1.Changes of Amino Acid Absorption through Small Intestines in Rats with Burn Injury
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
37% TBSA third degree burns was inflicted to rats and they were decapitated on the third day postburn. The 3H-proline absorption ratio of the everted small intestine of the burn group (1.87?0.27) was significantly lower than that of the control group (2.35?0.49) In the burn group, the ATPase activity of the small intestinal mucosa was 5.61?2.27 nmole/min/mg protein, and the Na+-K+-ATPase activity was 2.86?0.83 nmole/min/mg protein, while they were 9.63?1.04 nmole/min/mg protein and 5.36?0.95 nmole/min/mg protein in the control group respectively. Thus,it was apparent that the two activities decreased markedly in the rats with burn injury It was found that the amino acid absorption ratio was positively correlated with the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase of the small intestine mucosa in the burn group as well in the control group. The relative coefficient was 0.744 p(1) 0.025 in the control, and 0.776 p(1) 0.025 in the burn group. It suggests that the decrease of amino acid absorption ratio in the burn group is likely due to the decreased activity of Na+-K+-ATPase activity.
2.Effects of Diethynitrosamine on ?-GT Activity Changes in the Liver, Lungs, Stomach and Small Intestine of Mice
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
One hundred and fifty to one hundred and eighty days after an intraperitoneal injection of diethynitrosamine to mice, the activity of r-GT in the liver and small intestine of the mice was found to have increased significantly, which suggests the occurrence of cancerous degeneration of the cells of the 2 organs. No significant change of r-GT activity was found in the lungs and stomach.
3.Trophic effects of mouse Sertoli cells on cerebral cortical cells in vitro
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the possible way through which transplanted Sertoli cells support the nerve tissues in vivo. Methods Culture the isolated cells from the fetal mouse cerebral cortex alone(coated the culture plate with poly-D-lysine previously),the control group,or with prepubertal homologous Sertoli cells(planted Sertoli cells beforehand),the coculture group. To observe the morphological changes of the cultured neurons, neural stem cells(NSC) and neuroglial cells every day and compared the differences in their growth between the tow groups.Sertoli cells, neurons and NSC were identified by the expression of Fas ligand,neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and Nestin in the cytoplasm respectively. Results A significant increase of both the survival of neurons(P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To analyze the main sources of dioxins pollution in fishes samples. Methods The principal components analysis was employed to identify different dioxin emission sources data and to analyze the environmental and aquatic samples. The Principal Component Analysis seems to be a powerful tool for source identification with the ratio of each concentration of the 2,3,7,8-subtituted congener to the concentration of the total 2,3,7,8-subtituted congeners. Results The result obtained from Principal Component Analysis showed that there were different dioxin compositions between chemical emission sources and other emission sources. Conclusion The pollution sources of PCDD and PCDF polluted aquatic life from different countries, regions are not the same.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
Rabbits were intoxicated with hypodermic injection of 0.8% CdCl2 in normal saline every other day for 3 months, and the blood level of urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) and the activities of Na/K-ATpase,Ca-ATPase,and ?-GT in the renal cortex were determined. It was found that there were no remarkable changes of BUN and Cr level but significant reduction of the activities of the 3 enzymes. It is believed that the reduction of the enzyme activities is one of the factors to initiate the functional disturbances and morphological damages of the kidneys and plays an important role in the mechanism of renal failure if it is not promptly corrected.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
The pharmacokinetics of domestic or imported nimesulide tablet was determined following a single oral dose of 200 mg given to 10 volunteers in randomized crossover study. The plasma concentration of nimesulide was assayed by HPLC method. The concentration -time curve of nimesulide conformed to a one-compartment model and the main parameters of domestic nimesulide were as follows: T1/2Ke 3. 61?1.43 h; Tpeak 2. 07?0. 63 h; Cmax=9. 46?2. 06 mg?L-1 ; AUC = 76. 39?17. 62 mg?L-1?h-1 respectively. The relative bioavailability of domestic tablet was 92.2%. The results of three factors analysis of variance and Bayesian method showed that two formulation were bioequiva-lent.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(20):3252-3256
BACKGROUND:Cone-beam computed tomography has been widely applied in the dentistry due to irreplaceable advantages. Among those advantages, linear measurement is one of the important ones. Further studies are suggest to explore the accuracy and repeatability of linear measurement for the whole skul , as wel as the effect of different resolution and scanning thickness on the linear measurement results.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the accuracy of linear measurement using cone-beam computed tomography (Newtom VG) on the human skul , with two different voxel sizes.
METHODS:In this study, 22 anatomic landmarks in four dry human skul s were marked and 11 linear measurements were obtained. These were considered to be the gold standard (real measurement). The skul s were scanned by cone-beam computed tomography (Newtom VG) at two voxel sizes:0.3 mm and 0.15 mm. Linear measurement was performed in axial and coronal planes. SPSS software version 17 was used for data analysis between radiographic measurement and real measurement.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The mean differences of real and radiographic measurements were-0.27 to 0.14 in four different sections, and statistical analysis showed no significant difference between linear measurements and gold standard (P>0.05). There was no significant between two different voxel sizes (P>0.05). Cone-beam computed tomography (Newtom VG) is highly accurate and reproducible in linear measurements in the axial and coronal planes. A cone-beam computed tomography scan with a larger voxel size (0.3 mm) is recommended, resulting in lower radiation dose and faster scan time.

AIM: To determine the evolutionary pattern of parenchymal cell apoptosis in multiple organs early after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) and its induction mechanisms and the role of apoptosis in triggering SIRS/MODS. METHODS: An I/R model was reproduced by clipping and releasing the superior mesenteric artery in rats and mice. Flow cytometry, electron microscope, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis, TUNEL method, fluorescent and Gomori's silver-HE staining were used to detect apoptosis. Distribution features of apoptotic parenchymal cells in multiple organs were observed. Immunohistochemical staining of HSP 70 and Bcl-2 were performd to study the induction mechanisms of apoptosis.RESULTS and CONCLUSION: 1. Damage of the liver, lung, gut and kidney was appeared in early phase of I/R. The percentages of apoptosis in parenchyma organs increased progressively. The percentages of cell necrosis increased with the prolonged I/R duration. 2. Percentages of apoptosis were much higher near the central veins of liver lobules, in the outer medulla of the kidney, and the antimescenteric border of intestinal mucosal epithelium because of ischemia. 3. The expression of HSP 70 increased and Bcl-2 reduced in the areas mentioned above because of hypoperfusion. 4. Apoptosis of I/R hepatocytes, splenocytes and thymocytes was obviously increased after Kupffer cell blockage with GdCl3, showing the functional state of Kupffer cells may play an important role in SIRS/MODS.
