Hemophagocytic syndrome is an excessive inflammatory response that caused by a variety of etiological factors. Lymphoma is the common cause of acquired hemophagocytic syndrome. Lymphoma associated hemophagocytic syndrome has a life-threatening condition and aggravates rapidly, the mortality is also high without timely treatment. The features of lymphoma associated hemophagocytic syndrome are reviewed based on the correlated literatures.

OBJECTIVE To improve efficiency of hospital infection management,and create harmonious environment for management.METHODS The functions of(emotional quotient EQ) in the management of Hospital infection were analyzed in order to emphasize the improvement of EQ.RESULTS The passive mode of management in hospital departments and offices turned into active one.Management work developed further with harmony and total participation.CONCLUSIONS Carrying out the great function of EQ element in the hospital infection management,to greatly improve management efficiency with least cost.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of plastic titanic plates internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneus fracture.Methods 42 patients with intra-articular calcaneus fracture were selected and taken lateral calcaneal improvement “L” shaped incision for the correction of calcaneal shortening and valgus deformity.Skidmore needle went through collapse of the articular surface below from calcaneal fractures after block nodules along with bone shaft,and restored Bohler angle,Gissane angle and bone length,height,and the lateral fracture piece was reset.The fixation was taken by plastic reconstruction titanic plates,and the fracture was inspected by Xray.Results In 42 patients,the fracture healing time was (11.4 ± 0.6) weeks.The fracture position was good on the line,and the articular surface of calcaneus and talus was smooth,and the Bohler angle,Gissane angle of calcaneus were returned to normal.The excellent rate was 90.5％ by Maryland score.No surgical causes of broken plate and screw breakage were found.Conclusion Internal fixation with open reduction and plastic titanic plates internal fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures has a significant effect and safety,which is worthy of promotion.

The clinical data of 19 cases of giant cell arteritis (GCA) including 8 males and 11 females aged 21-92 y (average 62.2 y) from July 2002 to September 2008 were retrospectively reviewed.Among 19 patients,15 first visited the neurology department and 4 the rheumatism department;8 had fever and 16 had headache as primary symptom;the ESR ranged from 20 to 130 mm/1 h (average 71.1 mm/1 h).Fourteen patients were diagnosed as GCA at admission and 18 were treated with steroids hormone and all got remission except 1 death and 2 recurrences.If temporal artery biopsy is not acceptable,integrated analysis of signs,symptoms,laboratory tests,treatment effectiveness and follow-up is important for the correct diagnosis of GCA.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wangbi tablet oral therapy combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, to provide reference for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 136 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, according to the order of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with Wangbi tablet combined with joint mobilization,the control group was treated with single joint mobilization.After treatment, the clinical curative effect,complications or adverse reactions were comparedbetween the two groups, visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to compare the degree of pain of shoulder joint of patients before and after treatment, the shoulder joint function score were compared by the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)'s shoulder disease score, the patients were followed up for a half a year and the Barthel index score was used to compare the daily life ability score of dynamic contrast.Results (1)The total effective rate of the observation group was(64/68), the control group was 82.35%(56/68), the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was(8/68), the control group was 7.35%(5/68), and the safety of the two groups was good.(3)the VAS score of the observation group was(3.09±0.98), the control group was(4.53±1.02), and the pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was(16.54±2.36), and the control group was(12.97±2.71).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).(5)The observation group treatment and follow-up of the Barthel index score was(73.11±6.21),(83.89±7.95)points, the control group was(68.41±5.65),(73.88±6.80), the activities of daily living of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant effect of Wangbi tablet therapy combined with joint mobilization for the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, the safety of the treatment is high, can reduce the pain of patients, improve the activity of shoulder joint function and activity of daily living, the comprehensive curative effect, with a high clinical value to promote.

OBJECTIVE To further strengthen the link monitor of hospital infection management of MDRO,prevent and control the occurrence and spread of MDRO in the hospital and ensure medical safety.METHODS The occurrence of MDRO,and the sterilization were monitored to guarantee the medical care personnel not infected with MDRO,Asepsis process during treatment and nursing,was supervised to cut off the weak link of MDRO spread,carry out standard prevention sense throughout,normalize the use of antibiotics,and fulfill the education of MDRO infection knowledge.RESULTS Through hospital infection management of MDRO,it got the effect of early prevention,early diagnosis and early control,reduced the infection rate of MDRO,prevented the occurrence and spread of MDRO in the hospital and ensure the medical safety.CONCLUSIONS Well done in the link of hospital infection management of MDRO is one of essential contents to evaluate the hospital infection management level,and improve medical care quality and ensure medical safety.

Objective:The aim of this study was to examine whether PSA levels were affected by BMI and the influence of BMI on the clinical application of PSA.Methods:A total of 856 males who had routine health checkups between January 2006 and July 2007 in our hospital were recruited for this study.Those with a documented history of prostate carcinoma were excluded.Height,weight, and total PSA were measured.The BMl was calculated from measured height and weight [BMl=weight(kg)/height(m)2].Results:The serum PSA(ng/mL)levels were 2.97±0.15 in the normal weight group,2.53±0.12 in the overweight group,and 2.01±0.16 in the obese group(P＜0.05).A negative correlation was found between PSA and BMI(r=-0.130,P＜0.05)and weight(r=-0.142.P＜0.05).A positive correlation was found between PSA and age(r=0.306,P＜0.05).Con-clusion:BMl is associated with PSA.As BMI increases, serum PSA decreases.The current data suggest that such an influence should be considered in the clinical application of PSA.

Objective To research the survivability of pinaverium bromide in elderly colonoscopy preoperative preparation to improve the quality of the elderly colonoscopy.Methods Three hundred elderly outpatient who underwent colonoscopy were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 150 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were given pinaverium bromide100 mg,3 times a day with the meal,and at the last time they took 100 mg before 2 h of colonoscopy.The patients in control group took nothing.The entry time and abdominal pain class were recorded by endoscopic doctors and assistants and compared between two groups.Results The completion rate of observation group and control group was 98.0％(147/150)and 93.3％(140/150),the successful rate of observation group and control group was 78.0％(117/150) and 65.3％(98/150),and there were significant differences (x2 =3.94,5.93,P ＜ 0.05).The number of entry time ＜ 5 min,5-10 min,＞ 10 min in observation group was 25,60,62 cases,in control group was 10,53,77 cases,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The abdominal pain class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳin observation group was 32,85,30,3 cases,in control group was 21,77,42,10 cases,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There was no adverse reaction in observation group.Conclusions Taking pinaverium bromide before colonoscopy 1 d in elderly patients can help to alleviate the symptoms of conventional colonoscopy abdominal pain and increase the tolerance of elderly.

Fatigue Self-assessment Scale(FSAS)was developed on the basis of review on the study of fatigue assessment in both China and overseas countries and considering the Chinese culture background.The scale consists of 23 items and is used to assess the type and severity of fatigue(including three subscales of measuring physical fatigue,mental fatigue and the consequences of fatigue) and characteristics of fatigue(including three subscales of measuring responsiveness of fatigue to sleep/rest,the situation specifi city of fatigue and time mode of fatigue) among the people of sub-health and various diseases with fatigue.It may also be used to assess intervention effectiveness of fatigue.

One hundred and fifty to one hundred and eighty days after an intraperitoneal injection of diethynitrosamine to mice, the activity of r-GT in the liver and small intestine of the mice was found to have increased significantly, which suggests the occurrence of cancerous degeneration of the cells of the 2 organs. No significant change of r-GT activity was found in the lungs and stomach.
