1.Effect of four kinds of interventions on feeding intolerance in preterm infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(3):233-235
Objective To compare the impact of four kinds of interventions (intermittent enteral feeding, continuous enteral feeding, motilium, low-dose erythromycin) on feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 160 cases preterm infants with feeding intolerance (28~32 weeks of gestational age) were divided into 4 groups :intermittent enteral feeding ,continuous enteral feeding, oral motilium and intravenous infusion of low-dose erythromycin treatment group. We recorded the amount of each feeding, the disappearance time of vomiting, abdominal distension, gastric retention, and the time of total enteral nutrition feeding. We observed the characteristics of meconinm excretion. We recorded the daily body weight to calculate the growth rate, and observed the time period of their body weight return to its birth weight. Results Meconium discharge time and total enteral nutrition feeding time of the intermittent feeding group were (3.6±1.6) days and ( 15.8±5.6) days, those of continuous feeding group were (5.2±2. 0) days and( 17. 1±4. 4) days, showing significant difference between these two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). The rate of improving feeding intolerance in the 4 groups were 37. 5% ,32. 5% ,80. 0% and 87.5% ,and there was significant difference between the furst two groups and the after two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). The disappearance time of vomiting in the four groups were(4. 33±2. 49) days, (4. 85±2. 14) days, (2.97±1.27) days and(2. 16±1.65) days, showing significant difference between the first two groups and the following two groups( P <0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal distension in the low-dose erythromycin groups was (2. 47±1.34) days, and that in the motilium group was (3. 59±1.35 ) days, showing significant difference between the two groups ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Both motilium and low-dose erythromycin can improve feeding intolerance in premature infants, which is recommendable for clinical application. The low-dose erythromycin is the first choice of the four groups, followed by the motiliumand intermittent enteral feeding, and the last one is continuous enteral feeding.
2.Screening and Analysis for Inpatients Infected with Syphilis in Health Center for Women and Children
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate prevalence of syphilis in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.METHODS Inpatients with syphilis in this hospital from 2001 to 2004 were studied.Their clinical data were classified and analyzed.RESULTS Totally 18 955 inpatients were screened, and the number of patients with syphilis was 44(0.23%).The numbers of inpatients with dominant syphilis, latent syphilis, and congenital syphilis were 5,32,and 7 cases, respectively. The numbers of inpatients with syphilis showed a tendency of increasing year after year. The numbers of inpatients with dominant syphilis and latent syphilis in the age of 20-40 years were significant higher than those in the other ages. The inpatients with congenital syphilis were in pediatrics, the inpatients with dominant syphilis were mostly in the department of gynecology, and the inpatients with latent syphilis were mostly in the department of obstetrics.CONCLUSIONS Our findings suggest that the routine screening for syphilis be necessary. It helps us find the latent syphilis and prevent getting(around).

4.Marketing Analysis of Hemostatic Drugs in China from 2006 to 2008
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the marketing of hemostatic drugs use in China from 2006 to 2008.METHODS:By reviewing literature both at home and abroad and combining the data of the sales volume and consumption sum of hemostatic drugs from 2006 to 2008 and in the first 3 quarters of 2008 available in the "State Medicine Economy Information Network",the drug variety and manufacturers were analyzed statistically.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Hemopexin assumed a dominate place in the market of hemostatic drugs, accounting for 38% of total in sales value, followed by tranexamic acid and aprotinin.Switzerland Sugao pharmaceutical factory ranked at the first place in terms of sales value of hemostatic drugs.

By using thrombolysis therapy,34 patients suffering from actue myocardial infarction were treated .And by comparing chromium, cobalt, nickel, vanadium and molybdenum contents in serum of 34 patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction with that of contrast group and the contents between before-treatment and after-treatment,following results were revealed;treatment before chromium, cobalt, nickel, vanadium and molybdenum contents in serum of the patients were low and there is great difference between the patients and control groups(P0 05).

OBJECTIVETo analyze the relationship between inorganic ingredients (Ca, P and F) concentration of plaque residues in the primary teeth and caries status, sugar exposure frequency.
METHODSSubjects were 93 of 3-5 years old children living in Beijing area. According to their caries status, they were classified into two groups: Severe early childhood caries(S-ECC) group and caries free(CF) group. Plaque samples were collected from subjects respectively. Ca, P and F concentration of plaque residues was measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy, spectrophotometer and fluoride electrode respectively. The information of daily sugar exposure frequency of children was obtained from a standardized questionnaire filled by their parents. The relationship between inorganic ingredients (Ca, P and F) concentration of plaque residues and daily sugar exposure frequency was analyzed and the relationship between inorganic ingredients (Ca, P and F) concentration of plaque residues and caries status in the S-ECC group was also analyzed.
RESULTSThe mean values for Ca, P and F concentration of plaque residues were lower in the S-ECC group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The daily sugar exposure frequency in the S-ECC group was higher than that in the CF group. There were no relationships between Ca, P and F concentration of plaque residues and caries status (dmft, dmfs), sugar exposure frequency in the primary dentition.
CONCLUSIONPlaque residues from CF subjects did not contain a greater pool of calcium, inorganic phosphorus, and fluoride ions than that from S-ECC subjects.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To study the general characteristics of autistic children. Methods: The data of 1176 autistic children who were diagnosed in the Institute of Mental Health, Beijing Medical University was gathered, descriptive statistics were done with SPSS software. Results: As many as 35.10% of the autistic children are identified by their parents having problems in behavior until they were 3 years old. The average age of consulting was 60.61?26.8 months. Only 21.43% children were brought to child psychiatrists under the age of 3. They were brought to hospital 35.03?27.86 months after being discovered the symptoms. Conclusion:Health education for child autism should be strengthened so that it can be early identified.
