated by Bliss method. According to the result of LD50,the mice were given the impurity respectively at high,medium and low dose. The changes of general condition and body weight were recorded,and the blood biochemical indices and histomorphology of organs and tissues were observed after 14 days. The cytotoxicity was measured on fibroblasts(L929) cells. Results:The LD50and 95% con-fidence limit of the impurity (intragastric administration) was 758.49-848.08 mg·kg-1.All the detected indices of the three groups (660,330 and 170 mg·kg-1) including general condition,weight change,biochemical indices,organ morphological and histological change were all within the normal ranges. The impurity significantly decreased the viability of L929 cells. The NOAEL value was 660 mg·kg-1in mice. Conclusion:The impurity has certain toxicity to mice and cells. The data can provide experimental basis for the quality standard establishment for ornithine and the safety improvement in clinic use.

Objective:To explore the application of web problem-based learning (WPBL) + case-based learning (CBL) combined with clinical pathways in dermatological nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 120 nurses who practiced in the dermatology department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the nurse practice period, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 60 people in each group. The control group used traditional teaching, and the study group used WPBL+CBL combined with clinical pathways for teaching. After the teaching, the two groups of practical nurses were assessed for their theoretical and clinical operational abilities, and the comprehensive abilities of the two groups of practical nurses and their satisfaction with teaching were assessed through questionnaire surveys. SPSS 22.0 was used for t test and χ2 test. Results:The theoretical and clinical performance assessment results of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.001). The research group was better than the control group in assessment of improving clinical operation ability, independent problem-solving ability, cultivating teamwork ability, improving self-learning ability, improving ability of presenting and analyzing problems, improving comprehensive analysis ability, cultivating clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability, with statistical significance ( P<0.001). The satisfaction rate of the trainee nurses in the study group was 93.33%, and the satisfaction rate of the trainee nurses in the control group was 31.67%, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion:WPBL+CBL combined with clinical pathways teaching can significantly improve the theoretical and clinical operation ability of dermatology practice nurses, and improve their comprehensive ability and clinical teaching satisfaction rate, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing teaching.

In order to construct the recombinant retrovirus vector of bovine sox2 gene and obtain infectious retroviral particles, we successfully amplified the ORF (open reading frame) of bovine sox2 gene from the primodial genital ridges of bovine embryo by RT-PCR. The cDNA of ORF was subcloned to pMD18-T vectors and verified that its sequence was highly homologous to the GenBank counterpart (GenBank Accession No. NM-001105463) by sequencing. The correct fragment was digested by EcoR I/Bgl II from recombinant pMD18-T vector and inserted into the same restriction sites f retroviral vector pMSCVneo. We got recombinant retrovirus vector pMSCV-sox2 which was transfected into PT67 by lipofectamine 2000 with pMIG (including green fluorescence protein) as a control. Flow cytometry analysis showed that its transfected efficiency was 68.3%. Subsequently, we established the stable cell strain by G418 selection which could produce virus. Its viral titer was up to 8.16x10(7) CFU/mL. This greatly facilitates the further study of bovine induced pluripotent stem cells induced from bovine somatic cells by defined factors.
