OBJECTIVE: To establish RP-HPLC method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in 3 kinds of dosage forms of Qingkailing preparation. METHODS: SinoChrom ODS-AP C18(250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) column was adopted and the mobile phase consisted of methnol-water-acetic acid (25 ∶ 75 ∶ 0.5) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. Column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 3.81～152.50 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 8), and the average recoveries of the capsules, granules and dripping pills were 99.03%(RSD=2.02%), 99.35%(RSD=1.16%),98.11%(RSD=1.51%). CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, simple and accurate for the quality control and content determination of 3 kinds of Qingkailing preparations.

Objective To explore the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)combined with boric acid solution on vulval ulcer.Methods 64 patients with vulval ulcer were divided into two groupa randomly.33 patients( group A) with vulval ulcer was treated with rb-bFGF and boric acid solution locally,while the others (group B) accepted ultra-red rays.Before the different treatment above,metronidazole or clotrimasole was put into the vaginae of all the patients,which were given relative medicine according to etiopathogenesis.The two groups were treated continually for two weeks and then were examined.Results The effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,which was the same result as the ulcer heating time between two groups.Conclusion rb-bGFG combined with boric acid solution is an effective remedy for the treatment of vulval ulcer.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of combination of rh-endostatin (Endostar) with docetaxel treatment on patients of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who presented progressive disease (PD) after first-1ine chemotherapy.Methods From Janury 2010 to March 2013,76 patients with stage Ⅲ B/ Ⅳof NSCLC experienced previous chemotherapy of one-regimen were screened for this trial.Given docetaxel combined with recombinant human endostatin (combined group, 38 cases) and docetaxel (chemotherapy group, 38 cases) to continue treatment.The response, time to progression(TTP) and adverse effects were observed in both groups.Results The objective response rate (ORR) and clinical benefit rate (CBR) were 0 and 63.2％ (24/38) in the combined group, along with 0 and 52.6％ (20/38) in the single docetaxel group, with a nonsignificant difference between the two groups (P =0.712).The median TTPs in the combined and single docetaxel groups were (2.6±0.4) months and (2.0±0.8) months respectively (P =0.083).The median TTPs of the patients with SD after therapeutic cycles in the combined and single docetaxel groups were (6.2±0.4) months and (3.2 ± 0.8) months respectively (P =0.038).The differences between two groups were nonsignificant in adverse, serious adverse and cardiovascular adverse effects(P＞0.05).Conclusion Endostar may prolong TTP in patients with advanced NSCLC benefited from docetaxel treatment without increased toxicities.

Objective To study the relationship of apoptosis-related gene Survivin with Bcl-2,Bax protein in adenomyosis.Methods The expressions of Survivin,Bcl-2 and Bax protein were deteeted by immunohistochemical method(SP)in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis from 46 cases,and compared with that in eutopic endometrium from endometrium 30 cases without adenomyosis.Results The expression rate of Survivin protein in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis was much higher than that in normal endometrial cells.The Survivin was positively corelated to Bcl-2,negatively to Bax.Conclusion Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of adenomyosis.With Survivin gene,apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2 may have a synergic role and Bax have an antagonistic role in the formation and progression of adenomyosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide (for intravenous injection) in stimulating the secretion of hematopoietic growth factors from activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Methods Human PBMC were isolated from concentrated leukocytes and were cultured with Astragalus Polysaccharide. Hematopoietic growth factors such as granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in the supernatant were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Astragalus Polysaccharide stimulated G-CSF and GM-CSF formation in a dose-dependent and a dose-effect and time-dependent manner. Conclusion Astragalus Polysaccharide can stimulate the secretion of hematopoietic growth factors from activated human PBMC, indicating its clinical application for leukocytopoiesis.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erteng Tongbi Mixture(ETM) on rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods 102 cases of RA were treated with ETM for 3 months. Time of morning stiffness, rest pain, 20m- walking time, hand grip, the number of joint with swelling and tenderness, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), rheumatoid factor (RF), C- reactive protein (CRP) were compared before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of ETM was 91.4 % and the ineffective rate 8.6 % . The morning stiffness, rest pain, hand grip and joint tenderness were obviously relieved, while 20m- walking time and the number of joint with swelling remained unchanged. [Objective] To establish the scale of the quality of life for patients with ankylosing spondylitis. [Methods] Initial scale including 58 items was proposed by the research staff. After the preliminary test was performed, 37 items were selected and a confirmed scale of the quality of life for ankylosing spondylitis ( SQOL-AS) was obtained. The feasibility, reliability, validity and sensitivity of SQOL-AS were analyzed. [Results] Statistics showed that SQOL-AS had a good feasibility, reliability, validity and sensitivity. [Conclusion] SQOL-AS can be used to evaluate the quality of life for patients with ankylosing spondylitis.

Objective To observe the effect of lung suctioning method on mechanical ventilation related pulmonary infection of patients after cardiac valve replacement. Methods 102 patients of mechanical ventilation related pulmonary infection after cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into the treatment group( 50 patients )and the control group( 52 patients ). The treatment group received intervention of lung suctioning method and the control group adopted routine sputum aspiration. The pulmonary infection rate and blood gas analysis before and after the treatment were observed and the cure rate and the positive rate of specimen of sputum were recorded. Results The pulmonary infection rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group;PaO2 and SaO2 were obviously different after treatment in the control group, but no difference in the treatment group. The cure rate of pulmonary infection patients in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group. Conclusions The intervention of lung suctioning method was a safe and effective method to improve hypoxemia and abate the rate of pulmonary infection.

Objective　To study the analyzing method of oscillatory potentials (OPs) and its clinical application.Methods　OPs from 40 normal control eyes, 33 eyes (33 cases) with early (0～Ⅱ stage) diabetic retinopathy (DR), 9 eyes (9 cases) with central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and 9 eyes (9 cases) with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) were tested. In each OPs waveform, the frequency spectra from 10 to 290 Hz were derived by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The sum of power and the maximum power were calculated. The OPs in time domain was re-constructed by counter FFT with the components from 110 to 250 Hz in the frequency spectrum. The latencies, the amplitudes and the sum of amplitudes of wavelets in the re-constructed OPs were measured by the computer.Results　Comparing with normal control eyes, in the OPs of early DR, the mean frequency spectra from 140 to 210 Hz were reduced; the sum of power and the maximum power were reduced; the latencies of the four wavelets were prolonged; the amplitudes of the four wavelets and the sum of the amplitudes were attenuated. In the OPs of CRVO, the mean frequency spectra from 150 to 180 Hz were reduced; the sum of power and the maximum power were reduced; the latencies from the first to the third wavelets were prolonged; the amplitudes from the first to the third wavelets and the sum of amplitudes were attenuated. In the OPs of BRVO, the sum of power and the maximum power were reduced; the latencies from the second to the third wavelets were prolonged; the amplitudes from the first to the third wavelets and the sum of amplitudes were attenuated.Conclusion　The analysis of OPs in the present study can provide effective and objective indices for diagnosis of DR, CRVO and BRVO.
